Room was ok. As always in Ibis red. Didn't like air quality in room. Windows was blocked and couldn't open. Room was quiet. Strange that was only big towel, no small towel. Usually in other cities was bathroom kit in room there wasn't. Nice that water was option to fill up in corridor. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very welcome.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Good price .Good location ( bus stops and tram stops just outside the hotel).Good service. All people who work there are very polite. Everything a visitor needs.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I had some questions about the cleanliness of the room. After I left a review, the hotel management took all measures to ensure that our second visit was impeccable. Easy access via multiple trams to the city center, although it was also walkable. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the food very good. Working remotely from the rooms was tough, as there was only one outlet. But there was ample public space to plug in, although it could get a bit loud. We upgraded to a Junior Suite just to get a little more space since we were there for more than 10 days.

Perfect option if you need something decent and reliable. Brita filtered still and sparkling water on every floor, breakfast options restocked until the very last minute, housekeeping not rushing you out, etc. Sure, the interior is a bit dated, but that's why you pay less. I chose this hotel as it’s close to the airport during our one night stay here. Not too many restaurants nearby without more than 20 minutes on foot as we didn’t rent a car! Hotel is nice and comfortable, the minus is a a/c when you not move it’s switched off after couple of minutes as is working on motion sensor and this is bit ridiculous. Breakfast is terrible long queues lack of free tables poor selections of food, the kitchen workers switching off coffeemakers and take off food 10 minutes before the breakfast time should finish which is ridiculous as some popped waiting...

Second time we have booked a room with B&B hotels. First in Lublin now in Warsaw. Cheap for the quality you get, good beds, tv and a clean good bathroom. Very good for people wanting to take a plane, but we had no problems taking a tram into the center, its 6.5 km / 25 min.and it stops in front of the hotel. There is beer softdrinks and icecream available at the reception.

We had an amazing stay! Rooms are spacious and there is TV, Desk, Confy beds. Everything was very clean. Breakfast - 10/10 a wide selection of dishes and it was very tasty. Rooms are big and spacious but no refrigerator, kettle and no garbage can in the room. Rooms are not soundproof so everything happening in bar is well heard in the room. Roomservice starts 7am so you can hear them cleaning from far. Food is good.

While the hotel maintains a standard quality overall, my experience was marred by the disappointing breakfast service. The presence of just two staff members at the counter led to an incredibly long line, making the process of getting food quite frustrating.

I was late 30 minutes with shortening my time in the hotel and have right to one day refund and the manager didnt accept my refund to proceed. I will defo not come back there. but reception was trying to help me as much they could. The hotel itself without a climate, simple, for this money you can find better.

Ibis-like compartment rooms like in a spaceship, or in prison with comfort, with self-closing doors, big to the floor unopenable windows and anti-theft shampoo and liquid soap fixed in place. A strange feeling in this "plastic" and "functional" place, void of home feeling, but rather good sleep.

Spacious, clean hotel, nice interior, friendly staff. Not very close to the center but we had a car and had no problem moving around. Several shops and cafes just across the road. Underground parking costs about 7eur/day but you can also leave the car on the street outside.
