Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from main Old Town Square. It has large parking additionally paid just near entrance. The biggest advantage is 15 m swimming pool. Man taking care of that was very helpful and kind

Our room was very beautiful and comfortable. Don't forget to take your slippers: you won't find them in your room. You can enjoy the swimming pool and SPA. The palace has 2 restaurants: Kasztanowa i Ogrodowa
We stopped off for a quick visit. The palace has been restored to a very high standard. There is a very nice stone flagged terrace at the back overlooking the gardens. Good for a cafe frappe or mojito

During my parkrun away weekend in Jelenia Góra, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cieplice MEDI & SPA, and for dinner, I opted for a hearty, comforting dish
The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day. The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s

Nice, clean hotel, spacious room, tasty and varied breakfasts. Minus for hum at night (as if from air conditioning or spinning washing machines), too remote parking and views from the window
But such charms of an old hotel built in a different era. Beds very comfortable, fold-out couch (in the room we got for 2 + 2) uncomfortable - crumpled and not leveled well
But when it comes to the distance from the center and accessibility, it is a great plus, if we are in the vicinity, I do not exclude that we will come back
Not too high expectations, but very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel needs modernisation but everything was comfortable. Family room was a little smaller than we thought, but still okay

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.
A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ. I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated

overall ok but: noisy people in the jacuzzi, no bathrobe nor towels to borrow for the swimming pool.
Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺
Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us.

Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water
We stayed there over Christmas period. We absolutely loved it! If we ever come back to Karpacz we will definitely stay there again. We were given a room on the highest floor with beautiful view

Email communication with the hotel was only in Polish, which felt strange, as I sent my queries in English and received replies in Polish. Not a big issue in the ChatGPT era, but still unusual
Given the hotel’s location, the vast majority of guests arrive by car, so it would make much more sense to include parking in the reservation price rather than charging separately afterwards
Lobby bar in art deco style have big choice of cocktails and atmosphere in the evening with life music is also pretty cozy. Wit big benefit of Aqua park!
Clean, warm, AC/Heat works properly, smells fresh. Also heated floor in bathroom is big benefit in winter time ❄️

The facility is located near several lifts. Close to the cable car to Śnieżka or to the Wang church. I recommend it especially for families with children. There is a toy room in the property, it does a great job
I had the opportunity to spend Christmas in this wonderful and charming place. The guesthouse is run by a married couple with a very high personal culture, who treat both guests and employees as family
As for dinners, they are good, but for the price of those in the facility, you can definitely find something for yourself in one of the local restaurants. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer
The ladies from the service are wonderful, competent, unobtrusive, dressed elegantly and with class. It was a wonderful time and we will be back for sure

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option
But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet - you are basically treated like a thief in the making
Ignoring the treatment of the customer, basic math tells you that the guests will quickly spend more at those machines than they pay for a full day of parking
The lady at the reception desk told us that we are forbidden from doing that because our parking expired with the room and we must leave within 15 minutes

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional

There was even somewhere in the day to sit down. The bathroom, on the other hand, is simply a failure. So small that it could barely fit one person. There were toiletries and towels
Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays
