The pool is large and warm, the child swam from morning to evening) The room is cozy, the whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The restaurant is delicious, but it takes a long time to cook! Breakfast buffet - varied

we don't speak polish but found common language with the staff without problems. The pool, although not big, but we managed to catch the moment when we were alone in it. This is the best hotel in this area

We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not written on the site) we were given two old towels (not white and gray)

I didn’t want to even touch these towels, much less wipe with them. The water park is good, but children under 18 years old can’t enter the saunas, this is also a minus. The only thing I liked was the delicious breakfast

I highly recommend the offer of massages, which is in the price above the mentioned departure :) There are hilly areas around, so there are plenty of routes if you like nature and long walks 💚 The breakfasts were masterful! You could eat traditional eggs or sausages as well as various types of fish or cheese

At the hotel premises there is the spa area with big swimming pool, small pool for kids, 4 different types of sauna and a hot jacuzzi outside. The Hotel also offers umbrellas if needed and sledges and buttons

We opted for half-board and did not regret the choice as both breakfast and dinner had variety of meat and non meat options and were delicious with the local area touch :) We also experienced our very first jazz concert along with the kids at the resort’s pub and it was nicely organised

Snídaně byla výborná, večeři jsme měli formou bufetu za 80zl a výběr i chuťově moc dobré. Pokoj pro dva se psem velký, koupelna čistá, nic bych nevytkla. Wellness bazén od 10 do 22, sauny ve všední den od 16

výřivka na terase teplá, bazén také nebyl studený. Sauna finská a aroma, pára a solná sauna, ochlazovací bazének i vědro a relax zóna. Měli jsme saumovou noc, kde byl saunér s esencemi a udělal hezký ceremoniál

Personál vlídný a vsřícný, pokoje čisté a voňavé , v restauraci krásné prostředí , bazén byl hezky vyhřátý, vše bylo jak má být. Dceři se tam moc líbilo, byla to její první návštěva hotelu .

The smell was like sewage and each time someone else used their bathroom it gurgled back in ours. We also had a clump of black hair in our bed. Breakfast seemed like a bit of a free for all, but was adequate

Outdated and smelly What looked like a lovely hotel on pictures was a very outdated hotel in person. It was incredibly dated and smelt. The location however was really good in a lovely town

Our room was basic and had a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a building site which was a shame. The worst part was the bathroom, besides being outdated it smelt awful

The orange and apple juice was watered down and untasty. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this hotel but would return to the area
