My husband and I stayed in the Radisson department that we loved. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the service is good, the room is improved for VIP clients, as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning. I arrived prior to check-in time after long hours of traveling and they had my room available. Breakfast area was spacious and lots to choose from. Easy walk to the main train station, buses and trams. But walking to main sites for me wasn't an issue. I believe each floor has a place near elevator to fill a carafe for water during the stay which was great.

All is perfect. They have collective agreement and respect workers rigths. I would like to recommend you have different baskets in the rooms for sorting plastic, paper, etc. This will be very appreciated and attract your hotel for different groups.

Easy access via multiple trams to the city center, although it was also walkable. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the food very good. Working remotely from the rooms was tough, as there was only one outlet. But there was ample public space to plug in, although it could get a bit loud. We upgraded to a Junior Suite just to get a little more space since we were there for more than 10 days.

Hotel is very centrally located, making travel easy. However, it is on a major interchange and seriously noisy all night with traffic and trams. Guests are provided with earplugs. Except some weird smell at the rooms, (we had familly room), everything went fine. The toilet and shower was separate, big balcony. Service was good - we needed iron - got it immediatly. Ibis is very well located it is near the Centrum and it is near many main attractions, The staff are very helpful and kind and can call a taxi for you when needed . The restaurant wine stone in Ibis has a big selection of food and it does not take long for it to be cooked. Great family hotel. Vibrant and colourful. Nice touch of free water, coffee and biscuits in the waiting area. Cute little box of toys available for kids. Service is very good. As soon as I arrived they have a glass of bubbly or soft drink. The bar tender makes a killing shot with tequila and liqueur. Room is well designed and the beddings are comfy. Breakfast is also good with cooked choices. Food is expensive, small portion, but very good. The wagyu beef is to die for.

Nice hotel and good interior, convenient location. I felt that the cleaning of the rooms was not very good. One day at breakfast no one came to me for 10-15 minutes. I approached the waiter first because I was late for a meeting. I was not satisfied with the service at the hotel.

We chose this property by location, it is right in the city, with easy access to everything in Warsaw. My Titanium status was well recognized and we were offered a full daily breakfast at the restaurant, in addition to 24/7 lounge access (which was serving breakfast and evening snacks as well). The location is great. The beds weren’t particularly great. My wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. The service also wasn’t the friendliest. The hotel was very clean and really nice property in general.

Prime location in the heart of the city, the hotel has all the main amenities Marriott hotels offer. Great service and food, lounge is fully stocked 24/7 and there’s also a casino on same floor. Spa and gym were under renovation, and while the rooms were clean and functional, one can clearly see that they have some years on their back and will need to undergo a renovation soon as well.

Amazing hotel right next to the Warsaw train station and the mall with food shops, shopping, etc. My room had a perfect view of the Palace of Culture and one night had a lightning storm and I was blessed to watch it for 20 minutes of pure beauty. The reception was great and pleasant and breakfast was okay for 120 PLN, I expected more but I can't complain further. Overall good stay!

Views are good but it's a little pricey considering the gym is not very good and the pool is closed. Also Marriott are supposed to have smart TV but this one does not. It's a convenient location but there are better options for less money.

Liked: Breakfast was marvellous - I will miss it. Bed was great, we got 4 pillows for each bed and the bed was big and high. The view from the window was amazing (in TOP3 all of that I had in my euro trips). The overall design was good. It felt that you have a lot of room. There were many elevators and those were fast. Disliked: I could hear people in other rooms so I guess that walls were not thick...

Our second stay here for a business trip. Ideal location right in the centre surrounded by craft beer bars! Breakfast is good. While we were there they still weren't cleaning the rooms because of Covid which wasn't ideal. I would stay there again.

Absolutely no complaints. The rooms were a advertised: clean and tidy. We requested a higher floor and they accommodated us with no problems. The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of items. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the center and it's close to all the tourist spots. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Warsaw.

Great service ! Even though the hotel is not new and the rooms a bit old and crowded, this hotel really knows how to treat their guests! I think the best Novotel I have ever visit. The view is maybe one of the greatest thing of this hotel!

Cool hotel. Clean nice high convenient location. And although when Booking through Booking, breakfast was included as a Promotion. In fact, they said that there is no breakfast included in the price. But even such a nuisance did not spoil the impression of the hotel. (But when you book on Bukeng, make screenshots to show ....... otherwise you will be left without Breakfast)))

Hotel has a very good location, parks, malls, central stations, US embassy, everything is pretty close. Airport is not far away as well. It was not extremely expensive and the room was big enough, It had electric teapot, but no iron.
