Hotel Gaja is a great experience if you're visiting Poznan. It's a bit out of the center area, but it's quiet, discreet and still has great places nearby, like the old Zoo, worth a visit. The staff was proper, kind and professional, the rooms were clean and spacious (we got a balcony and nice views of the zoo park) and, most importantly, breakfast was amazing. I am now obsessed over those sausages and assortment of different cheese they served... I wish I had those back home too. 10/10, recommended stay.

Good location. Attached restaurant is really good.
Beds are rough. Blankets too small. Shutters are a pro.
Cleaning starts early. They'll make a racket around 730am. Not great if you wanted to sleep in.

Perfectly reasonable hotel. Room did smell a bit. Beds reasonably comfortable. Spare pillows should have been provided in the wardrobe, had to go and get them.
Bathroom seemed to have a drainage issue, sink and shower too a while for the water to drain.

About a 15 minute walk from main station. On a quite side road away from the centre of Poznan.

The stay was perfect, the hotel is situated in a good location, as well as in an interesting old building. Check-in was very easy, the room was clean and comfortable. I ordered breakfast and that was good. Taking into consideration the price, everything was more than excellent

Neat and compact room, with old-style furniture - that’s a plus, by the way. Only issues - limited to about six or seven channels on the tv, and the soundproofing was poor. When the next door neighbour closed their door, it was more than audible in my room. But apart from that, all was good, and the hotel itself had a real old world charm.

Not bad. Easily accessible to everywhere . There are trams around.. There's a nearby zoo as well.

The reviews i read about this place were kinda mixed, but upon arrival it turned out to be on the very positive side!
The hotel is charmingly stuck in the 20th century, we were greated friendly, check in took only a minute and parking is directly next to the entrance.
Rooms are small, but clean and cozy, staff is friendly and the view from the rooftop is stunning.
Everything is reachable on foot, and the price per night was nothing compared to what we got.
Would definitely recommend this!
