Comfortable and contemporary hotel in an emerging business district, 3 Metro stations from Old Town. The nearest Metro stop is right beside the hotel. Radosla at Reception in particular was very warm, welcoming and displayed initiative in solving a few issues for me.
Stable, free and fast Wi-Fi, a soft though comfortable mattress, instant hot water and effective heating meant that all the basics were done well. Complimentary packet of dark chocolate was a nice, unexpected touch.
Overall a good value proposition.

I didn't expect this much high quality hotel room. Room was very new, neatly prepared, and super clean. Breakfast buffet was also very good. The only minus was the location. It is a bit far from the city center or shopping area.

The room was ok. Seemed to be missing that little something special. View was of the construction below, of which there was plenty. The staff was wonderful and very easy going and accommodating. They made an effort to help with anything from restaurant recommendations to getting a cab. The gym was clean and pleasant and had decent equipment. What blew us away was the BREAKFAST!!! Simply phenomenal selection of everything you can imagine, with many things prepared fresh as you watch. Will definitely stay here again if in Warsaw.

Room and breakfast are nice. Front desk staffs are a bit cold and snobbish however received warm service from the security/luggage staff. Sincerely appreciate!

A very beautiful restaurant-bar, with an excellent cocktail menu, reasonable prices and an unrealistically beautiful view of Warsaw! I recommend visiting it more than once!

Excellent hotel. As for me, it is now one of the best in Warsaw. The center is close. The rooms are new, modern. Comfortable bed. Excellent spacious shower. Delicious coffee in the room. I recommend breakfasts - incredibly tasty. Cool bar on the roof of the hotel. The staff is friendly. I will come back and will recommend to everyone

Great hotel in the middle of a business center! Decent gyms with a smith machine and next to plenty of restaurants and shopping. I wasn't able to have any of the breakfast but I hear great things. It seems to share a building with the holiday inn.

Great hotel. Is and feels new, clean and luxurious. Smart TV, good airconditioning and quick elevators. There's a tram and busstop in front of the hotel, and the entrance to the subway is max. 50m. In the same building project you can find a supermarket, Mcdonald's and other shops below ground level.
The distance to Zlote Terasy mall is perfect for an after dinner evening walk.

Had a stay for 3 nights, quite great! The rooms are very quiet and cozy. The AC didn’t work for a few hours one night unfortunately. However, they responded quickly to the issue and it was fixed as soon as possible.
The lounge is a great addition as it offers good snacks and beverages. There are allocated TVs in the lounge. 2 areas it is.
Location is pretty great. There’s a metro station, bus station and tram station right next to the Hub (where Crowne Plaza is).
Overall, it was a great experience. I will never forget this stay as it was memorable. Thank you Crowne Plaza :)

A very modern hotel with large rooms, super comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with all the necessities, you even have hand and body lotion. Unprecedented cleaness everywhere. The conference room is fantastic with all technological possibilities.
But what makes this hotel superior is the food served. The restaurant has a very beautiful view and serves different types of food. Best food I have ever eaten in hotel. All kinds of food are offered and they are very very tasty.
