Location of this property is great. Near to all the tourist areas by metro, bus or tram.
Rooms are outdated, found mold in the bathroom and carpet is pretty gross.
I showed them the pictures, and they changed my room for another one less dirty .
I guess for the price is what you get . Also they forgot about cleaning my room the first day . I brought it up to them and they apologize.
Place is decent but I wouldn't stay again .
Breakfast buffet is pretty good.
The staff is mostly teenagers running the front desk and check in area , so when I complaint about the lack of cleanliness the girl at the front desk seemed bothered about it.
Like I said location is great . Rooms are 1 star .

The position is good to go to Expo 21. The room clean but not the best at all. Services and the staff are awful. We asked for a bottle of water at 9 pm but “the kitchen was closed”, this is simply unacceptable. The staff seem do not want to fulfill your needs but create barriers. Not suggested.

Disappointing Experience – Below Expectations

Our stay at Campanile Warszawa Centrum Hotel was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made our experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Firstly, the room was quite average with poor ventilation and no air conditioning, making it stuffy and difficult to relax. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, made from low-quality springs, which left me with back pain throughout the stay. The lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom only added to the discomfort.

To make matters worse, we were not provided with basic amenities like room slippers. When we requested them, we were asked to pay extra, which was both surprising and frustrating. Additionally, the bedding was not properly cleaned, which is something we expect from any reputable hotel.

Lastly, the breakfast was very underwhelming. For 45 PLN per person, we expected more variety and quality, but what we got was barely satisfactory—a basic spread that didn't justify the price.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we felt the hotel did not meet basic hospitality standards. We won’t be recommending this hotel based on our stay.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is small with all the environment of the outdoors except the cool air. The street noise is unrelenting and loud, amplified by the open window, which must be open else we cook ourselves in the room. The entire experience would have been vastly improved with a simple A/C unit installed and working. Working well. Then the window would be closed, the noise would be low, and the temperature would be bearable. But as it is the rooms offered are hot, stuffy, tiny, and terribly loud. If at all possible bite the bullet and stay elsewhere.

We had to stay here for 2 nights and it was not a good experience. The room was filthy. There were stains all over the carpet and it seemed like they never vacuumed because we kept finding hairs that weren’t ours in the floor and on the bed. Our room was not cleaned while we were gone after the first night, which we knew because we didn’t get new towels and our bed wasn’t made. When we asked for towels at the front desk, the front desk person said that someone would be by our room soon with the towels. An hour and a half later, we were still waiting. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. We had to go down to the front desk again before we finally got the towels.
The location was in central Warsaw, but that means that it is very noisy outside with traffic and the train. This wouldn’t be so bad except that the rooms were hot and the a/c didn’t work at all. So you either have to be too warm with the window closed or open the window and be kept up with all the noise. To add insult to injury, when we tried to ask if we could get a fan at the front desk, the front desk person rolled their eyes at us when they told us no, they don’t have fans.
Comparatively not such a big deal, the breakfast wasn’t very good either.

The location is the only thing about this place that is ok. If I could give it zero stars I would. The carpets are old and stained, not to mention ours seemed to not have been vacuumed. All of the rooms are pet friendly so this is NOT ok. The plumbing was spotty, the air conditioner didn’t work at all and the rooms didn’t provide a safe for your valuables. Beyond all of this the service was abysmal. No one stopped by our entire stay to freshen up our room, we were left without any clean towels, calling down to the front desk you just get disconnected and when I stopped by to talk with someone they rolled their eyes at me, an hour later and we still didn’t have towels. Stay anywhere else if you can, you won’t have a restful night in this hotel.
