Two issues: - There are no windows in the room that can be opened
- The bathroom smells after couple of days of stay, probably since there is no efficient ventilation.
The location is great if you are in warsaw for business, it is away from city center 20 min by car.
Stable, free and fast Wi-Fi, a soft though comfortable mattress, instant hot water and effective heating meant that all the basics were done well. Complimentary packet of dark chocolate was a nice, unexpected touch.
Overall a good value proposition.
Breakfast was really good, range of options including fruit, meats, cereals and hot food and an omelette bar too.
Rooftop bar served delicious cocktails and also a gym (which I didn't make 🤣).
Slight walk to old town but tram line is close by to hop on, or even just the walk is nice (about 2.5 miles).
Overall a very immaculate hotel with great facilities and would return for a leisure trip.
Upon entry to my room there was champagne on ice and their signature cake waiting with a handwritten note. I found this to be such a nice touch that set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and helped me with my luggage as well as making dinner reservations. They are truly what takes this hotel to the next level.
The rooms are modern, large, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable as were the robes. I stayed on the 18th floor both times and the view was breathtaking.
The gym area was small but modern and well appointed and had a great view.
The rooftop restaurant and lobby bar both provided great food and service and I recommend them highly.
