Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Really nice place, great service, location, and facilities. Fun bar staff and people at reception are terrific and very accomodating. Food is the weakest link, but still very decent.

Spent three nights here. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day. I also have to mention people in the hotel were super nice and and attentive. What else can I say, but see you in the winter during skiing season. Can't wait!

Nice hotel with nice view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent but I would appreciate breakfast earlier for example from 7:30 ( now from 8:00). The spa area is nice, but very crowded especially in the late afternoon. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot.

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast. The staff is absolutely pleasant everywhere. We are thinking of going back.

This hotel has a great spa area with superb saunas and a salt room. Loved the performance from the sauna master and live gong music in the evening. Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder.

Good spa for relaxing , good location. Lack of staff was noticed on receptions and around the hotel . The food was not worth the prices charged and I had an upset stomach. It is a shame because the hotel is very nearly perfect, no English TV channels , the pool is perfect and the staff generally friendly. The kitchen needs improvement.

One of the best stays we ever had!! It's for sure value for money!! The rooms where super clean, New, nice decorated, with option of warm tea or coffee. Room had also small fridge and big bathroom. Stayed here with family along with kids and we all had a wonderful experience throughout our stay, kids and us enjoyed swimming together in the indoor pool area along with us enjoying the sauna and spa areas and kids again spending a lot of time at the kids indoor play area. The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The hotel for me has long had a heyday. The room is big and spacious and most importantly clean, however, I can not say about the toilet... the Smell of old ściery. For Breakfast I advise you to go quickly, because a buffet, but while stocks last. Most guests are German pensioners. Lokalzacja very well. 250 for 2 +1(up to 6 years.) with fast Swede. I think.

Hotel Era in Świeradów Zdrój made a huge impression on us. From the moment we arrived, we felt special there - the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Fair accommodation for the price. Pros: Nice wellness (whirlpool,swimming pool,sauna), Rich breakfasts, Quiet location near city centre, Nice design of the rooms, Floor heating in the bathrooms. Kind receptionists. Cons: We had room in the third floor with a terrace under air condition system for whole hotel - it was noisy. Rooms were kind of overheated. Small parking. Additional place for active people, Biking ,cross country skiing, downhill skiing ,water resort and the mountains . The rooms are not luxurious , but comfortable. A dream of a hotel, in a quiet location, a bit away from the center, but a bus shuttle is organized daily. Treatments appropriate for me, Breakfast was very rich, the swimming pool was great for what was essentially a small hotel, with all kinds of bubbles. Leaves virtually nothing to be desired, at least from my point of view. Stay like this, and above all, stay healthy.

Large, spacious rooms. Little light in the bathroom. Everything's clean. There are towels. Nice service, the owners are talking to you. Nice vibe. The hotel was convenient for our purposes (a weekend away with children to do a little skiing and playing in snow) and reasonably priced. The rooms were pleasant and the free swimming pool and sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were welcome after a day skiing. The children also enjoyed the free games room.

We liked the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There was no need to book them in advance and it is included in the price for free. Swimming pool is open from 9-21. Sauna from 18-21. Charged 20 PLN for car parking, but it was ok.

Beautiful location, beautiful views, fresh air, good food in the restaurant, nice local (Czech across the border) beers. There is a swimming pool, Turkish sauna, a salt room and many other facilities available. The staff is friendly. There is fast wifi available which worked reliably.
