Olymp II in Kolobrzeg

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY... ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT KNOW POLISH.

CONS first as there are aplenty:
1. The staff did not speak any language apart from Polish. I mean, really? You are in hospitality industry. But they refused to acknowledge our requests with an excuse of no knowledge of English. Their gestures were rude and refused to even acknowledge simple request.
2. Room did not have any USB ports. None.
3. No air conditioning or fan available in the room and with temperatures near 30 degrees Celsius, only option was to open gallery door.
4. Bathroom spacious but poorly planned. Toilet seat placed at an awkward angle inspire of loads of space. Shower enclosure too constrained. I mean what do you want us to us rest of space in bathroom? Dance?
5. Restaurant closes at 7pm in evening !!!
6. No tea or coffee sachets in room and when asked for one, we were charged 30 Polish Zyloty!!!! Are you for real guys???
7. Kitchen staff would not listen and refused to speak English. We wanted to request early breakfast on day we checked out but no acknowledgement and hence had to leave without it even though it was in the package.

Only few PROS:
The room was spacious. Hotel clean. Good Location near Bus and Train station.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO SPEAKS ANY LANGUAGE THAN POLISH ESPECIALLY FAMILIES. Search for better places.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are scammers who stole from my company. They took the money but never issued an invoice. When I tried to contact them, there was no response from the staff, and the only explanation I got was a ridiculous excuse blaming a third-party intermediary. Meanwhile, they happily took the payment. These are just plain thieves. Be very careful – don’t trust these fraudsters.
