Lovely Small Hotel in a Great Location
I had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel in Łódź, Poland. It’s located near the street but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly. One of the highlights was the breakfast: not much options but good quality and tasty

With our experience over the last few years visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 we stay at Nobo many times and staff make us feel at home. Our latest visit was first week of May 2025. As usual everything was perfect. Restaurant is top class from breakfast buffet to fine dining dinner time

I definitely recommend this hotel. My partner and I were very surprised by the decor and atmosphere of the facility. The service was very professional, everywhere was clean, the decor perfectly matched the season of the year. Very good bus access from the city center and train stations to the hotel. The bus stops are very close to the facility. I think I will come back to this hotel during my next stay in Łódź!

I haven’t been here for 3 or 4 years and I only stopped in today to take a break from a 10km walk my dog and I were attempting. I needed a beer, he needed water and a rest. We were both delighted with the efficient service, smiling staff, and the general ambience of the place. I’ll always remember the great times I spent here in the past with my family and friends but it’s lovely to know that you are treated just as well when you simply drop in when passing.

An interesting story happened to me at this hotel. I arrived with my parents late in the evening, checked in and came to dinner at the restaurant (I checked in advance whether the restaurant was open, and they even sent me a special invitation by email). It turned out that there was nothing that was on the menu, we ate something, but it was not at all what we wanted. A very unpleasant feeling, as if you were fed leftovers. we were told that they were restarting the menu, and therefore there were no products (I don’t understand the connection, but I didn’t write a bad review) And exactly two weeks later, I stopped by this hotel again on the way home, I was interested in looking at the new menu. The menu appeared to be old, they just added a few items. I would like to note that the reception staff is very friendly, the waiters are great, the problem is with the administrator (she is not friendly and aggressive). Also, the administrator decided that her workplace is in the restaurant, and sits all day with a laptop and papers right in the center of the restaurant.

I have stayed for one night on a business trip. Hotel is good, it's clean and comfortable, relatively small hotel with medium sized rooms. Service was excellent, I love the take away sandwiches on the check-out. Breakfast buffet is way above average. Restaurant food was ok, kind of style over substance. Overall very good experience.

If you are looking for problems and throwing your money away then I really recommend this hotel. I booked two rooms through booking and unfortunately chose the wrong date by mistake. I was in a hurry to leave and didn't notice that the computer had inserted the dates including the promotional rate and I mindlessly clicked it. I called the hotel and asked to change the date. The manager of the reception, despite the explanation and obvious mistake was adamant and did not agree to change the date or refund. This is how I parted with the amount of over 100 €. I congratulate the hotel on its creativity in increasing revenue and I warn everyone looking for accommodation in Lodz.
