Nice, clean rooms, tasty breakfasts, very nice and friendly owner

Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The gentleman from the reception desk very nice and polite. Breakfast ok. The location is nice. Cold room and paper walls. Hear your neighbors. The floors are creaking a lot but all in all the hotel has its years.

Nice hotel with nice view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent but I would appreciate breakfast earlier for example from 7:30 ( now from 8:00). The spa area is nice, but very crowded especially in the late afternoon. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot.

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast. The staff is absolutely pleasant everywhere. We are thinking of going back.

Great spa, amazing food in restaurant. Stylish rooms.

This hotel has a great spa area with superb saunas and a salt room. Loved the performance from the sauna master and live gong music in the evening. Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder.

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Spent three nights here. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day. I also have to mention people in the hotel were super nice and and attentive. What else can I say, but see you in the winter during skiing season. Can't wait!

Not satisfying breakfast and dinner - just a few options to choose from

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

Great relax & conference hotel, excellent kitchen, nice staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items. I've been a few times and somehow you want to go back there and the best thing is that I don't know why, because the hotel does not stand out with anything special. Service ok. Cleanliness ok. Lots of Germans. A few disadvantages, but acceptable.

Fair accommodation for the price. Pros: Nice wellness (whirlpool,swimming pool,sauna), Rich breakfasts, Quiet location near city centre, Nice design of the rooms, Floor heating in the bathrooms. Kind receptionists. Cons: We had room in the third floor with a terrace under air condition system for whole hotel - it was noisy. Rooms were kind of overheated. Small parking. Poorly functioning fridge.

We are here for the 10th time, we are coming back for a reason. The rooms are clean and modernizations are also made (we like the new carpets, curtains and finally the smart TV). Stayed for prolonged weekend. I'm no expert at welness/SPA hotels but this was just a miss. Good things first. We were able to pay the city tax in CZK instead of PLN. Ubytování v poklidné části města. Snídaně nemá chybu tady si vybere každý. Ochota personálu také super. Večer bazén s vířivkou a saunou byl prázdný bez lidí. Po večeři se konají akce primárně pro německé turisty. Pochválil bych krásná akvária různě po hotelu.

Przy recepcji maszyna do czyszczenia butów.Ogromna stołówka bardzo smaczne dania piwo w pokoju basen z ciepłą wodą i jakuzzi z bąbelkami.Personel bardzo uprzejmy.

A dream of a hotel, in a quiet location, a bit away from the center, but a bus shuttle is organized daily. Treatments appropriate for me, Breakfast was very rich, the swimming pool was great for what was essentially a small hotel, with all kinds of bubbles. Leaves virtually nothing to be desired, at least from my point of view. Stay like this, and above all, stay healthy.
