So far, this is my fav hotel in Warsaw. Love the rooms and location

It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Room Service was not available when we tried to order

One of the best primuem hotel in the city..very clean and huge room compared to other hotels in the area. They arranged early check 8n which was very polite of the staff..the restaurant has classy meals and talented chefs..highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw, very close to the city center.

We chose this property by location, it is right in the city, with easy access to everything in Warsaw. My Titanium status was well recognized and we were offered a full daily breakfast at the restaurant, in addition to 24/7 lounge access (which was serving breakfast and evening snacks as well). The location is great. The beds weren’t particularly great. My wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. The service also wasn’t the friendliest. The hotel was very clean and really nice property in general.

Prime location in the heart of the city, the hotel has all the main amenities Marriott hotels offer. Great service and food, lounge is fully stocked 24/7 and there’s also a casino on same floor. Spa and gym were under renovation, and while the rooms were clean and functional, one can clearly see that they have some years on their back and will need to undergo a renovation soon as well.

Amazing hotel right next to the Warsaw train station and the mall with food shops, shopping, etc. My room had a perfect view of the Palace of Culture and one night had a lightning storm and I was blessed to watch it for 20 minutes of pure beauty. The reception was great and pleasant and breakfast was okay for 120 PLN, I expected more but I can't complain further. Overall good stay!

Views are good but it's a little pricey considering the gym is not very good and the pool is closed. Also Marriott are supposed to have smart TV but this one does not. It's a convenient location but there are better options for less money.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. We organized a workshop with 40 people, and the hotel was the perfect location! Great rooms. The conference room on the top floor is fantastic and the staff is extremely responsive and resourceful.

Rooms are very clean, but the food options are very limited and it’s partially uncooked. There is a gym and a spa which is great.

The room is nice, but there is a heating problem. I stayed there for 1 night thinking it was manageable. There are shopping and restaurants nearby. I think it can be improved further.

It is a well located hotel, relatively close to the airport. The staff is kind, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is varied, with many options to choose from. You can also serve dinner at the restaurant. The only remark would be the fact that the room where I stayed was on the street side and the noise produced by the tram bothered me a bit.

I have stayed between 22-25 September. Breakfast was really weak in terms of variety. But moreover, they served boiled eggs on 23rd but no boiling eggs served on 24-25. I stayed here with the voucher of the airline when the flight got cancelled. It is just a typical hotel but all very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly even when I arrived and left at weird times. There is water kettle in the room. Location was very convenient, easy parking, and easy to get around to see the city from this location. Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night. Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well. Breakfast was excellent we a lot of variety. There were choices of cold breakfast, cereals, fruit, sweets, Hot savoury breakfast - eggs, meats, vegetables. Was a wonderful stay and recommend it

We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. Nice rooms however noisy if next to the elevators. Spa really calm and clean except for when people shout on the phone. Very cosy room but first time in a 5 star hotel not having more than one type of pillows. Asked for two harder pillows they only had one (not great). Overall good stay.

Good hotel and easy to connect to highway for a stopover... rooms are nice and spacious. We had the one bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4 for one night. Coffee machine was not easy to use and really frustrating as we had a 330am departure without coffee because of it.
