5 star hotels in Warsaw

We chose this property by location, it is right in the city, with easy access to everything in Warsaw. My Titanium status was well recognized and we were offered a full daily breakfast at the restaurant, in addition to 24/7 lounge access (which was serving breakfast and evening snacks as well). Lounge staff was very attentive and quick any time of the day we visited. In general staff is low-key, but...

The location is great. The beds weren’t particularly great. My wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. The service also wasn’t the friendliest. The hotel was very clean and really nice property in general.

Prime location in the heart of the city, the hotel has all the main amenities Marriott hotels offer. Great service and food, lounge is fully stocked 24/7 and there’s also a casino on same floor. Spa and gym were under renovation, and while the rooms were clean and functional, one can clearly see that they have some years on their back and will need to undergo a renovation soon as well.

Amazing hotel right next to the Warsaw train station and the mall with food shops, shopping, etc. My room had a perfect view of the Palace of Culture and one night had a lightning storm and I was blessed to watch it for 20 minutes of pure beauty. The reception was great and pleasant and breakfast was okay for 120 PLN, I expected more but I can't complain further. Overall good stay!

Views are good but it's a little pricey considering the gym is not very good and the pool is closed. Also Marriott are supposed to have smart TV but this one does not. It's a convenient location but there are better options for less money.

Liked: Breakfast was marvellous - I will miss it. Bed was great, we got 4 pillows for each bed and the bed was big and high. The view from the window was amazing (in TOP3 all of that I had in my euro trips). The overall design was good. It felt that you have a lot of room. There were many elevators and those were fast. Disliked: I could hear people in other rooms so I guess that walls were not thick...

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. The hotel is next to a mall which was most convenient. Room, comfort, cleanliness is good except two way lighting switches combination can be better. Service at Downtown for breakfast was 👍🏻

We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk!

It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Room Service was not available when we tried to order

One of the best primuem hotel in the city..very clean and huge room compared to other hotels in the area. They arranged early check 8n which was very polite of the staff..the restaurant has classy meals and talented chefs..highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. Nice rooms however noisy if next to the elevators. Spa really calm and clean except for when people shout on the phone. Very cosy room but first time in a 5 star hotel not having more than one type of pillows. Asked for two harder pillows they only had one (not great). Overall good stay.

Too expensive for what you get. The room looks nice but feels like any other hotel chain. Except for a very strong perfume that is apparently sprayed everywhere and even sold there which I haven’t noticed that strongly in other chains. Such an amazing hotel, the minimalist style and all the luxury that a guest can ask for, can be found here. The restaurant is outstanding, I have tried their amazing sushi with Japanese style salad and also meat. Plus the dessert it was similar to pavlova with delicious ice cream and berries. recently spent a wonderful 8 nights here at the nobu. great location and the facilities are top notch. i was especially a fan of the spa, perfect for a pre-bedtime sauna. the staff was attentive and Sebastian in particular made us feel very welcome and right at home. finally, the breakfast is not to be missed. easily one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve had. can’t wait to visit again!

Whenever my husband, our dog Pafi, and I are in Warsaw, we go to Nobu. We have been there already four times, and we were never disappointed. The restaurant has excellent food, interior, and music. During our last visit, the chefs were so amazing that they prepared a special snack for my dog :)
