We had an amazing stay at Artus Resort in Karpacz! It’s a perfect spot for families—so many activities for kids and adults alike, from the pools and play areas to the wellness facilities. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were excellent with a lot of variety and fresh options. What really made the stay stand out was the staff—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. We left feeling completely relaxed and already want to come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Karpacz area!

Room was great with a view over Sniezka. It was clean and spacious
Infrastructure was excellent with multiple swimming pools sauna, steam,… hotel also had a bowling and squash facilities. In the main pool saunas don’t have emergency buttons and doors are tinted so best not to go in alone
Location is a bit outside of city centre and all its facilities, though very close to walking trails
Food was traditional polish with great selection. If you stay a few days it gets repetitive
Biggest drawback is unmotivated/ untrained staff. Few examples: live cook was eating while serving food, when we arrived the reception would answer abruptly without offering any useful tips (like a soup for children being available, how to get to walking trails…), when bowling alley got blocked the lady operating it said that nothing can be done; only after escalating situation another gentleman was called in to resolve,…
All in all, I would recommend it for facilities if you don’t mind unhelpful service

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind, and we enjoyed the facilities. However, we had an unpleasant experience during dinner.
My husband and I went to dinner at 5 PM, and of course, our young daughter came with us, as she cannot stay alone in the room. At that time, she wasn’t hungry yet, so we left for about an hour to play in the kids’ area. We came back later, planning to feed her at her usual dinner time.
We gave our room number to the waitress as usual, but another waitress suddenly came over and told us quite abruptly that she had already seen us at dinner and we had to leave.
As a result, our daughter couldn’t eat and we had to drive into town to get her food. It was really upsetting and felt very unkind – especially considering we have a small child. We’ve never experienced anything like this at a hotel before.

Great hotel for a conference. Breakfast was especially good with many choices. Had two sets of bath houses with saunas, pool and jacuzzi.

Very nice and cozy hotel. We enjoyed beautiful Chrismas mood in the hotel. Very high standards in all possible fields

We stayed at Sowia Dolina at the end of January. Fantastic hotel. The food was very good and there was always a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. The facilities are well maintained and there is always something to do. Great place to go with the whole family or just as a couple. Even though it was snowing and people were dragging in snow all the time, it was quite incredible to see how the staff kept the corridors, elevators and other areas clean without disturbing the guests. There was literally no sign of any dirt, melted snow, etc anywhere, and it is a vast complex. All of the hotel staff was always very kind and helpful. The only downside was the comfort level of the bed and pillows. It was not bad, but not that great either. After we asked for new pillows it was better, though. All in all it was a really great experience and we highly recommend this place.

It may not look from photos, but this place deserves a 6th star.
Since 2008 we had always traveled to new places each ear including Carribean or South East Asia but to Artus resort we since the first visit come every year.
It's perfect place for every group ages, couples, families or retired.
Fantastic service, clean and modern, perfect location. 15 minutes walk to Karpacz centre or 90 minutes to Sněžka 1603m.

Tasty meals, diverse choice of food. Attentive, kind and helpful staff. Enormous swimming pool. Quietness. Good transit by local bus to all hike starting points
