A great advantage is the convenient melex (electric cart) transport between neighboring hotels of the same brand, as well as free access to the aqua park included in the price

The room was clean, also environment was really relaxing. I gotta highlight the employees of hotel. Like Emon, Ann, Sameh and so on. Those people was made this trip perfectly

The main bar, operating under the all-inclusive formula, serves absolutely delicious dishes with great variety and excellent quality

one of the best hotel in Salalah, especially when you're travelling with kids. a lot of play ground, and the pool is really fantastic. you can just walk by if you like to play at the beach.

Very nice rooms, pool, garden, beach. The prices for food and drinks are out of space, but nothing around. The service, especially at the service counter, is rather bad, rude and missing intelligence.

The pool and the closeness to the sea. The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you book breakfast at the reception it is 4 OMR, if you show up in the morning at the restaurant it is 8 OMR

The pool area has lots of chairs and umbrellas and a swim-up bar. Be forewarned that the bar does close in the afternoon for 3-4 hours. The staff was all very helpful and courteous

I stayed here right after they opened and the hotel staff was very good. They did have a problem with the electricity one night at dinner, but it was still a excellent meal

There was only one time that a scene was caused with a drunken couple being too intimate in public and the locals got quite angry but it resolved shortly after

The pool with water slide, splash park, and large playground were everything we could hope for

The hotel is located on the beachfront, right next to the sea, but swimming is impossible due to the waves and the red flag! It's impossible to book a room for 1 person with breakfast included (only for 2 people at a time)

Very nice people and good experience

Breakfast is good, but you can't eat on the terrace because a flock of crows swoops down and all the chairs are dirty. Why doesn't the restaurant put up bird nets like other hotels? There's always a line for omelettes

The rooms are a bit small for this class of hotel and so is the bathroom! The service and staff are top. The location is perfect and the beach too

The room was big and the staff were friendly. The beach is within walking distance and the pool has a slide. The breakfast was average.

The hotel is a bit rustic and old-fashioned, but the location is good, with the beach behind it and a nice view. Friends who come to Salalah for travel can try it.

Overall everything was really with high standards. The linen, bed, the lighting, beach,pool and the breakfast had value for money. The staff was well trained and was aware of high levels of customer service.

The stylish and beautiful Anantara Hotel is located right by the sea. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; you feel so pampered. The food is varied and delicious. We would love to come back.

The view and the service was so satisfying, I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and I’m going to recommend this place to my friends because of how beautiful the place and the architecture, and food is.

We stayed at this resort more than six years ago and we wanted to experience staying here again in the Khareef Season. Some things did change, but this hotel still was a great choice

We didn't stay here but we came for evening coffee. The atmosphere was super relaxed. They have amazing red velvet cake. The cheesecake was also amazing. We also enjoyed shisha with a calm sea view

We had a good chat on the places to visit and history of the town. The room and sea view was beautiful. We will surely really recommend this hotel resort for any first comers in town

A very clean hotel with spacious rooms. It's a German chain of hotels. You have a few restaurants around including KFC a 5 mins walk, 2 mins to KM trading supermarket. Convenient for food and basic needs

Best service of everyone working there. They take care of you very well and do so happily. I enjoyed 4 full days here and would do so again. Thank you very much intercity hotel.

A great value option if you're in Salalah for Khareef. 5 minute walk to Bon Lab (the best café in the world) and right across the road is a large supermarket

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The location with a very good parking too. Although it's not a 5 star hotel but it has everything you need in a 5 star hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping are unintrusive. The gym and leisure facilities are nice to have, but they are a little lacking

When we visited 4 years ago, a swimming pool was being built. Not other facilities. Just a coffee shop. The room was nice and spacious and that's the best part but bathroom had a little smell. I hope they made it better.

I recently stayed at a resort and had a great experience. All the services were excellent, and the food was good. However, improvements could be made regarding the drinks included in the all-inclusive service

We stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first time we had a lovely room near the main elevator. the second time we were given a room in a nearby building. this room was bigger and not comfortable

Resort has 2 pools, one with a bar and a second pool only for adults. Water was cold at that time of the year (December) so we didn't use too much but we enjoyed sunbathing there

Beach is good enough with a bar but it is also about a 5 min walk from the hotel. You can also use bikes free of charge (some of them are in a bad condition thou)

There is enough equipment for the size of the resort. Sauna is great and with no extra charge. The place is quite so if You want more night entertainment You need to go to Al Fanar. Organized in marina for all resorts

Not too much choice but always well prepared, tasty and fresh. Breakfast: eggs, variety of vegetables and fruits, breads, pancakes, etc. Unfortunately for us all fresh juices and oatmeal had added sugar

Staff was so nice and every day they would prepare for us oats and milk without sugar. Special thank You for Ayobi and Suva who would remember about morning oats and green tea every day

I have never eaten such a nice chicken. Plenty of delicious salads and fresh vegetables. Dinner you can choose from several restaurants or buffet. Most restaurants are available on 6

Things are all good. Breakfast food selection is a bit boring.

I recommended it to stay on this hotel. The people of the hotel are amazing. The only down side is the wifi. It is usable but its not fast enough especially who came for business

Excellent service, great swimming pool for the children.

The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality

Staff is very nice, mall is next door if something was needed. Beach is a bit far, but taxis are around. Overall pleasant

As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)

Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over)

We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room

We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc)

Very nice hotel. Clean, and the breakfast was good. There's also a separate building with a women's pool. There are several traditional restaurants nearby. The food there was very tasty.

There is a spa and a restaurant. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. It is just in time for the tourist season

Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration. Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast At the same time staff was friendly and always involved

Great Resort with nice staff and facilities! What we really enjoyed was the spa area, which was very clean and not crowded! Service was great!

A more than wonderful hotel. Comfort, cleanliness. The entire staff is excellent and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The employees are very respectful, especially Mr. Mohammed Ismail, the receptionist.

In the end, we liked it so much that we cancelled the second reservation and extended the Plaza

The hotel is perfectly fine. There is ample parking and the rooms are large. Unfortunately, waiters often clear the entire table during meals, even when there is still food on the plate being eaten.

Transfer to and from the beach 3 times a day. Breakfast and dinner are good, lots of fruit. We booked two hotels: Plaza and then on the beach, but without food
