It was a really amazing experience at this hotel, it has all the facilities you need, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed in either a bed or sofabed. The television works and the trams have a stop outside. It is close to the city centre and had a friendly crew to help us with the city. It had a pool and a pool table, as well as a bowling alley and table football, all which were cheap and enjoyable. There was no lifeguard at the pool, but it had barely anyone in it and I only say this because it was my only criticism, so thank you for the experience. Would definitely stay again in this wonderful place of Lodz

Everything was perfect! From the start to finish. We walked out of one hotel due to not such a good service and attitude. Just to come to this hotel which made our day. Bowling, swimming pool, spa with massages - perfect service.
Very clean rooms, smiley staff, comfy beds, lots and lots of space, huge choice of breakfast, free parking. Highly recommended.

Our preferred stay in Łódź. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and floor heating. We love the breakfast buffet with various meat, vegetables, cheese, fruit, cereal, cake, warm dishes, self prepared salads, …. 😋
Don’t miss out the restaurant. All we ate was freshly made and of high quality. I love the tartare, burgers and breaded pork chops.
The pool is probably the biggest hotel pool in Łódź. Highly recommend.
A bar with pool table and bowling is good for a little time off after work or a stressful shopping day at the nearby mall. City center with excellent restaurants is a short walk away. Thanks for very good service, happy to come back.

Hello , just spent 4 nights! Excellent area so roomy , amazing breakfast area with so manu choices!
Lucky wasn't hot so we didn't have to use the pool that seem closer to the older sister - Ambasador Centrum . I might book there next time in summer.
Only suggestion i think installing soap/Shampoo + conditioner will be more eco instead of those tiny bottles .

Nice, Clean and modern Hotel. Great Pool and nice Sauna which is used by people with their bathing clothes on. Breakfast was also good.

Nice and clean hotel good location, the half blankets on the bed was a bit of a pain when you move around in the night. Fantastic rainfall shower. The control panel for the AC was pretty bright in an otherwise dark room though
