I’m writing to share my feedback regarding a recent stay at a hotel booked through your platform, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations due to a significant issue with the heating system. Booking Details: Hotel Name: Holiday Inn Express - Warsaw - The HUB, an IHG Hotel Booking Reference: 4554345715 Stay Dates: Thu 21 Nov 2024 to Sun 24 Nov 2024 During my stay, the room heater was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably cold, especially at night when temperatures ranged between -4°C and -7°C. Despite notifying the hotel staff, the issue remained unresolved for 3 days, pathetic. Additionally, the temperature panel behaved erratically, automatically turning on and further cooling the room even after being turned off. This situation made my stay unpleasant and far below the standards I expect when booking accommodations through your platform, particularly during such cold weather conditions. I kindly request the following: That this feedback is shared with the property to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Very comfortable rooms, breakfast had a good selection, the highlight is the staff who were all excellent, incredibly helpful, accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Warsaw, very accessible transport links by bus, metro and tram and easily reached from the airport.

The best three stars! The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed is quite comfortable. Clean shower and toilet, perfectly clean towels. There is no foreign smell either in the hotel or in the room, perfect. Breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is the lack of fresh air in the room and the incomprehensible control of the air conditioner. Also, the refrigerator in the room does not provide much cooling. Thank you! We will definitely come back!!!

Like its more upscale sister, Crowne Plaza, the location of this hotel is great, with a metro line and tramways next to it. The room was very clean and nice. The reception staff was friendly. But perhaps what makes this IHG hotel particularly outstanding is its free amazing breakfast. This is a true rarity among inexpensive hotels nowadays.

My favourite hotel throughout many hotels in many countries! Somehow in the centrum of a busy city you feel completely relaxed and joyful as soon as you enter the hotel. Great beds, clean rooms, super varied breakfast and perfect service. Also thank you for possibility for early check in and a compliment Prosecco for IHG member.
Just one minor issue - the fridge in the room is not working; it has light but not cold. We had two rooms and experienced the same in both of them even we tried to adjust the cold to the max.
Otherwise all is fine! See you next time in Warsaw ❤️

This hotel was great! I was surprised that it is technically a 3 star hotel. It was much nicer than any other 3 star hotel I’ve been to. It has a very modern interior design. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. They have a hotel bar which was very beautiful and the cocktails were really good. They do have a parking garage which was kind of a headache to navigate. It is a maze down there and spaces are so tight. Other than that, their kiosk wasn’t working for us and we had to walk all the way back to the lobby to pay for the parking. Otherwise, great hotel. I would stay here again!

I only needed to spend a short night here because of a business trip. At first the stay felt ok, just the room was a bit small. But something terrible happened, I was awakened at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night when I heard someone trying to open my room door with a card. Immediately called the front desk from the room's phone, but unfortunately I couldn't get through. Tried to call the hotel again from my own cell phone, also in an unreachable state…
It was the first time in my life that I had encountered something so terrible that I could no longer sleep…

Touched by their hospitality.. The hotel surprised us with a cake for my husband’s birthday. Felt so happy and amazed at their service.. I enjoyed the stay and food in here, view was amazing too… I definitely recommend Holiday INN for eco friendly products and best service….
