It's ok, however the place is a bit dated. Furniture, room quality and the whole building feel like the late nineties. The staff is ok, yet we had a strange situation, that I wasn't expecting from such a pricey hotel. The swimming pool, saunas and spa are great. Breakfast is decent. Lotcation is also great, until you are there to hike. Mountains and trails are close by. Overall ok, yet won't be coming...

A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Big credit to the barman. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities. The swimming pool is not a aquapark. But does have excellent gym. Buffet break fast and lunch is adequate. But spa protocol is not followed, be prepared to tolerate unhygienic usage.

A good place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the area allows walking and cycling. There are many places to visit, incl. Lemko churches. Comfortable and comfortable rooms, delicious food. Yes, and I will definitely come back if I'm around.

The water park is commendable. Clean, suitable water temperature and friendly lifeguards. For me, this is really a place worth visiting - adults can relax in the jacuzzi, use the sauna, and for children there is a separate pool and slide. I recommend!

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location, which is sure to appeal to people who want to fully relax and escape from everyday life. Safe, clean and beautiful. The water park on the territory is quite large, the pub is well stocked, so there is where to spend rainy evenings;). I will definitely come back here.

I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste. We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best. Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

We've been using this place for many years and keep coming back. The location is close to the spa center. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious. The owners are exceptional. I highly recommend it.

Double room small, but clean and comfortable. The bedding is relatively new (judging by the great condition of the pillow), the duvet covers are snow-white. There were 2 bottles of 0.5 l water and two glasses on the table. There was a TV in the room. Microscopic bathroom. Clean. In the bathroom there were: a hair dryer, towels - white, soaps, shampoos, disposable cups for brushing teeth. Tasty food...

A hotel worth recommending in its class. Location - 5 minutes from the center. Maintenance - very good. Service - very polite and helpful. Breakfasts - plenty and tasty. Rooms with bathrooms are nice, comfortable and clean. There is everything you need except cosmetics (only gel in a dispenser). The massage performed by Mrs. Joanna was very good and relaxing. Very close to city centre, with nice view from balcony on the city or Ski Slope (depending on the Building side) due to Building being on a Hill, 10 minutes from spa park.
