Where to stay in Bialystok

Very nice hotel, I was not able to enjoy the SPA with a limited timing, it is reserved for next time.

Typical posh hotel brewpub, mainly aimed at diners, with a lovely shiny brewkit. Bigger range of beer than I'd expected on tap, all fairly safe (as these places are) but the bison grass pale and imperial stout were pretty good. Barstaff were very good.

Very nice hotel with swimming pools, gym, sauna, very clean, the hotel located in the middle of the city, easy to walk around, a lot of restaurants, cafe, bars around, very good value for money.

Our room was located under the pool, leading to some sounds that could be heard in the room. Otherwise, pool area was amazing and so relaxing.

nice hotel very much right in the centre. restaurant was great food was delicious ( very generous though) only room was bit small that I was expecting. room and bathroom were clean, only shower gel was empty. I did not ask for a replacement, so it was OK.

An aged building with sauna and gym on the basement level. Fabulous buffet breakfast of a god variety. Fish along has salmon, herring and mackerel plus a few local dishes to try out.

Great location, easy access to almost everything. The restaurant deserves 5 stars. However, as a professor of management, I would say the management is not competent enough for hospitality business. The parking is an issue. Rather than talking to the city to make a deal at lease about the parking space right in front of the door, the management responded a complaint on parking in almost page length...

Great location and strong WiFi was the only plus. Parking was requested to be paid on the top of the room cost (while it was stated that hotel offers free parking), appliances and room were outdated. The classical/artdeco/1950s interior design was barely visible inside the hotel. For 4* chain (Best Western) hotel, there were no cosmetics in the bathroom. I would not stay again!

Well located. Great food both in the evening and especially for breakfast. The rooms are cozy and well soundproofed.

We stayed in a family suite. The price and location was great, thus the 4 stars. But the room was super hot when we arrived, the AC could only be turned on by the reception staff, and it kept shutting of, making it a very sweaty night. The food in the room service was pretty good, but the cocktails were just absolutely not worth it. Had a kid's pay area next to breakfast buffet , making it possible...

Good location, near to old town, shopping centre attached with the hotel. Parking available. Room sizes are big enough, provided supereb breakfast, perfect menu for lunch, room service available. Front desk employees known English.

Right in the centre of town. Ample parking if you go at the right time of day. Rooms are delightful and the beds are very comfortable.

Really great location, there is plenty of places to go see around, zoo, shops, shopping center, interesting architecture within 25 mins of walk. Most of them are even closer. Hotel staff talks in english, rooms are a bit dark but fine. Did not order breakfast, so can't comment on that. Did not hear noise even with windows to the street. Everything was fine. Really simple booking and check in/check...

Great place at the price and location point. Rooms ok. But no noise isolation if your window goes to busy street. Stuff ifs a bit tired. Restaurant actually is not working. Even rating is good. Sum smell in the hotel. To much chlorophyll in the water .

Good hotel, large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect in the city center, near restaurants, public transportation and Branicki Palace.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is nearby. The spa area needs renovation The rooms are nice and large, the beds are on the same level.

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

Very comfortable place to stay for a few nights at a reasonable price. Great aquapark with saunas and Jacuzzis.

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located close to the motorway, excellent for transit travellers from Baltic countries. Our room had a garden view, and there was no noise from the road. Breakfast was rich and delicious, very nicely served. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows - even though the hotel is by the main roads full of cars, but with the windows closed and aircon on, its a complete silence in the rooms. And food is really good

A very nice hotel. Spend one night there, arrived late, but the reception was still very nice and friendly. No buffet breakfast because of COVID-19, but the breakfast is still good. People work very fast, are nice and polite. Rooms are clean and big enough. Very good for the price.

Fantastic hotel for short city breaks. I stayed here couple of times and each time I was satisfied. Perfect location , the rooms are very clean and fresh. Great value for money ! The breakfast is really good- lots of options and freshly prepared plus good coffee machine. Parking outside available. Comfy beds and cosy rooms. Can’t ask for more then that.

Fantastic hotel, close to the center. Staff is very nice. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is missing some more variety of bread (but it does have several other options).

Old World Charm I love a place like this…the complete opposite of soulless modern. I arrived after midnight and the young man at the desk was patient and kind and beyond helpful after my long trip from Berlin. The room is charming. I threw open the window to the balcony and slept through the night. The hotel is on a side street to the main square so it is blissfully quiet while being at the center...

Really one of the best breakfasts i ever had in hotels.

We've spend one night there. The room was very clean, the shower nice and fresh towels. The curtains in the room could be improved though. They were too light and didn't block the 4 AM sun so why even put them there? The food was really good and tasty. It was a wedding night, so If you are looking to stay there to get some sleep when you are travelling through, check if there will be a wedding because...

Good place for transit for the money you have to pay. However do not expect a lot from the place. Also the breakfast should receive a refresh. Also the employees do not know a lot of english mostly keywords but again I am not having big expectations.

Honestly a pretty good hotel. Looks pretty good and has nicely sized rooms and beds. No fridge with drinks thou :/ but other than that the breakfast was pretty decent and most importantly free wifi :P I've even noticed that they have their own servers! Good place to rest after a long journey, I'd recommend it :)

Hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. Everything would be great, but the corridor system with rooms. Got lost twice while returning from the restaurant.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. There are two disadvantages: 1. If you have a room facing the road opening your windows means it will be noisy, 2. You need to indicate breakfast time in advance.

Pet friendly. :) The price for the dog was good - 20 zl. I have liked the place of the hotel - even if it wasn’t at the center of the city, near it was a few shopping centers. But there was no shampoo in the bathroom and was not so many choices of food at the breakfast.

Mostly satisfactory experience. Needs some repairs,sound from other rooms and outside is abit hearable but overall 4.

It's a good place to relax and have some fun with friends. The only problem we faced was the people stayed at the neighbor room disturbed so much but the workers solved the problem. I like the hospitality they given so much
