Kobido massage at Mrs. Ania's. I just had the great pleasure of participating. I have never experienced anything so magical in my life. Mrs. Ania has magical hands, I felt very taken care of by her. The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. Next to the swimming pool there is a jacuzzi and a sauna. Everything you need when you want to get tired and then take care of yourself. Absolutely ok 💪💪💪🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️🏋🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️🏋🤸😀

Absolutely love 💕 it:) We, a small family with a 5 year old boy, have visited Karpacz a couple of times and but stayed in aparthotels mostly before. This time we have decided to try a relatively big hotel at the end of May. This is great value for money , a paid parking a bit of disappointment but other facilities beat it. Children's pool, warm enough to stay there as long as you wish. Sauna for parents...

Nice location, very kids friendly with a lot of entertainment. Also, pets friendly! Rooms are OK, but nothing extraordinary. No minibar. The fitness center is really small and with old equipment. Service is very good and of course the nature around the hotel is amazing. Also, very good breakfast. So, all in all I enjoyed it, but fitness should be improved.

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We generally really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. It has a convenient location, near the trails and lift - we didn't need to use the car at all. The best of all was the food - really amazing breakfasts and dinners. The wellness is also lovely, especially after long hikes. The decor and furniture in the room is rather old-fashioned. Nobody cleaned our room or emptied the bins during our stay...

We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺ Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us. ☺

I was not impressed. Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service. No interest, no smile. Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either.

Very nice and cozy place, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The jacuzzi could be bigger - it can only accommodate 2-3 people. On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great.

Fantastic place to visit, very high quality food and restaurant, not typical at all, great value for money. Superb staff, both professional and friendly. Great Spar, super clean again with lovely staff. Not many places get 5 stars, however with the food quality and Superb staff, it's well deserved. I will be back :)

Pleasant environment, comfortable room, including the bed. The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card. Rich breakfast and well-prepared scrambled eggs. The park of miniatures at the hotel is also interesting - the visitor will meet a number of buildings during a tour of the city.

Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily. Quite a good restaurant with typical Polish meals.

Overall the hotel was quite nice. A very big plus for the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. It is a pity that it is open until 9 PM during summer holidays. But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. We had two rooms. One bedroom was ok. Large bed, wardrobe, desk. The lounge is much smaller. Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional. About a 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable! Thank you and see you again!

The staff were very friendly and each member of staff could speak English or German, so we could always communicate. The location was also good and the rooms were clean. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The rooms were clean. The room was small. The balcony and shower place was quite small. The toilets are really small. There were not any room service / cleaning for 4 days we stayed. There are only single beds available and beds are comfy.

Ładny i zadbany hotel, dobra lokalizacja, mnóstwo miejsc parkingowych, dobre jedzenie, czyste i duże pokoje, miła obsługa. Jedyne minusy to to, że mimo podanych godzin otwarcia sauny, nie zawsze jest nagrzana (chociaż jeśli poprosisz, zawsze chętnie nagrzeją), no i jaccuzi trzeba aobie zabukować i można korzystać jedynie godzinę. Plusem jest to, że jaccuzi dostajemy na wyłączność ?

From the room view of the mountains clean, warm and tidy. Nice and friendly lady at the reception. Parking for guests in the price. At the bottom there is a restaurant where there is good food, nice owners who, together with the waiters, serve the guests themselves.

Hungarian style pancake with delicious veal. Pancakes with nutella also liked my son. Nice and cozy.

The hotel is clean, well-kept and intimate. At a high level, without the crowds and hustle and bustle, delicious breakfasts. The lady at the reception is very polite and helpful (she can quickly solve any inconvenience). I recommend it with a clear conscience.

In my opinion, the facility and the service deserve a strong four stars. Rooms clean, delicious breakfasts, the Spa zone looks very decent and an additional advantage is the possibility of direct descent to the mountain stream to cool the body (hardly any where such a possibility exists). has 10 rooms, it gives an intimate feeling of stay - despite the crowded Karpacz. Summing up, a nice alternative...
