Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

Beautiful room with comfy bed and beautiful view, smaller wellness equipped with toys for kids, sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis (water was not very warm). Unfortunately the wellness was closed on the last day so we could not use it. Also the receptionists were not friendly at all. Very late checkin, not very good for parents with small kids, they did nothing to accomodate us earlier. Average breakfast...

Superb experience!!!We stay for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Staff was very professional and friendly, always with smile. We had breakfest and dinner in bufet and the food was tasty and always good variation. The wellnes is amazing, never too busy, we always share with only few people. The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones...

One day stay! Pricey in comparison with 3* standard elsewhere. No kettle, no fridge in the room, room quite small. Basic bar, old fashioned chill facilities, not much for kids. Positive: good buffet food, nice pool facilities.

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not...

All perfect specially water park and delicious food

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

One of the best stays we ever had!! It's for sure value for money!! The rooms where super clean, New, nice decorated, with option of warm tea or coffee. Room had also small fridge and big bathroom. At the hotel premises there is the spa area with big swimming pool, small pool for kids, 4 different types of sauna and a hot jacuzzi outside.The Hotel also offers umbrellas if needed and sledges and buttons...

Stayed here with family along with kids and we all had a wonderful experience throughout our stay, kids and us enjoyed swimming together in the indoor pool area along with us enjoying the sauna and spa areas and kids again spending a lot of time at the kids indoor play area. We opted for half-board and did not regret the choice as both breakfast and dinner had variety of meat and non meat options...

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The gentleman from the reception desk very nice and polite. Breakfast ok. The location is nice. Cold room and paper walls. Hear your neighbors. The floors are creaking a lot but all in all the hotel has its years.

Outdated and smelly What looked like a lovely hotel on pictures was a very outdated hotel in person. It was incredibly dated and smelt. The location however was really good in a lovely town. I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes. It so happened that we got to this hotel by accident due to a software error when booking a room. But you know, we have never regretted it.
