Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. The cuisine is excellent. Frontal location. Classy service. Nice and tidy swimming pool. Efficient WiFi. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world. I recommend highly.

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

Beautiful room with comfy bed and beautiful view, smaller wellness equipped with toys for kids, sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis (water was not very warm). Unfortunately the wellness was closed on the last day so we could not use it. Also the receptionists were not friendly at all. One of the best stays we ever had!! It's for sure value for money!! The rooms where super clean, New, nice decorated, with option of warm tea or coffee. Room had also small fridge and big bathroom. Stayed here with family along with kids and we all had a wonderful experience throughout our stay, kids and us enjoyed swimming together in the indoor pool area along with us enjoying the sauna and spa areas and kids again spending a lot of time at the kids indoor play area. We opted for half-board and did not regret the choice as both breakfast and dinner had variety of meat and non meat options...

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones...

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The gentleman from the reception desk very nice and polite. Breakfast ok. The location is nice. Cold room and paper walls. Hear your neighbors. The floors are creaking a lot but all in all the hotel has its years.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes (a weekend away with children to do a little skiing and playing in snow) and reasonably priced. The rooms were pleasant and the free swimming pool and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were welcome after a day skiing. The children also enjoyed the free games room.

Fair accommodation for the price. Pros: Nice wellness (whirlpool,swimming pool,sauna), Rich breakfasts, Quiet location near city centre, Nice design of the rooms, Floor heating in the bathrooms. Kind receptionists. Cons: We had room in the third floor with a terrace under air condition system for whole hotel - it was noisy. Rooms were kind of overheated. Small parking. Poorly functioning fridge.

The hotel is big, comfortable with customer support custom all-star; spacious and clean rooms; the large Park surrounding the building is ideal for walks, books, recreation, playgrounds , barbecues and bonfires. Ideolne place for walks. Breakfast is buffet in a 3*, lunch / dinner is good homemade food(not restaurant).

The estate is situated on a large fenced plot. There is a place for bonfire and barbecue. The rooms are clean, without unnecessary luxuries. The food is also approx. to summarize, the quality matches the price.

A dream of a hotel, in a quiet location, a bit away from the center, but a bus shuttle is organized daily. Treatments appropriate for me, Breakfast was very rich, the swimming pool was great for what was essentially a small hotel, with all kinds of bubbles. Leaves virtually nothing to be desired, at least from my point of view. Stay like this, and above all, stay healthy.

I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes.
