Salalah, P.O. Box 439, PC 215, Al Saadah, Salalah, Sultanate of Oman 🧭 Map
Room service is awesome. Almost everything is good. Highly recommend their beef ground burger , potato wedges and toasted chicken tikka sandwich. Grilled jumbo prawns was the best of all.
Enjoyed our stay in Salalah but were a little disappointed by the hotel. We paid for a family room as we believed it would be bigger and a bit nicer than a normal room
Nice and beautiful hotel with big park-like surrounding and water channels. Pool area could be nicer with more Arabic style but therefore you get a really huge and excellent beach.
The only difference is that the family rooms have a bath, a feature we didn't want and comes at the cost of a shower (which we did want). This is not shown in the website pictures
Also note that in the monsoon season, everything is constantly wet/damp due to the humidity and light rain, so the hotel (which is mostly outside apart from the rooms and reception) is very slippery and tables are wet
Excellent resort, Great service and very helpful staff. Our breakfast experience was really awesome the staff made sure every aspect of the breakfast was fantastic. Our staff was comfortable and awesome

Great sea front location Good food we would prefer to have more restaurant. Spacious room with great bathroom with sea view.
We didn't stay here but we came for evening coffee. The atmosphere was super relaxed. They have amazing red velvet cake. The cheesecake was also amazing. We also enjoyed shisha with a calm sea view
Our one-bedroom private pool villa was fantastic and ideal for families. It was spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. We loved playing with our little daughter in the pool
We had a great stay and another unforgettable part of our Oman vacation in this hotel
The boat ride was relaxing; even our little girl loved her adventure. Also, we are missing our endless sunset walks at the beach, which provided a stunning backdrop for the vibrant colors of the setting sun
A beautiful resort in Salalah, close to the Al Baleed museum. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are beautiful (we had a garden suite with pool and a lagoon villa with pool, both were gorgeous)

And is eager to ensure guests are happy with the quality of his work
The main reason im writing this review is to thank Darshana on reception. All staff were courteous and smiley but Darshana extended himself. Always happy to help, he's intelligent and very knowledgeable
Beach was closed for the whole stay due to high surf. Not a problem for us with small children the pool was preferred. A great resort for staying with young children
If you are not looking for luxury and you do not mind the older equipment of the rooms, but on the contrary you are looking for peace and space, then I recommend the beach house
The Crowne Plaza is a really nice hotel, right on the beach with a very nice pool area and great restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished. However, the staff must be mentioned
The only downside about coming to Oman between June to October SWIMMING IS PROHIBITED on all the beaches because of the monsoon season

We had a good chat on the places to visit and history of the town. The room and sea view was beautiful. We will surely really recommend this hotel resort for any first comers in town
We would love to visit again on season time
It is 3 star hotel so i think it met that level Nothing fancy , basic needs , most of guests from India ( lot of kids , loud voices) Breakfast indian cuisine Location ok..sea view Very nice staff But it is not a Resort
We had a really good experience. The room deal and service from the front desk person (feeling so bad that i am not able recollect his name, but remember his home town ‘Mahi’) was so great
Its a good location. But a bit too expensive for the service
The view is mind blowing .The room was large and beautiful. Breakfast was average . You have to remind supervisor for daily cleaning . The lady Lily was superb helpful and always smiling.

Our stay at the millennium hotel was very pleasant. Exceptional service and quick service. We had no issues at all, and everything was perfect! Very clean and organized, modern technology and cozy
They have no beach access as seen on the booking. com website, however they do have a shuttle bus plying between the two locations. The breakfast buffet could be improved with additional items
Amazing hospitality. The staff is extremely friendly and loving. The rooms are very clean and there’s lots of attention to details. It’s a little paradise. I would definitely go back.
I recommended it to stay on this hotel. The people of the hotel are amazing. The only down side is the wifi. It is usable but its not fast enough especially who came for business
Guests who want to get free service threaten the employees with bad comments, and they do. However, paying for the service you receive is an honor, not a complaint
It is a hotel that I often visit for coffee. I considered it a conscientious responsibility to comment on a situation I observed during these visits

The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality
Staff is very nice, mall is next door if something was needed. Beach is a bit far, but taxis are around. Overall pleasant
As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)
Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over)
We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room
We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc)

Great Resort with nice staff and facilities! What we really enjoyed was the spa area, which was very clean and not crowded! Service was great!
A new, very elegant and clean resort. It has an elegant health club with the latest sports equipment. The place is beautiful and quiet
It is located on the outskirts of the city of Salalah, specifically in the Awqad area
Elegance, luxury, cleanliness and romance
A very small resort... 15 minutes away from the city center by car.
