It's ok, however the place is a bit dated. Furniture, room quality and the whole building feel like the late nineties. The staff is ok, yet we had a strange situation, that I wasn't expecting from such a pricey hotel. The swimming pool, saunas and spa are great. Breakfast is decent. Lotcation is also great, until you are there to hike. Mountains and trails are close by. Overall ok, yet won't be coming...

A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Big credit to the barman. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities. The swimming pool is not a aquapark. But does have excellent gym. Buffet break fast and lunch is adequate. But spa protocol is not followed, be prepared to tolerate unhygienic usage.

A good place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the area allows walking and cycling. There are many places to visit, incl. Lemko churches. Comfortable and comfortable rooms, delicious food. Yes, and I will definitely come back if I'm around.

The water park is commendable. Clean, suitable water temperature and friendly lifeguards. For me, this is really a place worth visiting - adults can relax in the jacuzzi, use the sauna, and for children there is a separate pool and slide. I recommend!

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location, which is sure to appeal to people who want to fully relax and escape from everyday life. Safe, clean and beautiful. The water park on the territory is quite large, the pub is well stocked, so there is where to spend rainy evenings;). I will definitely come back here.

As an organizer of holidays for children, I am very pleased with my stay in Gościniec. Rooms, food and service at a high level. Safe facility. The location is an additional big plus. I heartily recommend.

The place to stay if you're planning to go skiing. 10 min walk from ski lifts. Great local atmosphere, home made food, clean. Going back there every now and again.

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste. We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best. Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

This is a divine hotel. We have been coming here for Christmas almost every year for the past 10 years, so I can say most about the hotel at this particular time of the year. The hotel is more boutique size which we like very much, as it doesn't feel crowded even during such a busy time as Christmas. Location was perfect great distance from city ,so walking and trial hiking was perfect. Great place for a tourist, very helpful staff and good price. Nice rooms with private bathroom, shared kitchenette, possibility to do laundry for a fee. The downside is the lack of a tilt window in the room.

A family, small, intimate hotel in the center of Krynica. Hence, it is close to the famous Krynicki Promenade 100 m, as close to the Jaworzyna Ski Station as to the Słotwiny ski lifts. The legendary owner of this hotel, the late Andrzej Pałyska organized transporting his guests to the slopes, and to the famous trips to Jaworki -Kawiarnia Owczarnia for jazz concerts and more, and for trips around Krynica...

The rooms are very nice, clean and warm, the service is very nice, breakfast buffet is prepared, everyone will find something for themselves, the price is adequate for the quality, the location is nice off the beaten track and close to the pedestrian zone. Warm and clean. Close to the pump room in Krynica. Food ok. Trouble with parking. A strange room, to which you go down like a basement, cramped. Fortunately, the window was there. Nice bathroom. Fraudulent view on the internet, because there are a lot of buildings around and no space. The refrigerator was as loud as the factory cooling unit. It was impossible to sleep.

Overall, clean, great breakfast, moderate price. Location a plus. On the downside: intimate lighting in the bathroom. 😁 good to have a flashlight and lack of cleanliness. Double room small, but clean and comfortable. The bedding is relatively new (judging by the great condition of the pillow), the duvet covers are snow-white. There were 2 bottles of 0.5 l water and two glasses on the table. There was a TV in the room. Microscopic bathroom. Clean. In the bathroom there were: a hair dryer, towels - white, soaps, shampoos, disposable cups for brushing teeth. Tasty food...

A hotel worth recommending in its class. Location - 5 minutes from the center. Maintenance - very good. Service - very polite and helpful. Breakfasts - plenty and tasty. Rooms with bathrooms are nice, comfortable and clean. There is everything you need except cosmetics (only gel in a dispenser). The massage performed by Mrs. Joanna was very good and relaxing. Breakfasts are varied, there is plenty to choose from. Unfortunately, the dinners were bar-style, cold and served without any attention to form. The service in the restaurant spoils what is left of the good impression...

A great place on the accommodation map of Krynica. Villa located in the center with its own parking lot (underground!). The service was very nice, the breakfast was delicious, we ate dinner once - unfortunately it was very average... (the trout ordered by my wife was not very fresh). The hotel is new, clean, smells new. We bought a New Year's Eve stay, which exceeded our expectations! Delicious food, great team, a great New Year's sleigh ride was organized for the next one. We had a wonderful time. The hotel can use the spa area, the hotel accepts pets, which is an additional advantage. I recommend!!!

At the end of November, I visited a newly opened restaurant in the renovated villa. Food was excellent, typical Polish food with a twist, e.g., pierogi with goose meat and saffron milk cap mushrooms sauce. It brings back memories from my childhood, highly recommended.
