We have chosen this hotel for a family stay during Easter holidays, the decision was made mostly based on the photos we have seen. But this turned into a huge disappointment when we actually arrived there. The hotel is quite old, judging from out fashioned design of the interior and rooms I estimate 20+ years. The location is great it is quite and there are a lot of activities to do, the room was clean and the staff are nice. Great for kids there is also a rollercoaster out back, you do have to pay for it do.

So...it was quite hard to select appropriate rating for this monstrosity that landed in the beautiful Karpacz village. - Interior of the hotel looks as brutal as the outside: large/long corridors, oversized halls, pillars, weird areas like the always-empty "reading" patio with selection of Readers digest in Polish. - Room was relatively fine, however smells (like the rest of the hotel) like the pool...

Amazing rooms and view, very good food. Family friendly, really recommended.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, near to hiking trails, good animation for kids: every day something happens, food: relatively good, very nice pools and wellness. Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals.

I wouldn't call it kid-friendly (at least for 6yo and below) - difficult to get there, accessible only by car (the road has no sidewalk). Access to the pool area is dangerous - very slippery (not only for kids, for adults as well). Generally a nice hotel, with great food, but I wouldn't even consider going back there with small kids.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet place, but at the same time a short distance to hiking trails, the ski slope and the center of the city Karpacz. The staff speaks very good English and everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. We enjoyed the long and varied breakfasts and the best part was the perfect wellness and spa.

Pleasant environment, comfortable room, including the bed. The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card. Rich breakfast and well-prepared scrambled eggs. The park of miniatures at the hotel is also interesting - the visitor will meet a number of buildings during a tour of the city.

The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. We had an amazing time in Karpacz. Our rooms were relatively big and definitely clean.

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a nice view and the staff was kind and pretty.

We generally really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. It has a convenient location, near the trails and lift - we didn't need to use the car at all. The best of all was the food - really amazing breakfasts and dinners. The wellness is also lovely, especially after long hikes. The decor and furniture in the room is rather old-fashioned. Nobody cleaned our room or emptied the bins during our stay...

We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺ Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us. ☺

Very nice and cozy place, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The jacuzzi could be bigger - it can only accommodate 2-3 people. On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great.

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The hotel has also spa, I recommed it. Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays. But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. We had two rooms. One bedroom was ok. Large bed, wardrobe, desk. The lounge is much smaller. The children slept on the fold-out couch...

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional. About a 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable! Thank you and see you again!

Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily. Quite a good restaurant with typical Polish meals.

The staff were very friendly and each member of staff could speak English or German, so we could always communicate. The location was also good and the rooms were clean. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The rooms were clean. The room was small. The balcony and shower place was quite small. The toilets are really small. There were not any room service / cleaning for 4 days we stayed. There are only single beds available and beds are comfy.

I was tempted by the price. I was going with the intention of walking, not tracking in the room ... Additionally we took breakfast for 3. Everyone ate to their fullest. An undoubted advantage is the acceptance of animals at a very good price and a nice owner. Even though the TV does not work, it does not bother me somehow. In room No. 18, where I had the opportunity to stay, a kitchenette available one floor below the view of the mountains is like someone is 180 cm tall (roof window) torn contacts hanging on the cables, the floor in the passage to the bathroom, a poorly finished threshold, you can hurt yourself, a double bed on the right side broken springs from the window, the TV is but not working because of the switch...

The hotel is situated in a charming place, near the dam on the Łomnica River. It is not far to the center. Very nice and communicative service. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the forest. Warm, clean, tidy. However, it is worth checking the showers - note to the owner - we had moisture in the corners. Tasty and varied breakfasts and dinners. Good, home almost. It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Excellent localisation, very impressive amenities, room was clean and well heated, the balcony was a very nice addition, there's ample storage if you're skiing/snowboarding. Very affordable and comes highly recommended.

From the outside, the hotel does not look very inviting and the rooms are ok. Furniture has its course, but there is no tragedy. Mattresses are a matter of taste - not very comfortable for me. A wonderful place with a view of the forest, beautiful and modern interiors. In addition, the swimming pool with steam bath and sauna in the apartment are impressive. We also used the Russian banya, where you could relax and smell the forest. I recommend this place 100% I will definitely come back here.

A wonderful place for "townspeople" but not only :) currently my favorite place in the Karkonosze Mountains, the facility has a high standard, great location, all possible amenities. A wonderful and real forest, peace and quiet. The perfect place to spend time with children - closeness with nature guaranteed.
