Definitely not a 4* hotel. 3* at best. The wellness probably not even 3*. Old jacuzzi with broken tiles and missing buttons. Rude service in the restaurant, they didn’t, or didn’t want to, speak English. After they close the restaurant after breakfast, there is NO WAY to get a coffee until 6pm when they open the night bar… can’t get a coffee in a 4* hotel. We ended up getting dinners in the city instead, because we didn’t wanna deal with their staff.

Great staff, great rooms, great pool, Jacuzzis, sauna. Fabulous food. Right across from the lift.
We have been here several times. Always the same team members who remember and welcome you.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Pegaz Hotel, a very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Very good food. Pandemic food is delivered to your room at a set hour. The ladies who deliver the food are very nice and helpful with a smile on their face. Room cleaning is on request only, you have to inform the front desk also due to the pandemic. In general, all the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, they will always answer questions or give advice if necessary. The swimming pool with sauna is very atmospheric. The only drawback is the small parking lot and there is a problem with parking.

Very clean hotel with friendly and professional staff. Delicious food, lots of choice of everything. Swimming pool Jacuzzi Saunas Therapeutic massages. I recommend this place

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste.
We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best.
Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

the hotel is absolutly fantastic! It is loceted opposite to the ski resort. The room was clean and big. The Staff was always kind and helpfull. Food itself was also worthy recommendation. i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy free time in beautiful mountains!!!!

What a spectacular view from a fantastic restaurant, everything was the top. From the service to the food. Can't wait to come back! The pasta with bacon and peas to die for. Just talking about it makes me super hungry!

Sorry, one star , I don’t understand 4 star, room late 80’s, bad and bedding for children one of the worst I ever had in hotel. Friendly room service and tasty food.
