During my stay at this hotel, the first thing I noticed was the very attentive and pleasant staff. Angelika has a good command of the English language and is also very attractive. This friendly young woman showed me the way to breakfast and also informed me that parking is free.
In the future, if I need to book a hotel in Gdynia, I will definitely choose this one. Highly recommended.

Everything one would need when you think about clean, quiet and modern, low key hotel. And great location logistically for day trips. Amazing staff at the reception desk. I just might be back!

Stayed for 1 night and l was so upset about the bathroom.it seemed clean but when l lifted up the toilet sit omg.it was really dirty and unhygienic, there was urine on the seat which was quite inconvenient and unpleasant. The chef in breakfast area was so nice,smiling and helping not forgetting the lady with black hair receptionist she was so nice too. :)

The staff at Baltic Hotel is absolutely amazing! I am telling you, their service is beyond compare. And let me tell you about the room, it was spotless! My entire experience was absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend it enough! Seriously, it's the best!

The room was really clean and airy and a good size. The beds were very comfortable. Both were of good quality and one was slightly more firm than the other, which suited us. We only spoke English and the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a delicious self service buffet of traditional cold meats cheese, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit etc. A member of staff was available to cook eggs any way you liked. Good blackout curtains. All in all an excellent place to stay.

This hotel is actually better than most 3 star ones I have been in. Cozy rooms, floor heating in bathroom, bed with foam mattress. And in the end good WiFi connection. In the basement there is also a fancy restaurant but expensive.
