The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel’s location has both advantages and disadvantages. As a light sleeper, I found the external noise a bit disturbing, but if you're planning to explore Sopot, the location is ideal.

As for breakfast and wellness services, it’s too early to give a full opinion since tonight is our first night, but we’re looking forward to trying them out.

The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who seemed to read your mind. Truly exceptional service. I particularly loved the à la carte options, despite the buffet offering a wide variety.

The spa and wellness area were good, but I believe there's room for improvement. It was great that guests could book the sauna for privacy, though there wasn’t a designated space to relax afterward. A bit more attention to this would enhance the experience.

The holistic massage I received was great, though I found it a bit distracting to hear conversations from the spa reception. Despite this, it was still a good experience overall.

Stayed in this hotel during Christmas time.
Amazing place and room. Very nice touch on Christmas day the new slippers Christmas edition and gingerbread cake in the room.

Wonderful place! Great rooms, amazing staff, central location, beautiful building, really nice restaurant, comfy beds, spa downstairs, etc. Loved it!!

Beautiful hotel in the center of sopot. Very near restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to the fantastic pier and sandy beach. Also the train station just a couple minutes stroll away. The hotel itself is classy, rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very modern with good shower. Rooms cleaned every day. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had a few drinks there. The staff were exceptionally nice, especially Barbara who served us our lovely glasses of wine and marek on reception who gave us lots of friendly advice. Sopot is stunning, with beautiful buildings and cobbled streets. It’s about 30mins taxi ride from Gdańsk airport. We can’t wait to go back to sopot and hotel rezydent.

Good powerful shower, the entire hotel interior and exterior aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Very convenient location as located at top of Monte Cassino Street leading to the longest wooden pier in Europe. Very polite service and lots of choices at breakfast buffet including hot and cold offerings. Highly enjoyable stay.

An absolutely first class hotel in every way. The well-appointed room was a good size, and the large bed was exceptionally comfortable. All of the staff were helpful and efficient, and very friendly. The excellent breakfast was varied each day with plenty of choice, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Highly recommended indeed.

Hotel is very comfort, lovely decor, perfect location at the top of the high street. Close to train station, shops, nice restaurants and 5 minute walk to the sea front. The staff were super helpful and efficient
