Holiday Inn Express - Warsaw - The HUB, an IHG Hotel

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw was quite pleasant, with several noteworthy highlights and a few areas for improvement. Here’s a detailed review based on my experience:

Positives:
Rooms: The rooms were very good and, most importantly, very quiet. This made for a restful stay, free from the usual disturbances that can affect sleep quality in many hotels.

Gym: The gym, located on the highest floor, was a standout feature. It was well-equipped, offering a range of workout options. The added bonus of a great view while exercising was certainly appreciated.

Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, offering a standard selection of options. One aspect I particularly liked was the low number of people during breakfast hours, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

Location: The location of this hotel is arguably its best feature. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to access various parts of the city and nearby attractions.

Security: Security at the hotel was top-notch. During my stay, there was an incident where someone without access was found in the gym. The situation was promptly handled, with the individual being escorted out in less than five minutes. This quick response was reassuring and highlighted the hotel’s commitment to guest safety.
Areas for Improvement:

Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of variety. Adding a few more options could enhance the overall breakfast experience.

This is a beautiful hotel with great staff and delicious food but what killed it for me is that it’s 40 degrees today (mid day) and colder yesterday and there is no heat in this room. The air conditioner kicks on full blast every time I come into the room. I shut it off. It turns back on. I spoke to the staff they said there’s no way To turn up the heat, regardless of the fact that we’re freezing 😖😖🤯🤯🤯 What type of hotel blast air-conditioning in the month of February? And doesn’t her heat in the room?!! Sorry Holiday Inn this is not acceptable- no heat at all in the room. The resolution I was told was “shut off the air it should get warmer” THERE IS NO HEAT WE SHOOK ALL NIGHT COLD ! Forget, taking a shower and washing your hair that was even worse !!!! also my “city view “ room i paid extra for is a pile of dirt so i don’t suggest that either! b
