Hotels with pool in Jelenia Gora

We didn't get to use the pool or gym so can't comment on that. The main reason for this was the lift was not working for our entire 2 day stay. This would be my main complaint

Went for work but would definitely go back for leisure. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was great 👍🏻 Rooms nice and clean.

The hotel pretends to be better than it actually is, hotel rooms are neat but old - refurbishment would definitely help. And from that reason I believe it’s overpriced. Staff is friendly and willing to help

It meant that me and my wife who has back problems had to walk up two flights of stairs every time we wanted to get to our room. It also meant we couldn't use the poorly and spa facilities in the basement

It was shocking that the lift was not fixed as a matter of urgency. Especially as on both nights the hotel had at least one coach trip of elderly pensioners who wete also struggling with the stairs

To be honest I would expect some kind of discount or free stay for that. I can understand it being out of order for a few hours but there were two lifts both were out of order for the entire stay

The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day. The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s

The toilet also had low water pressure: it was difficult to flush. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although the fruit buffet breakfast was watermelon, nothing else. The young lady working at reception on 09

com, room 307 was advertised as 'air-conditioned', but the air-conditioner was an old standing ventilator. In the bathroom, the shower just drips water due to low water pressure, so showering is not very pleasant

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the centre of Cieplice, a quiet place with restaurants and cafes, and next to the hotel is the huge park of the district with the thermal baths

"Average" is what best describes this hotel. Not in a bad way. The prices are moderate, quality is moderate, locations is good. You get what you pay for. Not more not less.

Nice, clean hotel, spacious room, tasty and varied breakfasts. Minus for hum at night (as if from air conditioning or spinning washing machines), too remote parking and views from the window

But such charms of an old hotel built in a different era. Beds very comfortable, fold-out couch (in the room we got for 2 + 2) uncomfortable - crumpled and not leveled well

But when it comes to the distance from the center and accessibility, it is a great plus, if we are in the vicinity, I do not exclude that we will come back

A beautiful palace, carefully restored. At present, the palace serves as a hotel. Possibility to organize a conference for many people. A wonderful, large park will make your stay more pleasant

Amazing food! The corn fed chicken was very tender, beetroot on the side had an incredible taste! The fish was also very nice. Perfectly sized portions, high quality.

An absolutely recommendable place

The service level was also average; the staff didn't greet you unless you addressed them directly. On the positive side; the park surrounding the property is beautiful and the palace itself is architecturally interesting

The place is run down and needs renovation. Apart many things the carpet in our room was stained and dirty, and the water in the shower couldn't be regulated; it was either too hot or too cold

A reasonable pizza, pasta and burger restaurant is walking distance (600m) from the property. To find the property turn left down Rudawska and continue straight for 60m until you see the big wooden gate

Lovely accommodation split across two beautifully restored properties in their own secure grounds and behind an automatic security gate

The property does have 4 dogs playing loose in the grounds which were very friendly but if you do not like dogs this property may not be the place for you

Run by some extremely attractive young ladies! The rooms are well appointed, light, airy and spacious

There are dogs running around the facility, two of which are quite aggressive. There are additional attractions in the garden, such as a grill, a trampoline, but there is no chance of letting the child go there alone

Cons, which I advise you to pay attention to: the owner does not control the dates, despite earlier reservations, it may turn out that there is no room

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ. I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated

The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺ Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us. ☺

Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily

We stayed there over Christmas period. We absolutely loved it! If we ever come back to Karpacz we will definitely stay there again. We were given a room on the highest floor with beautiful view

Probably one of the best places you have ever been to. Outstanding views, cozy and clean interiors, perfect location, professional staff and- to my firm surprise- reasonable prices

The darkness however is not only in pool area but in all other areas, including the dining areas, it’s really depressing and we had to find free spots near windows

A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety

The screaming children are everywhere, they are effectively silencing the beautiful piano music coming from cafeteria. They are also mindlessly killing the sense of tranquility all of us came for

Sauna is more or less ok, but people don’t respect the hygiene rules that are common in most of Europe, which is sitting on their towels in sauna, they just sit there in swimming suits, some of them not even on the towel, which isn’t a common thing even in Poland

So approximately 2000 people were staying there at that time. Swimming pool, whirlpool areas are really old, the whirlpool tubs are molded , and the paint is chipped on the stairs when you enter

The whole area of swimming pool is very dark even during the day, the ventilation is really bad and it’s hard to breathe and humidity is very high in the whole area

The facility is located near several lifts. Close to the cable car to Śnieżka or to the Wang church. I recommend it especially for families with children. There is a toy room in the property, it does a great job

I had the opportunity to spend Christmas in this wonderful and charming place. The guesthouse is run by a married couple with a very high personal culture, who treat both guests and employees as family

As for dinners, they are good, but for the price of those in the facility, you can definitely find something for yourself in one of the local restaurants. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer

The ladies from the service are wonderful, competent, unobtrusive, dressed elegantly and with class. It was a wonderful time and we will be back for sure

The Karkonosze SPA was beautifully and festively decorated. We had the opportunity to taste the great food served by the property

Overall ok 👍 we occupied an apartment for at least 8 people. Clean, nice. The facility has a small gym, a swimming pool (cold water), unfortunately, a different games room. Restaurant. I recommend 👍☺️

I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +. The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football

So why only 3 stars?? Unfortunately the water spilled a glass of beer on my youngest child. He was apologetic and tried to clean the mess up. But surprisingly offered nothing to the child in compensation

We were looking for a place for 1 night, going down the trail from Śnieżka in the late afternoon. A very nice man from the reception, offered us 1 night for 2 people for PLN 240, including breakfast

Everything was very tasty (like mum's). Food in abundance, and I would even say that there was a lot of it. Even the most delicate palates were very pleased. Super service, nice and fulfilling all wishes and requests

Room equipped with everything you would expect from a holiday home, very clean, which is the most important thing for us. Very tasty breakfasts, a large selection of Swedish dishes, good coffee

At this price in Karpacz, it's hard to find a better offer for the money, we also definitely recommend and greet the Lord from the reception. PS: We're going to the Pieniny Mountains now;)

I hired a few rooms to make my birthday at this resort. All guests were very pleased with the size, equipment and cleanliness. The only small minus is too soft mattresses

We felt very well here, everything could be arranged without any problems. We wanted to stay a bit longer in the pool area and that was no problem at all, we asked for extra towels and that was no problem either

Very good breakfasts - goat cheese and salmon are a rarity on hotel breakfasts, you can come with dogs and spend time walking in a beautifully adapted garden with a chill zone right next to the stream

On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern

Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service

We got lovely, large and spacey family room with balcony and as a welcome a free bottle of wine and sweets. During stay the hotel offers a lot's of different activities for kids

We were in Aquapark. 5 different kind of jacuzzi, river and wave. Kid have great time and also me. We didn't rent a room, we were from outside.

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional

There was even somewhere in the day to sit down. The bathroom, on the other hand, is simply a failure. So small that it could barely fit one person. There were toiletries and towels

Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays

It turned out to be much cooler, prettier. With a very nice and large bathroom. Overall it was something to eat but still the same. There was always something missing and everything had to be asked for

But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. The children slept on the fold-out couch. There was only a coffee table and a pouffe in the room

The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. Next to the swimming pool there is a jacuzzi and a sauna

Children's pool, warm enough to stay there as long as you wish. Sauna for parents, you can relax there after having a hike. A small playground outside the backyard, a play room inside near the kitchen - heaven for kids

Great hotel with short walking distance to the towns center. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast option included with the stay. Sauna and nice swimming pool were a plus
