Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day

The wellness & spa area also has a wide range of possibilities. The cleanliness in the pool and sauna area is almost exemplary. We also hope that the hotel's offer will be expanded in this respect as well

The hotel fully meets our requirements in terms of cleanliness, staff service and the variety of meals served. Everyone is able to choose something for themselves, regardless of age and culinary preferences

Really nice place, great service, location, and facilities. Fun bar staff and people at reception are terrific and very accomodating. Food is the weakest link, but still very decent.

We hope that the medical offer will be quickly expanded and enriched with new devices, because the quality of the treatments performed meets the highest standards

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast

None of the staff tells visitors about the additional access to the pool , so all new clients go to the hotel robes to the pool through the restaurant!?) We handled ourselves on the second day

Just a shame that clients put their towels on the beds in the morning for whole day, So we hardly ever had a place to lie down. But Will be coming back for sure 🤙

It is a shame because the hotel is very nearly perfect, no English TV channels , the pool is perfect and the staff generally friendly. The kitchen needs improvement

Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder

Together with my cousins and aunts, we managed to get on the "ladies weekend" offer and it was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and well equipped, the resort is beautiful from the outside and has a fairly small pool, but there was also access to saunas and jacuzzi

One of the best stays we ever had!! It's for sure value for money!! The rooms where super clean, New, nice decorated, with option of warm tea or coffee. Room had also small fridge and big bathroom

Stayed here with family along with kids and we all had a wonderful experience throughout our stay, kids and us enjoyed swimming together in the indoor pool area along with us enjoying the sauna and spa areas and kids again spending a lot of time at the kids indoor play area

At the hotel premises there is the spa area with big swimming pool, small pool for kids, 4 different types of sauna and a hot jacuzzi outside. The Hotel also offers umbrellas if needed and sledges and buttons

We opted for half-board and did not regret the choice as both breakfast and dinner had variety of meat and non meat options and were delicious with the local area touch :) We also experienced our very first jazz concert along with the kids at the resort’s pub and it was nicely organised

The villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy overall. The buffet is really great, the swimming pool area, very warm, clean, multiple activities, beautiful and warm relaxing terrace.

výřivka na terase teplá, bazén také nebyl studený. Sauna finská a aroma, pára a solná sauna, ochlazovací bazének i vědro a relax zóna. Měli jsme saumovou noc, kde byl saunér s esencemi a udělal hezký ceremoniál

Największy atut, to restauracja, przepyszne śniadania, obiady i kolacje (pozdrawiamy szefa Kuchni Łukasza, który w piątek serwował nam na żywo obłędne naleśniki a w niedzielę omlety)

Podczas tego weekendowego wyjazdu skorzystaliśmy z profesjonalnych zabiegów spa: masaż babor scen tao i rytuał czekoladowy. Bardzo, bardzo polecamy ten hotel!

They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items

The aquapark which is "in the hotel" is fabulous and you can spent their many nice hours in different pools and a cool jacuzzi or in multiple saunas. I really enjoyed my stay there

Problem with the sewage system. Showers not very inviting to bathing. There are mushrooms in the cabins and the ceilings are flooded with cracking plaster. The gentleman from the reception desk very nice and polite

Rooms ordinary / clean, sufficient for sleeping, I would only blame the creaking floors in the corridors and rooms, also the collapsed single beds instead of the double - even so we slept well

The only small tips from us is a dryer standing in the room, because there are a lot of things to dry after the pool, and not enough hangers for a family of 4

Swimming pool in the Czeszka building, including the reception and canteen. In Słowaczka, rooms larger than in the main building. I didn't like the fact that our room in Słowaczek was painted a dark green color
