A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ.
I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated. For example i did not see any AC in the room. Also, we were on the ground floor beside the lobby/bar area and it was very noisy.

The spa staff is a bit unprofessional. Booked a massage, i got an email, two phone calls to confirm it. Now a guy with very lousy attitude called again to say thery do not provide this type of massage.

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

The hotel itself is beautiful, there is a place to relax. But, there are also disadvantages - and the name of such an elementary one as hand soap - no, slippers - no, air conditioning - no, wintelator - no. When you are at the reception, no one ever picks up the phone. The attitude of the staff is terrible. I'm just shocked. They take 500 zł per night and in fact there is nothing in the room and it is hot up to +40 that it is impossible to sleep and be there

Zdecydowanie górna półka hoteli, cena również ;) Świetna lokalizacja, mega dużo zielonego miejsca wokół, można spokojnie mecz piłkarski rozegrać. Family friendly, basen robi dobrą robotę. Śniadanie na bogato. Wrócimy tam na pewno.

Very well located hotel with beautiful surrounding in the peaceful spot. The rooms are spacious and meet expected quality for that price. The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains.

I gave a 3 on TripAdvisor but after last days humiliation by a cretin I give 1 star because there is no possibility to give 0. Don't come here. Go to Czech or Austria or any other alp country. Poland is ok in other ways, not in terms of mountains...
This hotel is great for white trash people who have collected money for a whole year to spend some time at a hotel. Cretins who work with construction would love this place. It is like in England back in 1982.

Paying 2000+ zlotych for 4 nights (2 adults, 2 children - one of them a 3 month old baby)seems really overpriced when thinking about bedroom quality. Most of the staff is really nice. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, open from 8-10, though arriving at 9.30 was a lot different to arriving at 9.00 since there was not so much food left of some kinds, could have been a bad day. Ordering from the menu on the restaurant I would not recommend. We were there two times. On the first time we waited 50 minutes for our food, even if there were only two other tables being served, and one of them came 15 minutes after us. The food was okay - nothing great, but on the second time we were alone there, had to wait 35 minutes for our food (not the longest time okay), only for our food to be cold. One of those restaurants that will sacrifice quality for good look. Could've been a bad day also, I don't know.
The spa is okay if you manage to go on a dead time. It doesn't need a lot of people to feel really crowded.
The person cleaning the room did a good job though.
It's not a terrible place, but for this money I expected far better things.
