I can only say about the staff at reception. They were really nice and tried to be helpful even though there weren't any rooms available for us

Excellent Hotel – Spacious and Stylish The thermal pools are very hot and pleasantly uncrowded, which I enjoyed a lot

There are over 10 saunas throughout the hotel: 4 in the dedicated spa area, 2 near the thermal pools, and the rest in the adults-only section. It’s more than enough for anyone. Both breakfast and dinner were very good

Water in the pool was clean, not cold, many LED lights have changing colors, especially nice in the evening

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is very nice with good facilities. The pool is a little smaller than we were expecting from the photo's so at peak times it can be very crowded

More beautiful then any other hotels with 3*. Staff was nice and always in traditional clothes. Food was very tasty! Sauna and pool is free for guests

Good place, nice rooms, nice pool, a fun place for kids with playroom and soft play as well as outdoor playgrounds. The kids won't be bored for sure

The room was nice, the only thing to mention would be a lack of air conditioning in the summer months, it was 30c during the days and despite only being on the first floor the room was very hot in the evenings, we were able to request a fan from reception which helped

We would have liked to have had dinner at the hotel due to their amazing breakfasts however the evening menu was a little limited especially for anyone who's vegetarian and the prices are a little high compared to local restaurants

The food is great and also jacuzzis, saunas, pool, kids corner and massage are included. Close by thermals and ski centers and Tatra Mountains. You can rent bikes as well and explore the surrounding nature

I was there on a wedding. One hell of a party I highly recommend this place for weddings. Great food and quite average rooms and beds. Overall strong 4.

The location is beautiful, the staff were friendly and hard-working, the rooms and spas were clean and spacious, and the food was great, especially the breakfast. View of the mountains in the distance

The building is very bright, and there are great facilities including a games room w/ billiards & Foosball, ball pit/soft play for kids, playpark for kids, X3 saunas, pool, salt cave, massage parlour etc

Very beautiful place including the area around the hotel. Stunning views of the mountains from the rooms. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Nice pool and spa area,lots to do for kids

There was even an inflatable slide for kids which seemed to be very popular! The hotel was not too busy, so access to the pool and saunas was no issue and was often completely empty

Unfortunately our polish is not great, but Dominik (younger man who was working Wednesday and Thursday) spoke great English, was friendly, and was constantly working hard during breakfast and dinner, and even working on the bar at night

🍳 Breakfast was amazing! A large variety of food to choose from which was constantly being topped up. The meats and cheeses were delicious. Staff were busy keeping the area clean and were helpful with any questions

The hotel can be accessed from two sides - from the main street and from the slope, which is also an undoubted advantage :) Probably the only downside is poor lighting in the bathroom - the bathroom in our room was simply too dark

We only stayed for one night. Enough for a very good opinion. Cleanly, nice and warm. Śniadanko great. Pension 10 minutes on foot to Term Bania. The same for the Kotelnica lift. I recommend.

There is a large ski room in the facility so you can store your belongings and dry your shoes. On the day of departure, there was no problem with extending the hotel day by 2 hours

Clean facility and friendly service (both owners and ladies in the kitchen). Delicious and varied breakfasts, I think that everyone will find something for themselves

We got a pretty nice view of the slope from the room. The facility also owns a piece of land outside the fence with a nice hill for sledding by younger children

I would highly recommend! Delicious breakfasts and a very nice atmosphere. It's a perfect walk to the slope.

Lovely hotel in the middle of "nowhere". Peace, tranquility and all you'll hear are birds singing or the odd cow moo. We visited when this place was almost empty so it was nice to have swimming pool/sauna to ourselves

The things we didn't like was lack of fridge and obligatory payment (5pln) for the swimming pool towels

After arriving rooms was clean. In the room is instant kettle with tea and coffee. children play room is accessible all day, wellnes with pool is great, only bathrobe is missing on the rooms and in wellnes also

We spent 4 days here at Easter and loved it. The spa was never crowded and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. You can also have dinner in the restaurant, which is also very tasty

You have breakfast from 08:00-10:00 (but be aware if you come at 09:15 to have breakfast, there will be no more pancakes and the sneaky answers from the waitress, with no apologies or leak of respect was a bit to much!) The breakfast itself was good and diverse

The guesthouse is located on the outskirts of Białka so it is peaceful here. The owner of the facility is very nice, with extensive experience in the tourism industry

The hotel inside has absolutely no atmosphere, the decor is haphazard, very narrow and uncomfortable staircases, micro bathrooms. There is information about the possibility of making coffee during the day until 18

The dining room is terribly laid out, it's hard to squeeze between the tables, and if there is a child in a chair, you can stumble. Very good meals, but for my family, meat for 5 days in a row is an exaggeration

30, but the kitchen is often closed, and so is the reception. Well, but my wife tells me that I'm picking on everything and she's probably right, so I'm silent

I see! more wire-locked gates? Hell, it's probably not that hard to replace the cylinder or the handle so that you can use them normally

The business I run for Janusz and I fully understand the delight of such customers, as for me such money could improve a lot of things

Food sensational, fresh and tasty. Lunch time is always negotiable 🙂 Location on the main road, plus and minus at the same time, I personally do not mind the noise of cars 😉 or at least a stop right next to the house🙂

We were very welcomed, despite the late hour, we managed to check in without any problems - breakfast was very good, varied, it was possible to order an additional hot meal. Rooms very clean.

A great place for trips around the Tatras. I especially recommend breakfast. I don't remember when I was eating real white cheese made by myself. Rooms not too big but clean everywhere. Pension away from the main road

Rooms a bit cakey and I deducted a star for that, but otherwise great. Clean, warm, functional. There are kettles, microwaves and fridges in the corridors.

Clean and good size rooms with bathroom. Very good food. Close to thermal waterpark Bania. Highly recommended.

Very good breakfast! Comfortable rooms with modern design just our materace was slightly old. Very well located right next to the Bania and close to the city center. I would stay there again & recommend this place

Overnight for 5, breakfast buffet. The food was good, there was enough of it ... But you have to be on time for breakfast.
