Our second stay here for a business trip. Ideal location right in the centre surrounded by craft beer bars! Breakfast is good. While we were there they still weren't cleaning the rooms because of Covid which wasn't ideal. I would stay there again.

Absolutely no complaints. The rooms were a advertised: clean and tidy. We requested a higher floor and they accommodated us with no problems. The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of items. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the center and it's close to all the tourist spots. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Warsaw.

Great service ! Even though the hotel is not new and the rooms a bit old and crowded, this hotel really knows how to treat their guests! I think the best Novotel I have ever visit. The view is maybe one of the greatest thing of this hotel!

Cool hotel. Clean nice high convenient location. And although when Booking through Booking, breakfast was included as a Promotion. In fact, they said that there is no breakfast included in the price. Hotel has a very good location, parks, malls, central stations, US embassy, everything is pretty close. Airport is not far away as well. It was not extremely expensive and the room was big enough, It had electric teapot, but no iron.

I stayed here with the voucher of the airline when the flight got cancelled. It is just a typical hotel but all very clean and modern. My husband and I stayed in the Radisson department that we loved. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the service is good, the room is improved for VIP clients, as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning. The only small drawback was that in one of the rooms the second air conditioner did not work, and worked only in the main hall.

I arrived prior to check-in time after long hours of traveling and they had my room available. Breakfast area was spacious and lots to choose from. Easy walk to the main train station, buses and trams. But walking to main sites for me wasn't an issue. I believe each floor has a place near elevator to fill a carafe for water during the stay which was great.

The finest of the airport hotels and a favourite venue for international meetings which are not expected to last several days, in which case a town centre hotel would be preferred, but all the conference and catering facilities are here. Right now of course it has much less going on, but I expect to see it back to its former glory soon.

They really need to do something about the room doors. They are so abbrasively loud as they seem to be designed to slam shut on their own. Came here to stay close to the airport so I didn't get stuck in the protests, worked out great. It's like a 5 minute Uber from departures in the morning. The hardest part was finding the entrance since the road loops around the back and google maps puts the address further down the road. Figured it out on the way back! Would stay again!

We had a beautiful and spacious room with a street view. The staff are incredible and the location couldn’t be better (short walk to old town). I’d recommend getting the breakfast too which is served in the historic cellar.

Location is awesome if you’re in Warsaw for business. It’s 40min walking from old town, but you can also easily take an Uber (around 15min to get there) High quality amenities in the room. Breakfast was great but i expected it to have more fruit variety, the apples were also a bit dark, they should’ve served them as is

Unfortunately I haven’t gotten upgraded even though the reservation system was showing many better rooms available. Stayed here for 5 nights while in Warsaw. Hotel was very good. Room was comfortable and quiet. AC worked great. Breakfast was very good and also had an omelet station which I always like. Definitely would stay here again!

An older Hilton in good shape. The King Corner Deluxe Room was spacious and very quiet with good views. The interior was a bit dated but well maintained.
