Ibis Warszawa Reduta

Lovely staff but very basic. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard that we would struggle to sleep and ended up with back pain for the duration of our trip. Definitely the worst bed I have ever slept in. We wouldn’t return simply for that reason. The room was also very small for a double which made getting ready very difficult as we had no room.
Some of the staff were very nice, a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the train station.

The room was clean and nice, small, with very small tv, the were no fridge in the room, which is not very comfortable, only 1 trash can in the bathroom, but overall not too bad. People on the reception were nice and helpful, but keys from the room stopped working few times which is embarrassing, as for breakfast it was the first hotel where you pay for breakfast but waitresses telling you that you are not in the list and you need to check it on your own with the receptionist after they confirmed that the breakfast was included there were no apologies for the confusion from the waitress end. The breakfast was bad and definitely not worth the money. Overall very mixed impressions, definitely won’t come back to this hotel.

Room was clean and personals are helpful but there are some issues that should be improved
* The air conditioner in the room was not working and we could not warm up the room.
* There should be slippers for your guests to use in the room
* There should be a refrigerator in the room.
* You can prepare a small treat in the room for your guests when they first arrive. for example fruit plate

The rooms were pretty basic but all the necessities were there and it was clean. Breakfast was decent, the coffee could have been better. Check-in and -out went smoothly.
