The best hotel to stay on the area.

I mean it is located at the city center of old town. It is a very s city. Room is good and it is more like like a boutique hotel. Only 50 meters from so called centre WiFi o terrible. Barroom amnities must be better . Parking is avilable upon request. People are very nice.

A pleasant hotel with a quality that lines up with the price. The room was so so, as was breakfast. I stayed on the 1st floor and could hear noise from the restaurant downstairs until around 11pm. Location is very central, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Great location, very nice staff and rooms lavishly decorated in a boudoir kind of style. The breakfast was amazing, there was probably more than 100 delicious food items to choose from, many of them homemade.

The place was beautiful. Beautiful location, quiet and calm. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, if you are not German (especially Polish) you may be treated a little bit differently, little bit less friendly. You may have different rules to follow. They proposed also breakfast served to the room. Helped with printing and copying some docs without any poblems. There is free buffet open 24h with drinks, yogurts or snacks - great idea. I was twice a guest at the Fawn. The hotel offers its guests the unique atmosphere and climate. The room I slept in was large and comfortable. The service is professional, prices are affordable. Recommend!

Nice service, good breakfast, good location, bus next to the resort every 30 minutes to the center, close to the Wang temple. Outside, there is a parking lot, a playground and a place for a bonfire. Old scandinavian look city motel. Good food. Quite place located at the very top of Karpacz city.

A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ. I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated. For example i did not see any AC in the room. Also, we were on the ground floor beside the lobby/bar area and it was very noisy.

Very well located hotel with beautiful surrounding in the peaceful spot. The rooms are spacious and meet expected quality for that price. The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains.

Very nice resort where you can relax, nice rooms are clean and tidy. Very nice owners, the only drawback is unfortunately the lack of internet, but it often stutters and answers only in one place and not always. You can also forget about using your own because there is no coverage, so if you want to check any attractions on the Internet, it may be poor.

The rooms are nice, clean and warm. Equipped with everything you need - kettle, fridge. Two kitchenettes are available on the first floor. We didn't miss anything - to the "Karpatka" slope 8 minutes on foot, to the center about 20 minutes. Ample parking, nice owner.

Price compared to competitors is available. In change we get a clean room and bathroom, which is more than the competition. Conditions to spend a few days in Karpacz, as for me very good.

This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. We will definitely come back.

We stayed there over Christmas period. We absolutely loved it! If we ever come back to Karpacz we will definitely stay there again. Staff was just lovely. I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +. The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football. The sauna is not working. The place has potential, but requires refreshment and funding. Service without complaint.

The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card. I was not impressed. Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service. No interest, no smile. Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The rooms were clean. The room was small. The balcony and shower place was quite small. The toilets are really small. There were not any room service / cleaning for 4 days we stayed. There are only single beds available and beds are comfy.

This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!
