We just enjoyed two wonderful days in this gem of a hotel. However, the true gem and beating heart of the Hotel Europejski are its outstanding members of staff!!! We are frequent travellers, but the warmth, with which we were welcomed and experienced to the moment we left, was really special. A really big THANK YOU to David for taking such incredible care of us from check in to check out. Always meeting us with a big smile and offering so many wonderful recommendations of sights to visit around Warsaw - please keep doing what you are doing - the HE is so so so lucky to have you!!! You always made time to chat with us and made us feel so comfortable and your kindness just really shone through!!! And another huge THANK YOU to Lukasz, who provided us with a really insightful and absolutely fantastic tour of the hotel‘s art collection. Thank you for showing us so many incredible works of art and taking the time to explain and discuss them with us - many of which we would have surely missed otherwise. This tour was really one of the highlights of our stay. And finally, also a very big THANK YOU to all the other members of staff, from the impeccable service in the bar and restaurant (excellent breakfast with very attentive service), to the fantastic staff in the Spa (the Spa is so relaxing, just beautifully designed with many great features and you can really switch off) and as well as the wonderful room service (the room was always kept to the highest standard, everything cleaned very well). Staying at the Raffles Europejski Warsaw was a pure indulgence in luxury and history. Originally opened in 1857, this hotel has retained its grand European elegance while incorporating modern luxuries that made my stay extraordinary. Located in the heart of Warsaw, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city, yet offers such an opulent experience that you might not want to leave the hotel!

My suite was a marvel of design, blending Polish art and craftsmanship with luxurious comforts. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the marble bathroom with heated floors, felt carefully curated to provide the highest level of comfort. I loved the little touches—an artisanal chocolate left on the pillow each evening and a curated selection of Polish literature on the bedside table.

The service was warm and attentive, with the staff making me feel like a cherished guest. Breakfast at the hotel's Europejski Grill was a highlight, with a wide selection of artisanal Polish breads, organic jams, and smoked meats. For anyone seeking an upscale yet authentically Polish stay, Raffles Europejski Warsaw is unparalleled.

A truely exceptional hotel, incredible heritage building restored in great style and to a very high standard of finish. The suite we had was in the corner with the sitting room in a tower and a fabulous bathroom with a vaulted ceiling. Very well run, with lots of nice touches that will make this a special stay. I particularly want to call out the drivers we had both ways for the airport transfers, immaculate cars, beautifully driven and super friendly.

Very nice Luxury hotel. Rooms are spacious. Great office space to do work if needed in your room. The bathroom was amazing. Heated floors and a heat towel rack. Great water pressure for the rainfall shower head.

Stayed here on a family holiday with my Dad and had an excellent experience. I am Accor diamond and one of our rooms (Pic enclosed) was duly upgraded to a lovely suite. We enjoyed breakfast both in the restaurant and via room service and both were excellent and enjoyed trying the Warsaw sling in their Long Bar. The hotel is well located and the service was top notch. This was my first and only visit to Warsaw so I can't really compare to the competition locally. I can, however, confirm that this hotel stands up to the Raffles brand standards and is on par with other luxury hotels around the world. Would definitely stay again if I were in Warsaw.

Having stayed in two different executives suites, it’s safe to say each room is a masterpiece of design, blending timeless elegance with modern comforts. The marble bathrooms are spacious and feature premium amenities, providing a spa-like experience that is simply rejuvenating after a day of exploration.

Dining at Raffles Europejski Warsaw is an experience to savor. The Europejski Grill offers a menu that masterfully fuses traditional Polish flavors with contemporary European cuisine. The dishes are crafted with the finest ingredients, and the presentation is impeccable. The hotel’s patisserie is a haven for those with a sweet tooth, offering artisanal pastries that are both beautiful and delicious. The Long Bar, with its extensive selection of cocktails, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The consistency with which they mixed my dirty vodka martini’s was exacting, without any discernible difference in taste from glass to glass. Absolutely perfect every time.

The service at Raffles Europejski Warsaw is truly outstanding. The staff is warm, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty, with every need anticipated and catered to with grace and efficiency. A special mention for Jacob and Boźena in the Europejski Grill restaurant who epitomised the exceptional and outstanding service that Raffles has become renowned for. They were very attentive and accommodating when it came to my wife’s allergies and went above and beyond at breakfast and lunch to make our meal times exceptional. Boźena even took our kids to the hotel patisserie for ice cream allowing us to steal 5 minutes to ourselves to finish our drinks. These touches go above and beyond and simply add to the exceptional experience for both children and adults alike. The staff are a credit to the brand.

I am a content creator and travel all the time. This is one of my favourite Raffles hotels in the world (the Singapore Raffles is another one very close to the top of my list). I recommend it for their style, location (right in the centre of Warsaw) and reliability in terms of quality of service. Thank you for all your hard work. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here!

5-star everything, the hotel was lovely the staff was superb, butler service offered, rooms spacious & very comfortable. Everything was immaculate , clean & spotless. Rooms always cleaned in between & beds turned down. Slippers & luxurious robes offered. Food was excellent & enjoyed ala carte & buffet every morning.

Exceptional team of people running a beautiful hotel. The attention to detail and personable hospitality was second to none. We felt spoilt. The best place I’ve stayed during my visits in Poland.
