This hotel is almost really good, BUT:
- Breakfast: Very good selection, but the buffet is put on the tiniest place in the (big) room so that it's getring crowded when more and more guests arrive. Staff is mostly not very motivated and kind of rude.
- Rooms: We had a room on the first floor with great view, but when neighbors start smoking, you get the smell in your room... And smoking is not allowed on the property, but nobody cares.
- Reception/Front Desk: staff does not really care if there is a problem. One night we heard washing machines running through the whole night from below(?) our room. When confronted about this, the receptionist did not really care and only said "Maybe it's from the restaurant next door." Yeah, sure...
So we liked our stay because of the location right on the beach and in the city center. Can't beat that!
But for 400€/night I expect more from the staff.
We will not come back and only recommend this hotel for short stays of 1-2 nights.

Lovely location at the beach, close to the longest wooden pier in Europe.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot.
The hotel also shares it's building with a clothes shop, trinket shop, two café's and a restaurant.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished while we were there but it was easy to get around the hotel to our room and get to reception when needed.
The staff were excellent, they spoke both English and Polish and we're very happy to help in anyway, including ordering taxi's and giving us an umbrella when the weather turned!
Probably the most gorgeous hotel I've ever been to, we we're very happy during our stay!

Nice room on the beach. Hotel is going thru remodel and looks rundown. Breakfast in restaurant next door

Somehow it's the same everywhere.
Paid, parked, but the room was not cleaned at 3:30 p.m. In order not to have to wait, we paid an extra 400 zlotys for a better and cleaner room. After another half hour of waiting no one was able to tell us when we could check in.
It was a trap!

TO THE OWNERS- the Lady bedaine thé counter( long hair)was Not nice!-she don't now that in this business !!!-the customer is right and You don't tell them that are wrong.- BIG MISTAKE!- one more waitress should be employed- waiting too long for food.The place is nice.

Best location, good value (off season) BUT THE PILLOWS! I can't actually understand it, they did the renovation, spend lots of money, but they decided to look for the pillows in some garbage. Dear hotel manager, sleepless night due to cheap pillows thin as air can (and will!) ruin even the best hotel experience.

It’s a great hotel with a great location! Does not get any closer to the beautiful white beach because you are on the beach!
It has 4 wings. It’s important to book the room placed in the newly renovated wing, with the ground floor private deck. The room and the bathroom are really of high standard (four stars +). The view is exceptional…It’s a shame that some other rooms have not the same standard.
Please be aware that you need to pay all upfront (special rules). Some progress needs to be done at the reception. You must be patient since sometimes there is nobody at the reception…
The breakfast is delicious, and the environment is beautiful (White Marlin), … Even though the breakfast is not included it’s really worth it.
A big thank to the team, especially Tom who arranged for us the rooms in the last minute and during the high season (mid August)

It is a nice hotel. Location on the sea side, access directly at the beach. Actually part of hotel is on refurbishing. Clean, good food. The employee was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
