For me the rooms are the biggest let down ... I've never slept in such a horrible bed ... I hardly had any sleep during the night, the room size is also not the biggest ,The staff is friendly (just) the other let down is the food ... The night I stayed, dinner was fish fillet with side dishes ( salad , potatoes and some other veggies ...so no meat option if you can't eat fish or don't like, plenty of nice salads ...but come at an extra cost of 120 PLN, making a total of nearly 700 PLN for a night ...if I knew I would definitely prefer to eat in town where the choice is bigger, hotel overall is nice with a little swimming pool and even smaller jacuzzi, but nice and clean, the hotel is not horrible but definitely doesn't have a 4 Star rating when we are there , 5 stars to the bar staff , really friend guy always ready to help and serve delicious " caipirinhas" and for that I give an extra star (3) in total

Very nice , comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is a nightmare and so disorganised, needs organising properly for instance put the coffee, teas and drinks down the other end. Not much of a choice especially if you are vegetarian.

The hotel is cozy, with a lovely view of the area. Ridiculously delicious food served to rooms! Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to take that extra step to make your stay as good as it can get. 2 dry & 1 wet sauna - cherry on top! If jacuzzi was slightly bigger and there were a bit more hooks to hang your towel in sauna area, I'd gladly give you 10 stars. But for now, 5 will do. Thank you for the experience, indeed it's not the last te we are visiting :)

The hotel itself is a beautiful place. For a 4 star hotel not to have AC in all the rooms and no coffee in the room I would say its an average room. The pool is good for 6 people at a time. This being during the Covid 19 crisis I hope future experience would be better.

Nice hotel with a decent pool and sauna space. Food was ok but the breakfast and lunch buffet was quite basic and boring. The rooms were clean and no complaints apart the walls between rooms which are definitely not soundproof. We had issues with noisy neighbors partying till late at night and could hear their every word through the wall. Luckily the reception desk intervened quickly. Service was without reproach at the reception, restaurant, bar and pool.

It's pretty good, the location is nice; close to attraction and shops. The hotel rooms are average, nothing special. The food is quite good too. It has a pool area, but it's really small. It would fit 3 people that swim very Comfortably, 5 people comfortably, but if there are over 7 people than it would be hard to get not into people's ways. One of the best things about the hotel is that it's WiFi is really good!
