The location is great, the breakfast has such a big variety in the morning that everybody can find something for themselves. Very good food and facilities considering it’s a 3* hotel! Have used the aqua park multiple times during my stay. Service always friendly and professional. Perfect location to enjoy your trekking walks too.

Nice hotel with nice view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent but I would appreciate breakfast earlier for example from 7:30 ( now from 8:00). The spa area is nice, but very crowded especially in the late afternoon. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot.

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast. The staff is absolutely pleasant everywhere. We are thinking of going back.

We spent lovely 4 days in this hotel. Loved the spa. I booked massage, which was relaxing. The breakfast was the best I ever had! Great spa, amazing food in restaurant. Stylish rooms.

This hotel has a great spa area with superb saunas and a salt room. Loved the performance from the sauna master and live gong music in the evening. Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder.

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Really nice place, great service, location, and facilities. Fun bar staff and people at reception are terrific and very accomodating. Food is the weakest link, but still very decent.

Spent three nights here. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day. I also have to mention people in the hotel were super nice and and attentive. What else can I say, but see you in the winter during skiing season. Can't wait!

Hotel Malinowy Dwór w Świeradowie Zdrój to idealne miejsce, by wypocząć i się zrelaksować. Hotel jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej i cichej okolicy, wokół są lasy. Dużym plusem jest strzeżony parking. To już czwarty pobyt w tym hotelu i nie ostatni z pewnoscią. Zdecydowanie wrócę. Pyszne śniadania, cudowne widoki, strefa spa i sauny.

Hotel położony w pięknej okolicy, jednak kawałek od centrum. Śniadania w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem, bardzo smaczne. Basen spory, sauny przyjemne. Jacuzzi na dworze na wielki plus, jednak mogłoby być drugie ze względu na ilość gości i częste jego okupowanie. Przemiły personel. Czystość umiarkowana.

Snídaně byla výborná, večeři jsme měli formou bufetu za 80zl a výběr i chuťově moc dobré. Pokoj pro dva se psem velký, koupelna čistá, nic bych nevytkla. Župany připraven. Wellness bazén od 10 do 22, sauny ve všední den od 16. výřivka na terase teplá, bazén také nebyl studený. Sauna finská a aroma, pára a solná sauna, ochlazovací bazének i vědro a relax zóna. Personál vlídný a vsřícný, pokoje čisté a voňavé , v restauraci krásné prostředí , bazén byl hezky vyhřátý, vše bylo jak má být. Dceři se tam moc líbilo, byla to její první návštěva hotelu .

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

Very beautiful place surrounded with mountains and river , area is quite silent so you'll have a lot of time to relax. They serve really tasty and various breakfast

Together with my cousins and aunts, we managed to get on the "ladies weekend" offer and it was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and well equipped, the resort is beautiful from the outside and has a fairly small pool, but there was also access to saunas and jacuzzi. Great relax & conference hotel, excellent kitchen, nice staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items. The fact that the hotel is full of German pensioners...

I've been a few times and somehow you want to go back there and the best thing is that I don't know why, because the hotel does not stand out with anything special. Service ok. Cleanliness ok. Lots of Germans. A few disadvantages, but acceptable.

Ubytování v poklidné části města. Snídaně nemá chybu tady si vybere každý. Ochota personálu také super. Večer bazén s vířivkou a saunou byl prázdný bez lidí. Po večeři se konají akce primárně pro německé turisty. Pochválil bych krásná akvária různě po hotelu.

Przy recepcji maszyna do czyszczenia butów.Ogromna stołówka bardzo smaczne dania piwo w pokoju basen z ciepłą wodą i jakuzzi z bąbelkami.Personel bardzo uprzejmy.

3 * hotel, all corresponding to three stars. Rooms clean, slightly devastated but still cozy and adequate, it's a pity that the minibar in the room was empty - probably report in advance to fill it. The food is average, the breakfast of the rich dinner is nothing extra, the staff is a bit stuck but we were not the only ones sitting there so I understand. Wellness - they do not give towels, slippers...

It so happened that we got to this hotel by accident due to a software error when booking a room. But you know, we have never regretted it. A beautiful and stylish building, made in dark colors both outside and inside, including the rooms. It is located on one of the last lines on the mountain, further only the forest and nature (analogue of the first line by the sea) there is an observation tower...

Bardzo ładny budynek stylowo urządzony, miły i pomocny personel, pyszne i obfite śniadania i obiadokolacje. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni pobytu.

A dream of a hotel, in a quiet location, a bit away from the center, but a bus shuttle is organized daily. Treatments appropriate for me, Breakfast was very rich, the swimming pool was great for what was essentially a small hotel, with all kinds of bubbles. Leaves virtually nothing to be desired, at least from my point of view. Stay like this, and above all, stay healthy.

We stayed 5 days, the hotel was atmospheric and clean. The service is EXCELLENT - together with the SPA zone, these are the greatest advantages of this place. Most of the guests are German retirees. ROOM There were no larger rooms available during our stay (with a fridge, unfortunately there was none in our room) - we found out about this only when we were leaving, there was no information earlier...

Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The gentleman from the reception desk very nice and polite. Breakfast ok. The location is nice. Cold room and paper walls. Hear your neighbors. The floors are creaking a lot but all in all the hotel has its years.

Super location ( city , gondola, Hiking trails,delicious Breakfast time , the pool with hydromassage ,Jacuzzi . Additional place for active people, Biking ,cross country skiing, downhill skiing ,water resort and the mountains . The rooms are not luxurious , but comfortable. I'm here for the second time, and I'm happy.

Large, spacious rooms. Little light in the bathroom. Everything's clean. There are towels. Nice service, the owners are talking to you. Nice vibe. Breakfasts in such a guesthouse are a plus, they are a bit equivalent to breakfasts in hotels. Maybe coffee from the machine was missing. But the food is fresh and supplemented on an ongoing basis.

Rooms without balconies (there was nowhere to dry the towels), poorly cleaned in the room, no towel hangers at the sink, broken and disgusting shelf by the mirror above the sink, breakfast and location a plus.

We are here for the 10th time, we are coming back for a reason. The rooms are clean and modernizations are also made (we like the new carpets, curtains and finally the smart TV). Our favorite rooms are just the ones close to the pool and bowling alley that we love. There are elevators at every step, so people with difficulties will be able to cope with it for sure. I will not rate the hotel because I did not stay there. But their restaurant with the same name as the "Kwisa" hotel is sensational. The dishes are delicious because they are home-made, and the prices are not high. Decent portions. Very kind service. You can take takeaway. If you want to eat dinner, I recommend that you be there until 4 p.m. I recommend it to all gourmets.

We were guests only in the restaurant itself. Very tasty dishes, especially potato pancakes (version for children with apples) deserve praise, light and not dripping with old fat, as is usually the case. Exemplary service, ordering a warm compote for kids (instead of a standard compote from the fridge) was not a problem. Moderate prices. I definitely recommend it.

I can evaluate only the restaurant, because I was not a client of the hotel. The food is delicious, the service is very good. The staff are nice and kind. The prices are good in comparison with other restaurants in the town.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes (a weekend away with children to do a little skiing and playing in snow) and reasonably priced. The rooms were pleasant and the free swimming pool and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were welcome after a day skiing. The children also enjoyed the free games room.
