Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast

None of the staff tells visitors about the additional access to the pool , so all new clients go to the hotel robes to the pool through the restaurant!?) We handled ourselves on the second day

Just a shame that clients put their towels on the beds in the morning for whole day, So we hardly ever had a place to lie down. But Will be coming back for sure 🤙

Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder

Our favorite rooms are just the ones close to the pool and bowling alley that we love. There are elevators at every step, so people with difficulties will be able to cope with it for sure

We will be here more than once, because it is the only budget-friendly place for families, offering a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which are necessary for us for a successful holiday

The only small tips from us is a dryer standing in the room, because there are a lot of things to dry after the pool, and not enough hangers for a family of 4

I was with my wife in the Clinic of his Youth in Christmas games in 2016, and we are very pleased with the hotel very clean, staff OK, food very good, the pool water is clean and suitable temperature, the rooms are spacious with balconies and clean, I recommend Tadeusz

It is also important that no one is frowning and shouting that it is impossible to take infinite food to the room! Because it's better than throwing it away. A lot of space, no one bumps into each other

We are here for the 10th time, we are coming back for a reason. The rooms are clean and modernizations are also made (we like the new carpets, curtains and finally the smart TV)

Calm and relaxing. Close to ski center but in quiet area. Swimming pool and variety of massages you can get here makes it a good place to relax for couple of days.

Cozy hotel, friendly service, first-class food, spa also, from the hotel you can enter the trail - Czerniawska Kopa, Smrek, Stóg Izerski, what more could you want! In winter, there is also a very nice atmosphere by the fireplace!!! We have already been there 3 times, we recommend it!!!

Not bad location in residential part of town, parking is large enough. Rooms are rather small, a bit tired equipment. Breakfast is nice and tasty but missing juices, just milk, tea and coffee

The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

After meeting the hotel animators, they always came back with a smile and were eager to return to the classes throughout the stay, thanks to which we, as parents, were able to use other attractions of the hotel and enjoy the spa

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight

It was so nice, but imagine our surprise when, when checking into the apartments (the complex consists of a hotel and apartments, we lived in an apartment), we were given an upgraded accommodation! Breakfasts at the hotel, as they say, are amazing, it's a pity that it is physically impossible to try the entire assortment in one meal

Very simple place, straight in the forest, but too expensive for its service. The only advantage is the swimming pool, jakuzi was closed and the breakfasts too monotonous and heavy, especially for children..

The place is OK, i.e. the rooms are ok (nothing special), it's quite clean (again, nothing special), the food is eatable (again, nothing special, except that vegans can have a rough time here).

The staff at this facility was not super friendly. The resort is nice the pool is great. The hot tub outside is very small and was a medium warm temperature

The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day. The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s

com, room 307 was advertised as 'air-conditioned', but the air-conditioner was an old standing ventilator. In the bathroom, the shower just drips water due to low water pressure, so showering is not very pleasant
