Radisson Blu Sobieski

This hotel was great! The service was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The room had quite luxurious elements to it that I found to be great for the price. The location is super convenient as it is near several intersection tram lines and bus routes.

The condition of the room was acceptable, but could have been better. The sliding door in my room came off the hinges when housekeeping came in to clean my room and the sink drain in the bathroom needed some draining/cleaning. Overall though, the room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed my stay here.

This was most exciting and kind stay in this hotel. Paulina and Pawel made us amazing welcoming gift of room upgrade that we will never forget! After late night drive to this hotel we really didn’t expect this. We were only staying for next day flight but this gift made beginning of our journey one of the kind. Huge, huge Thank You!

My husband and I stayed in the Radisson department that we loved. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the service is good, the room is improved for VIP clients, as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning. The only small drawback was that in one of the rooms the second air conditioner did not work, and worked only in the main hall.

They stay was really pleasant and the location is absolutely awesome with connectivity to almost everything.
I think breakfast options can more better. Since tourist from all over the world stays and eat, I think you should have atleast some cuisines from different countries and especially for vegetarian people:)

The hotel is recommended. The staff at the reception were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was a bit dusty. The hotel was located right at a crossroads. If you had a room facing the street, you could unfortunately only sleep with the window closed. But then the air conditioning was on all night. The Starbucks stand is a big PLUS 😀

Its underground car park, while functional, shows a clear disregard for cleanliness, which might be the first indication for guests that not all aspects of their stay will meet the highest standards of tidiness. Upon arrival, the reception experience is somewhat languid, primarily due to the well-intentioned but slow-paced Ukrainian staff. While their efforts to accommodate guests are apparent, a boost in efficiency could significantly enhance the check-in process and overall first impressions. The rooms offer generous space, providing guests with ample room to relax and unwind. However, the comfort of these rooms is slightly diminished by partially defective lighting and noticeable carpet stains, elements that detract from the otherwise pleasant accommodation. These issues, while not deal-breakers, suggest a need for closer attention to maintenance and housekeeping. The breakfast service, though not exceptional, is satisfactory. The offerings are adequate, ensuring that guests start their day with a decent meal, but it lacks the wow factor that could elevate the morning dining experience to memorable levels. Despite these shortcomings, the stay at this hotel can be described as a positive experience overall, especially when considering the competitive price point and the hotel's good location in Warsaw. The space and basic comfort provided in the rooms, combined with an acceptable breakfast, make it a reasonable choice for travelers who prioritize spacious accommodation and are willing to overlook minor deficiencies.

Hotel itself is good, including rooms quality, amenities and common areas. Especially great was the gym. I’ve never seen the hotel with such a large size gym, numerous equipment options and free weights. However the restaurant is a junk. Extremely overpriced with horrible kitchen. Breakfast was good, but not the regular menu from the restaurant. Overall good value if you eat elsewhere.

Perfect location not far from Złoty Terazy and not far from Old Town, great service very kind and friendly staff. The breakfast was great too and on the weekends it closed at 11am so plenty of time to eat. The food variety was amazing, there was also a chef that could make you any style of eggs with your own choice of toppings. The quality of the food was really good and the Royal Suite was a very spacious room with an amazing view and two balcony’s. The house keeping did an amazing job making the hotel and our room very clean. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone.
