Rooms are big in size. Found mosquitoes on bed. There is no porter service. We had to carry our own luggage to room. Important especially since we had more number of bags. Breakfast was below average in terms of choice. Room phones do not work; so every issue has to be reported by personal visit to reception.

A three star hotel at the center of salalah. Affordable prices and good breakfast options. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The position is excellent, right in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the space for personal stuff is well organized. Bathrooms and showers are in great number. Staff is very amiable and helpful. Only thing the hotel needs maintenance at regular interval.

i love the spacious of the room.provides free 2mineral bottle at a day.love the breakfast in the morning.and sensor lighting along the hallway .

The location is one of the best. Just 100 meters from the tomb of prophets Imran and markets.
Breakfast was very ugly. Rooms had mosquitoes. Doors were making squeaky voices. Washrooms mirrors were damaged and exhaust fans were making noise. I think no one has spent a penny to fix them.

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are good but mosquitoes and insects were there. Buffet breakfast was pathetic. Service is ok. You need to call twice or thrice if you want anything in room. Gym and swimming pool needs major renovation.

Visited Salalah in March-2022, stayed here and experience was very bad and I can give only 1 out of 10. We had booked 2BHK, but no room has attached bathroom. Only 1 normal bath room and other one was too small where you can't take bath. Swimming pool was full of dust and can't be used. Cooking range was there in the kitchen, but no gas connection. After one day use, bathroom drain was blocked and dirty water was there even in living area. Not recommended at all. You can find nice hotel in Salalah which is new but cheaper than this old one
