I had the best experience in years!
Normally in Poland you will never find smiling nice employees! In this hotel I met the best employees I ever seen! They are amazing!
The food was nice and the best was Chicken Pane! It was wow!
The pool and spa was super nice and clean!
I 100% recommend! Specially to people with kids and couples! It’s quite because they have special places for the kids, so they are having fun without disturbing anyone!
Please appreciate the employees because they really deserve the appreciation! They were doing their best to give us the best experience in whatever we need to be happy with them!

Excellent ambience. Great food. Big room, swimming pool, kids playground. This 4* hotel has everything needed for an ideal family break.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

I was surprised by the overall stay in the hotel, very well prepared for visiting families with children- children's playroom, children's pool, children's outdoor playground, animation program for children every day of the week. The breakfast was really nice with a large selection. dinners can also be purchased. the overall feeling of the hotel was completed by a very pleasant staff.

We found a Diamond hotel as a great place to relax and charge batteries.
We liked that our room had a big balcony and it was nice and comfortable.
This is one of not many places that informed us that we can use the room a bit longer if there are no new guests coming the same day. It was a very nice gesture. Especially since the initiative was on the hotel end. We bought a stay with a breakfast package and it was a great idea. The food was variable and very tasty. After the whole day of walking, we were relaxing in the pool and sauna area. This place attract a lot of families but it didn't bother us but rather give us a family vibe feeling.
In the end, we want to say thank you to all staff that was super nice and very helpful. You can feel their goal is to make your stay great.

Room - clear but I would love to see a bigger bathroom (even giving back some room space). Especially shower was very small. Some kind of small cloth dryer on room balcony would be nice add on not to force guests to use handrails to dry pool towels and dressing gown.
Food - limited options, but tasty.
Hotel restaurant/bar - A lot of rooms occupied and Friday night hotel had just one bartender. I was told I need to wait for 2 drinks more than 30 minutes.
Pool - small and short staffed. During 3 days stay it was closed for some technical issues 2 times. Opening hours shorter than what you can read on the reception desk.
Kids club and all kids facilities - OK, but surely they need bigger and more involved animation team.
View - from our room it was magnificent.
Value for money not impressive compared to at least 2 other hotels available around (Hotel Kolejarz Best for You or Hotel Belweder). Yes they are a little bit more expensive (+30€ 2 nights 3 people) but totally worth it.

Except the Rude Ukrainan lady who forced herself in the room to check the Fridge everything was excellent...
