Best service!

We've been using this place for many years and keep coming back. The location is close to the spa center. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious. The owners are exceptional. I highly recommend it.

A nice 3-star hotel with simple, clean, small rooms. There's a fridge, kettle (tea and coffee), and bottled water (thanks for the glass water instead of plastic 😁). The beds are comfortable, though I subtracted a * for the carpet and towels—they could use some updating. The location is excellent, not far from the pedestrian zone. You descend the stairs from the street and are practically on the pedestrian zone. I subtracted a * for the surroundings; the hotel is at the end of the street, and the immediate area isn't particularly attractive (which the owner has no control over), but it's safe and quiet. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, although the rooms and bathrooms could use some updating. There's a small, free parking lot on site. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, with a large selection. They deliver food if you run out of something, and the coffee machine is good—which is unusual in hotels of this caliber. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, a definite plus for this hotel. The owner was friendly and helpful. Guests felt warmly welcomed and cared for. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

A small hotel in a quiet neighborhood, perfect as a base for exploring. The double room was comfortable and clean—the only thing we missed was good blackout curtains. A big plus for the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of cold meats, cheeses, and other items like salads, pancakes, and crepes; there was also something hot every day. The kitchen staff constantly restocked the missing ingredients. Unless you encounter any overly noisy guests, which the staff has no control over, it was a truly pleasant experience. We were there at the beginning of July, and despite the somewhat rainy weather, we have very fond memories of our stay.

The rooms are very nice, clean and warm, the service is very nice, breakfast buffet is prepared, everyone will find something for themselves, the price is adequate for the quality, the location is nice off the beaten track and close to the pedestrian zone.
There is no better hotel in Krynica for this money ***
