Our second stay here for a business trip. Ideal location right in the centre surrounded by craft beer bars! Breakfast is good. While we were there they still weren't cleaning the rooms because of Covid which wasn't ideal. I would stay there again.

Absolutely no complaints. The rooms were a advertised: clean and tidy. We requested a higher floor and they accommodated us with no problems. The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of items. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the center and it's close to all the tourist spots. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Warsaw.

Great service ! Even though the hotel is not new and the rooms a bit old and crowded, this hotel really knows how to treat their guests! I think the best Novotel I have ever visit. The view is maybe one of the greatest thing of this hotel!

Cool hotel. Clean nice high convenient location. And although when Booking through Booking, breakfast was included as a Promotion. In fact, they said that there is no breakfast included in the price. Hotel has a very good location, parks, malls, central stations, US embassy, everything is pretty close. Airport is not far away as well. It was not extremely expensive and the room was big enough, It had electric teapot, but no iron.

My husband and I stayed in the Radisson department that we loved. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the service is good, the room is improved for VIP clients, as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning. The only small drawback was that in one of the rooms the second air conditioner did not work, and worked only in the main hall.

I'm born to breakfast and this hotel featured an interesting extensive breakfast offering. Fresh Ukrainian dumplings and perogies, blood pudding, cottage cheese pancakes and fresh honey. I arrived prior to check-in time after long hours of traveling and they had my room available. Breakfast area was spacious and lots to choose from. Easy walk to the main train station, buses and trams. But walking to main sites for me wasn't an issue. I believe each floor has a place near elevator to fill a carafe for water during the stay which was great.

All is perfect. They have collective agreement and respect workers rigths. I would like to recommend you have different baskets in the rooms for sorting plastic, paper, etc. This will be very appreciated and attract your hotel for different groups.

Came here to stay close to the airport so I didn't get stuck in the protests, worked out great. It's like a 5 minute Uber from departures in the morning. Pretty disappointed about this hotel, to be honest. It's very old. The rooms are quite old. The wood on the furniture is broken. The rooms are pretty large, but with very small TV. The beds are not that great. But I have to say that my view was exceptional over the city. The bathroom is quite large, with a tub and a regular shower. One of the best locations in Warsaw. Maybe little dated now, but still a very good standard. Friendly and helpful staff, all you may need rooms. Nice executive lounge , very good breakfast.

Just got back from Poland and spent three nights at the Hilton Warsaw City. The hotel is beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer! The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. The location is very convenient to everything - restaurants and transportation. Would definitely stay here again.
