The hotel is modest in terms of breakfast and services. The rooms are strange in style but large in size and this is an excellent feature and the best thing about the hotel. The location is excellent and it is the best thing about the hotel. The hotel entrance is a long path to reach the reception and it is very annoying for those carrying bags. There is no one to help carry the bags. The internet is slow.

Disappointing for a 5 star hotel, but a nice stay regardless. The room was lovely but it didn't exactly match a description - the garden is shared with other rooms and not exactly enclosed so bear that in mind if you're travelling with a pet or want peace and quiet. Car chargers don't work very well, so another let down. Parking is very tight and it's a hassle to get it booked (firstly told don't use the app then to use it) overall it was great for a weekend.

The hotel is quite unique, so I booked two room types, thinking of experiencing both. The first one is a bit like a cave, and the second one is a duplex. The duplex feels very good, but the only drawback is: there are no tableware and utensils in the kitchen, and the breakfast is also average

The room was spacious so I didn't feel stuffy. The desk was also friendly. There is a private parking lot, but the space is small. The breakfast restaurant is a system where they cook to order.

The old granary now revamped into a stunning hotel was our hotel of choice on our visit to Wroclaw.
It's only minutes by foot from all the bars and restaurants on the old town square.
The rooms were fantastic and the staff were superb considering the language difficulties.
There is parking available at the hotel should you arrive by car.
The breakfast was very good with a good choice of food options.

Very mixed experience for what claims to be a 5-star hotel. The room had run-down blinders, very set-in stains on the carpet and what looks like a mold patch below the table. The room was also not sound-insulated well, leading to hearing ambulances and police cars racing through the nearest main road in Dolby-quality detail. Everything, including the water (!) was not complimentary and, frankly, extortionately expensive. To top it all off, there is no fast check-out of any sort, and the receptionist was multi-tasking extensively when trying to check out. What should've been a simple process of giving the key back took 10 minutes instead.
Frankly, I do not think I would come back. The building and character of it is not enough to justify this hotel's stars, and it feels like this is what they ride on at the cost of everything else.

4 night stay in an Executive Suite. First the good things. Lovely building in a quiet street but easily within walking distance of the Old Town. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Very nice breakfast and the staff at breakfast should be credited for their cheery approach. And now the not so good..... Upon arrival I asked at reception if we could get a coffee in the Restaurant (it was about 2 in the afternoon) only to be told that Wroclaw was famous for its Coffee Bars and we should go and find one to have a coffee there, not what I expect from a 5* establishment. I had a meeting scheduled for 3 that afternoon so didn't get a coffee. Again from Reception, I asked if I could get some more sugar for my room only to be pointed in the direction of the restaurant and told "ask my colleague in there." I paid almost 4000pln for a 4 night stay and had to go searching for someone to ask for sugar because it seemed too much bother for reception to do this for me.
I must also agree with many other reviews regarding the decor. The hotel is in desperate need of a redecoration, carpets cleaned/replaced, walls in rooms touched up with paint, skirting boards/kick boards replaced. In my opinion the hotel as it stands at the moment is probably a 3* bordering 4* but with some intense work as rooms are vacant could easily be the 5* it advertises.
I must also agree with many other reviews regarding the decor.
