The pool and spa could do with an upgrade, but our Polish and English family ( some staying in the family home locally) loved the pool, different spa areas, slide and the elephant. The hotel is in a great location, everything is nearby. The spa area needs renovation The rooms are nice and large, the beds are on the same level.

Very good hotel just due for refurbishment during Covid but as value for money is OK

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

This hotel is not far from the train station, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There are dumplings for breakfast and the room is very clean. It is recommended to stay.

Good food for breakfast and you can eat in the evening too. Good location

Recently opened hotel on a side street close to the city center, very quiet location. The spotlessly clean rooms in a pleasant design feature a sofa. The breakfast is OK and is served in the entrance hall, could become crowded at busy times. There is also a children's corners to keep the little ones occupied.

It's not great from outside, but inside it's actually a very lovely hotel. Super friendly staff, nice decor and spacious and comfortable rooms. The biggest surprise? The breakfast! After watching all the reviews..i dont know what else to add, everything met my expectations. Food was good, breakfast had large variety of tasty food. Rooms were very nice,very modern and had air conditioning. Not too far from town center and easy to drive in/off from here. Not to mention the prices, its a hidden gem and whenever ill come back visit this lovely city ill make sure to stay here again...

Hotel is new and very nice. One big minus is that the walls are thin so you hear a lot and if someone opens or closes the doors that you hear from far away.

Nice hotel big nice room quiet. Varied delicious brekfest. Staf is very nice. Unfortunately there are some problems: 1. 4 star hotels must to have sleepers and toileteries 2. In the booking com is written that parking is free this is not true. There are some free parking spaces next to the hotel, always occupied, but the hotel parking are for a fee. Surprise cost 10 €, this is not good business style

Great place to stay. Room was very large and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces at the rear are so convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. Centrally located so short walking distance to shops and bars.

A nothing special hotel, very central and good check-in. Room was a decent size and bathroom clean but a bit on the small side. The curtains were not block out which was not very good when the sun was rising around 4 am. There was also a lot of noise in corridors and from above floors.

An aged building with sauna and gym on the basement level. Fabulous buffet breakfast of a god variety. Fish along has salmon, herring and mackerel plus a few local dishes to try out.

This hotel is in a great location. Attached to a shopping centre and close to the old town . Rooms had more storage than it first appeared. There was no fridge but there was a kettle. The shower was walk in which was good but the water went over the floor . Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but there was quite a lot to choose from . Lots of cold cuts and cake.

The hotel was easy to find this the parking place is not indicated. I drove at another place, a block beside the hotel. The elevator has a glass window and you can see outside when going up or down. We often stay at this hotel in Bialystok and are always extremely satisfied. But this time we got a room that had a stench that was impossible to get rid of. The hotel has a great location, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful varied breakfast!

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located close to the motorway, excellent for transit travellers from Baltic countries. Our room had a garden view, and there was no noise from the road. Breakfast was rich and delicious, very nicely served. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows - even though the hotel is by the main roads full of cars, but with the windows closed and aircon on, its a complete silence in the rooms. And food is really good

Very nice rooms, quiet and clean

Everything was very good, except one thing, the blanket for sleeping stunk, so much that i woke up at night and i had to turn it.

Hotel is amasig, breakfest with nice local food( meat especially), as hotel has SPA/pool it woudl be nice to have batrobes already in room closet. I wanted to use SPA just before closing and went there robed with towels- which is not convenient if you wear only swimsuit.

Close to the city center, big bed, nice room and bathroom. We booked 2 rooms 4 months in advanced and requested rooms to be on the same floor. We didn’t get the rooms on the same floor which was difficult for us as we had to run up and down the floors. Pet friendly. :) The price for the dog was good - 20 zl. I have liked the place of the hotel - even if it wasn’t at the center of the city, near it was a few shopping centers. But there was no shampoo in the bathroom and was not so many choices of food at the breakfast.

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excelent. I would definitely choose this hotel again just for the sake of breakfast. The only downside is that staff does not speak in English. If you do not know Polish, Ukrainian, Belarussian or Russian language, it would be a challenge to understand the staff and communicate your needs. We had their 4 course lunch package after my daughter's christening. We were a group of 14 people. The food was delicious, I can recommend. The air conditioning in the room was underpowered and took a long time to cool the room, next time I would switch it on 2 hours before the party starts.

There's no fridge ,the breakfeast is not that good but rooms are well done ,cleane and is about 1km of old town.

Good place for transit for the money you have to pay. However do not expect a lot from the place. Also the breakfast should receive a refresh. Also the employees do not know a lot of english mostly keywords but again I am not having big expectations.

Honestly a pretty good hotel. Looks pretty good and has nicely sized rooms and beds. No fridge with drinks thou :/ but other than that the breakfast was pretty decent and most importantly free wifi :P I've even noticed that they have their own servers! Good place to rest after a long journey, I'd recommend it :)
