The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

Very beautiful place surrounded with mountains and river , area is quite silent so you'll have a lot of time to relax. They serve really tasty and various breakfast

We were greatly disappointed- what was supposed to be a highlight of our stay in Poland was mediocre, overpriced stay. Main points were: in the restaurant tv is continuously on playing loud,cheesy music- every time upon entering the restaurant we had to ask to turn it off, or at least turn it down. During the 2 day stay, the spa was closed one entire day and staff did not bother to inform us about it beforehand (we would surely change location) and refused to compensate for it.

We had such a lovely stay at Cottonina. Nothing was a problem. Definitely coming back soon.

This hotel is official only 3***, but for me easily reach 5*****! Everything is perfect. Thank you…

Together with my cousins and aunts, we managed to get on the "ladies weekend" offer and it was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and well equipped, the resort is beautiful from the outside and has a fairly small pool, but there was also access to saunas and jacuzzi. I highly recommend the offer of massages, which is in the price above the mentioned departure :) There are hilly areas around, so there are plenty of routes if you like nature and long walks 💚
The breakfasts were masterful! You could eat traditional eggs or sausages as well as various types of fish or cheese. However, this place was distinguished by the choice of such "quality" ingredients as nut pastes, fresh herbs or oils or homemade breads 🍞🌰🥗
The only thing was the Cotton Bar was closed, because for the second time in a row (i.e. it probably happens often) a company trip was also organized, so unfortunately we didn't manage to use this place.

The best place, will come back for sure!
There are many things that I'd like to mentioned, but the main thing is that everything is done for people. I mean, everything is carefully considered, every detail. Pools are warm, there are few saunas, food is tasty, room are cozy and clean. Nature is just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Great relax & conference hotel, excellent kitchen, nice staff.

We had a room in the main building - Mineral Spa - so we could walk directly to spa without going out of the building. That's extremely good choice if you do not travel during summer time. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Elegant restaurant in the adjacent building. Good buffet for breakfasts and dinners - vide variety of dishes. Cosy jazz bar in the other building. Quite far from centre od Swieradow but surroundings compensate that.

Lovely hotel, outstanding customer service. Attentive management that clearly takes care of their staff. Large room, spacious bathroom, reasonable size swimming pool. We've had a really niece stay, thank you! Anna & Adam
