Great hotel, clean and beautiful rooms, great wellness, spa, have own Disco and 2 a la care Restaurants. Breakfast were fabulous.

In general, all the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, they will always answer questions or give advice if necessary. The swimming pool with sauna is very atmospheric

Great place!!! Kind staff! Food in hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious!!! Location is good too nearby mountain Jaworzyma!!! there are swimming pool, sauna (wet and dry), salt cavern and spa!!! There is Room for kids!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone, with children, for two people, for everyone!!!! Love this place!!!

What a spectacular view from a fantastic restaurant, everything was the top. From the service to the food. Can't wait to come back! The pasta with bacon and peas to die for. Just talking about it makes me super hungry!

The ladies who deliver the food are very nice and helpful with a smile on their face. Room cleaning is on request only, you have to inform the front desk also due to the pandemic

I wholeheartedly recommend the Pegaz Hotel, a very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Pandemic food is delivered to your room at a set hour

Treatments were organized in such a way that there was as much free time as possible for walks and trips. Ladies (and gentlemen) who carry out treatments are very polite and nice, always smiling and helpful

Daily morning gymnastics is a real pleasure. Recognition is due to the ladies from the kitchen for their smile and professionalism. Meals were always on time, clean, easy to digest. Overall, I recommend it to everyone

Rooms clean, modest and tidy, of course, those for private ones better definitely, eating hmmm dinners pyszka for 3 weeks nothing happened again, breakfast and dinner for me definitely not enough vegetables but this is obviously a matter of taste, kitchen service is great you can always get along something translate, etc

Beautiful enviroment, nice staff and the breakfast was also very good. Good WiFi too! There was not so many heating in the rooms and this situation is a little unpleasant in October.

Close to the center. Hotel built on the top with a nice view. Decent standard. Good food. The hotel has an elevator and large terraces.

Coming back to Energetyka, I can recommend it to anyone. Clean room (we got extra towels for treatments, additional sleeping pillows were also provided)

The rooms are suitable for renovation, but looking at the overall stay, I can definitely recommend this place

Very strong 4 stars. Building need some refreshing- that's the only con. In plus lot of parking places, good value for this quality. Last but not least- the employees are one of the nicest I've ever met.

Despite the good service, including the health spa treatment provided by good professional and caring staff. The hotel had major problems including no disabled access from the road to the reception or even to the lift

In addition the bed mattresses were too thin and did not give any support. So did not have a good night's sleep. But the full board food was very good,but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available

As for the furniture it was very low and uncomfortable for big and tall people. It was a good place to stay during the opera festival. It was great to see the deer in the forest from our bedroom

It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee

The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday

The biggest applause for the hotel for the modern SPA & Wellness zone, which included saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool and also a fitness room. It was just what we needed! Intimate, quiet and clean

Lots of sun loungers in green areas and general terraces

The room can accommodate more photographs, paintings, etc. , and the bathroom has a heated towel rail (6 pcs. ) And there are not enough swimsuits. Strong sunlight in the room and sounds of the city from the southeast

Very nice service, large, clean room on the 6th floor, with a huge terrace, nice restaurant with delicious food, the location of the hotel is also a plus, close to everything, we are very pleased with our stay :) we will be happy to come back :)

The hotel has a great spa area - swimming pool and saunas. My mother used the massages and was delighted. Dog and cat friendly facility :) I recommend coming here to those who are undecided ❤️

Very nice, professional and polite service. The hotel is located in a great place in Szczawnica - in the very center, it is on a slight elevation, which gives a great view of Palenica and the church

The menu card is even ok but that's a matter of taste. Overall, I rate the stay as successful and I recommend the hotel - we were with a 4-month-old daughter - you can easily rent a cot, breakfast in the room

Our room was nice and cosy, modele interior and finished to a high standard. There is a SPA area with 3 different kinds of sauna, jacuzzi, regular and children’s pool

An excellent food - all kind a la cart, breakfast and in the lobby. High Quality of the design and the size of the rooms. A very friendly service. Location just perfect - highly recommended for couple and families.

We booked a classic massage which was good but no fireworks. We enjoyed the food but definitely recommended to get a meal from menu instead of buffet. Good selection of drinks and wine in the bar
