Sound Garden Hotel Airport

The location is very good, the environment is clean and the space is large. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a bus at the door. I will continue to choose this hotel if I go to London next time.

The room is too small, and there is basically no service

The hotel was ok, it really lacks a mini-fridge and a kettle for a comfortable stay, but that was tolerable. What wasn’t tolerable is that the woman at the breakfast (the blond one), the one who cooked the omelettes, was really rude to clients. She was very condescending and let herself discuss clients in a very inappropriate way, commenting on clients’ happy “faces” (she used a very rude word), and how she was sick and tired of cooking for these disgustingly cheerful people, in her native language, which I understand (and probably not only me). She did this every day I was at the breakfast, so sometimes I just skipped the omelette so I don’t have to communicate with her. It is unacceptable for the staff to behave like that, if she doesn’t like working there, she should quit and work somewhere else. I suggest the management to look into her behavior and prevent this situation happening in the future, as it’s unlikely people would like you to come again after being treated like that.

Small but exquisite, just catching a plane, not too many requirements

I chose this hotel as it’s close to the airport during our one night stay here. Not too many restaurants nearby without more than 20 minutes on foot as we didn’t rent a car! However the room was comfy and dinner at the bistro in the lobby was quite ok.
I like the shower room that’s with a strong shower-head while a bathtub was also available.

But the hair dryer in the room smoked and it was scary.

I liked the hotel very much. The room is small, but originally decorated. It is located next to the bus stop - we got to the center quickly.

Themed hotel, see the elevator video attached, nearby Warsaw Chopin Airport, about 5-6 minutes far by car. I stayed on the "jazz" floor. The room was small but the right size for one person. Minimalistic room: one towel for bath, one towel for face, one towel for feet, one all-in-one gel or shampoo, one soap, one water bottle, and one glass for drinks😅 bed sheets had some small stains on it that I noticed later. It was a quiet place despite being next to the road. The location of the hotel is not too far from the city center as well, about 20 minutes by bus/train. Overall, public transportation is great in Warsaw. Nothing to mention about the service since I've not used any. Receptionist was missing at times but there was a phone number to call them when needed. For breakfast, hotel had a buffet that was about 68 złoty. There's also snack/coffee corner next to the reception desk.
