Went for work but would definitely go back for leisure. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was great 👍🏻 Rooms nice and clean.

In all it was good value for money. The breakfast was amazing 😍. The lobby area looked nice and there was some stuff to do. The bedroom and bathroom was a bit dated but for the price I wouldn't normally complain. We didn't get to use the pool or gym so can't comment on that. The main reason for this was the lift was not working for our entire 2 day stay. This would be my main complaint. To be honest I would expect some kind of discount or free stay for that. I can understand it being out of order for a few hours but there were two lifts both were out of order for the entire stay. It meant that me and my wife who has back problems had to walk up two flights of stairs every time we wanted to get to our room. It also meant we couldn't use the poorly and spa facilities in the basement. It was shocking that the lift was not fixed as a matter of urgency. Especially as on both nights the hotel had at least one coach trip of elderly pensioners who wete also struggling with the stairs. I dread to think what would have happened if there had been a disabled person staying.

Was OK, but rooms are a bit old, not 100%clean, and green area looks like was abandoned long time ago. Friendly staff.

The hotel pretends to be better than it actually is, hotel rooms are neat but old - refurbishment would definitely help. And from that reason I believe it’s overpriced.
Staff is friendly and willing to help.
Must be a Germans- favourite hotel, the language is all around me ;)

Nice, quiet and a park across the street to walk in.
