Excellent Hotel – Spacious and Stylish

The thermal pools are very hot and pleasantly uncrowded, which I enjoyed a lot.

There are over 10 saunas throughout the hotel: 4 in the dedicated spa area, 2 near the thermal pools, and the rest in the adults-only section. It’s more than enough for anyone.

Both breakfast and dinner were very good. However, dinner on the day of arrival was limited and not as impressive, but on the following days, it was excellent.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend to everyone.

I can only say about the staff at reception. They were really nice and tried to be helpful even though there weren't any rooms available for us. We came on the day and tried to just pop in as it was a spontaneous escape from our normality so we were trying our luck. Unfortunately all rooms were taken. The staff were very nice and the location of the hotel is great.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Hotel Bania

Our recent stay at Hotel Bania started with a minor challenge due to a barking dog in a neighboring room. At first, we were quite disappointed, but thanks to the outstanding intervention of Mrs. Justyna from Management, our experience quickly turned into something extraordinary.

Mrs. Justyna’s professionalism and care were unparalleled. She listened to our concerns, reassured us that our satisfaction was her priority, and swiftly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a luxurious suite. This thoughtful gesture not only addressed the problem but elevated our stay beyond our expectations.

The suite was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, impeccable decor, and every amenity we could ask for. Thanks to Mrs. Justyna and her amazing team, what began as a potential inconvenience became one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

A standout feature of Hotel Bania is its unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access. The convenience of stepping out of the hotel and directly onto the slopes is a dream for any skiing enthusiast. Coupled with the high level of service, it made our winter getaway absolutely seamless.

The entire staff also deserves recognition—from the welcoming front desk team to the diligent housekeeping staff, every interaction was warm and professional.

We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Bania to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination where guests are genuinely cared for. Mrs. Justyna, thank you for making our stay so special. We’ll be back for sure!

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is really nice. Overall very enjoyable stay for couple of days. The tap water is so mineral that it is nearly impossible to drink. I would not choose this place for skiing as the slopes are almost exclusively blue which is great for beginners but not for an advanced skier. On the other hand combination of skiing and thermal spa seems to be unbeatable for someone looking to properly relax.

Overall this is a very cool place with lots of activities for the whole family. The included breakfast was plentiful and lots of options - the ham on the bone and mountain cheese selection was divine. We loved that there was a kids club included with activities in the dedicated area and also outside like making kites and playing with giant bubbles. Occasionally we could escape for an hour and chill in the spa next door, where there are a wide variety of saunas and a cold pool, and loungers to just grab some peace. In the evening there was live music each night and one evening they had a concert which was really cool. The children had a cinema experience each night, along with lemonade and popcorn, the ladies looking after the children during the day and also in the evening were wonderful. If you get a chance, highly recommend to visit the cafe on the 4th floor with the mountain view - on a few days I had to work and this was a wonderful temporary office, topped up with exquisite cakes and cocktails! There are only a couple of negatives to this place, during the summer it's far too busy in the Termia Bania, and the area for hotel guests is very small, we struggled to find a place to relax each day. The staff who worked on the pool bar outside were unfriendly to us, happy to pour out shots for guys, but denied serving us a drink - only alcohol free, we were not sure why. It would have been better to allow hotel guests an hour before and an hour after general admission to enjoy these pools as it looked like an amazing place. The other problem we found was that only two restaurants were open, a place serving pizza, potato pancakes & goulash, and other snacks bites and then a more up market restaurant with a limited selection, there was also a package deal, however that was only from 2 pm - 5 pm which seemed super early for us given the breakfast was huge. Rooms were cleaned daily and our room was pleasant overlooking the entrance and water features. The ladies who work making the rooms spotless between morning and evening were the best and nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall we enjoyed ourselves here. I'm just adding one star less for the limited food options and overcrowding at the pools. We plan to come back during the winter season to see the difference.

Best hotel I‘ve ever stayed in which had surpassed my expectations in everything - spotless service in both hotel and Góralska restaurant, best saunas for adults and a wide choice of water attractions for kids. Highly recommend for a family with kids!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and highest quality of food when ordering room service.

Also, cleaning ladies came every morning to check in if we need anything to clean or some water (free of charge).

We had a team-building in the Góralski Restaurant - food was delicious! 😋

The is hands down the best health spa and hotel I’ve seen! The amenities are amazing, the facilities are incredible and the hotel it self is actually a small colony by it self! The thermal bath needs 2 days minimum to see every pool and try every sona or steam room and slide on every feature ! The place has themes I’ve never seen before (salt steam room, the largest Jacuzzi, infrared salt steam rooms!!) there is an outside area literally filled with ice them kids park that can be a separate full day attraction ! You are literally encouraged as a hotel guest to walk around in bathrobe on your way to the thermal facilities .. top that all with the fact that I’ve never personally seen a larger breakfast hall before ! This all next to a ski elevator !!! Must visit .. I know I will again

Hotel is amazing, it could be easily a 5 stars hotel. Price is high as well, but you can get some offers dependa where you book it.
I guess not all rooms are the same neither.
Toilets in various parta of the hotel, balconies in every parts of the hotel, magnifique wooden mountain style hotel, nice reception, beautiful breakfast room, hotel has at 19.00 cinema room for kids and why not for adulta as well with movies for children where they give free limonade and popcorns.
You have included in your price the access to Terman Bania that is accesible by an interior corridor in the floor 1, and u go in flipflops and bathrobe.
There is one area only for clients of hotel and other area of Terma Bania for people from outside or for people from the hotel.
The private area of swimming pool has outdoor warm swimming pool, another small pool, 4 different saunas, 3 steams saunas, a relax area, water for srink for free, small pool with frozen water for after the sauna, bar with drinks to paid.
Excellent buffet all you can eat breakfast that was included in the price.
Great variety of food, mostly polish food but food variety.
I would say is more rather food from 5 stars hotel than 4 stars.
Scrambled eggs, acrambled eggs with bacon, pancakes, thickpanckaes with apples, nutella, sausage ( big) , small polish sausages ( 2 kinds), vegan food part with vegan sausage and cheese, hummus, hummus pumkin, guacamole, polish cheeses ( 8 or 9 differents) , polish salads , fruit ( watermelon, melon, cherries, pomelo), osczypek ( cheese smoked feom mountains home made in grill by a guy with bacon and sauce or withiut), yogurt homemade of cherry and malina. Juices, cereals, coffee, cold meats stands ...

Amazing place! Very nice scenary, you can see the beautiful mountains from the pool! My favorite is the outdoor thermal baths and saunas. They serve drinks at the pool and its so warm and pleasant temperature.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the rooms are very classic and stylish, while the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the view is... Wow!

So amazing place and I gotta thank the staff for being such good hosts. Love your country 🇵🇱

Four night stay with adjacent rooms.
The good: helpful staff, good knowledge of English, rooms fine with comfortable bed, ski lockers are massive and perfect for quick access to the slopes, breakfast good selection, food and drink reasonably priced, thermal pools good and very easy to access, convenient underground parking.
The bad: showers rather lacklustre, cost of laundry outrageous (but quick), thermal pools are so busy, struggling to justify the cost of the room with what you get.

Overall a good stay, the price includes breakfast, activities for children, unlimited access to the thermal pools, ski storage and excellent access to the slopes. However for the price it lacked any wow factor for me.
