Clean, suitable water temperature and friendly lifeguards. For me, this is really a place worth visiting - adults can relax in the jacuzzi, use the sauna, and for children there is a separate pool and slide

Great for a long weekend with a child, lot of facilities for children, great swimming pools , sauna, Jacuzzi and smaller pools for children. Very good breakfast, big choice of food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel has also wellness with several pools and water slide. There are also two saunas and salt cave. I really recommend this hotel!

The swimming pool, saunas and spa are great. Lotcation is also great, until you are there to hike. Mountains and trails are close by. Overall ok, yet won't be coming back

A very tired and used hotel from the 80s. Held together by the excellent staff. Generally i think this place was given four stars for the facilities. The swimming pool is not a aquapark

In general, all the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, they will always answer questions or give advice if necessary. The swimming pool with sauna is very atmospheric

Great place!!! Kind staff! Food in hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious!!! Location is good too nearby mountain Jaworzyma!!! there are swimming pool, sauna (wet and dry), salt cavern and spa!!! There is Room for kids!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone, with children, for two people, for everyone!!!! Love this place!!!

What a spectacular view from a fantastic restaurant, everything was the top. From the service to the food. Can't wait to come back! The pasta with bacon and peas to die for. Just talking about it makes me super hungry!

The ladies who deliver the food are very nice and helpful with a smile on their face. Room cleaning is on request only, you have to inform the front desk also due to the pandemic

If you'd plan to make a conference - Lira seems to have at least 2 projectors mounted on the ceiling for small to medium sized groups. I'll definitelly consider Lira again - especially for a weekend stay in Krynica

Very close to city centre, with nice view from balcony on the city or Ski Slope (depending on the Building side) due to Building being on a Hill, 10 minutes from spa park

In the room you'll find a Kettle, hairdryer, glasses and mugs, and a Smart TV (Netflix od Amazon are available, and not blocked) Breakfasts were great - very tasty, especially the Scrambled Eggs that you could order next to the Continental

Owner knows quite a lot about the beverages, and prices were simply the best (in comparison to the other Local pubs)

If you'd chose to stay, i highly recommend to go grab a beer from the hotel bar located on the basement

I hardly had any sleep during the night, the room size is also not the biggest ,The staff is friendly (just) the other let down is the food

The hotel itself is a beautiful place. For a 4 star hotel not to have AC in all the rooms and no coffee in the room I would say its an average room. The pool is good for 6 people at a time

if I knew I would definitely prefer to eat in town where the choice is bigger, hotel overall is nice with a little swimming pool and even smaller jacuzzi, but nice and clean, the hotel is not horrible but definitely doesn't have a 4 Star rating when we are there , 5 stars to the bar staff , really friend guy always ready to help and serve delicious " caipirinhas" and for that I give an extra star ...

2 dry & 1 wet sauna - cherry on top! If jacuzzi was slightly bigger and there were a bit more hooks to hang your towel in sauna area, I'd gladly give you 10 stars

Nice hotel with a decent pool and sauna space. Food was ok but the breakfast and lunch buffet was quite basic and boring

Luckily the reception desk intervened quickly. Service was without reproach at the reception, restaurant, bar and pool

Treatments were organized in such a way that there was as much free time as possible for walks and trips. Ladies (and gentlemen) who carry out treatments are very polite and nice, always smiling and helpful

Rooms clean, modest and tidy, of course, those for private ones better definitely, eating hmmm dinners pyszka for 3 weeks nothing happened again, breakfast and dinner for me definitely not enough vegetables but this is obviously a matter of taste, kitchen service is great you can always get along something translate, etc

EXCELLENT!!!! Wonderful staff, from the reception, through physiotherapists, kitchen. Meals very tasty and for 21 days they did not repeat themselves. It is a pity that there is not even a small cafe on the site

Our stay with my husband is just ending, a very successful stay. After reading the opinions about the resorts in Krynica, we chose Energetyk and it was the proverbial "bull's eye"

The reception staff, apart from the charm of smiles and joy, is perfect in solving matters related to your stay And besides, there are opportunities to visit beautiful surrounding places, perfectly timed

I felt, and I thank everyone for that, like I was in a Sanatorium of Love full of human kindness, friendship, smiles and recovery of physical and spiritual health. I will definitely come back here

With a clear conscience I can recommend this place, which has only advantages: location, cleanliness, friendly service, delicious food. As for the disadvantages, I didn't find them

The wellness is ok, the pool area and pools should be updated. The big swimming pool should be cleaned better. But the sauna world was amazing, excellent! Room was fine, its not new, but we had no issue with it

Swimming pool and surrounding area is also not very clean. If you book privilige room, you will get only capsule espresso machine above standard room. probably the worst service in privilige room that we experienced

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

Very strong 4 stars. Building need some refreshing- that's the only con. In plus lot of parking places, good value for this quality. Last but not least- the employees are one of the nicest I've ever met.

Despite the good service, including the health spa treatment provided by good professional and caring staff. The hotel had major problems including no disabled access from the road to the reception or even to the lift

In addition the bed mattresses were too thin and did not give any support. So did not have a good night's sleep. But the full board food was very good,but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available

As for the furniture it was very low and uncomfortable for big and tall people. It was a good place to stay during the opera festival. It was great to see the deer in the forest from our bedroom

It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee

The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday
