Stunning hotel at the heart of Warsaw. Lift is scary but exhilarating, with fabulous views of the city. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast has a wide variety of cuisine from many cultures. Great for baby!

Wonderful hotel, food is good (although not my taste), bit lacking in regards to service if we take into consideration the fact that it is a 5 star hotel. Stayed a week and had situations where the trays after ordering room service were left for several hours, getting a tea or a coffee after 22:00 is also a bit problematic...

Great stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable with quite AC. Staff very helpful and professional. Hotel restaurant serves really delicious food. Underground parking in front of the hotel and location close to the center makes it easy to get around without a car. Truly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Warsaw. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. The hotel room was very clean, spacious, the beds very comfortable. The gym was also well equipped and clean. Only comment would be that the showers are really small, so I did hit my elbows several times.

It's probably one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Front service is very reliable. They treat customer requirements as their own. Easy to visit places nearby walking distance, especially some great steak places.

Good quality hotel at reasonable price in the heart of the financial district. About a 30 minute walk from the historic town. Two single beds in my room. Quiet spacious and a desk to work if you need to. No mini bar. Complimentary bottles of water. Beautiful views.

Our company held 2 conferences at the hotel, in 2022 and 2024. Both times we stayed at the hotel for about a week. Who knows this hotel, but has not stayed there for a long time, I would like to note that since 2022, the service in general, throughout the hotel, has increased to excellent. Rooms, breakfast, breakfast to go, service at the reception - a solid five. It became noticeable that the hotel hired more staff and that the staff were more involved and responsive. During accommodation and events, I dealt with everyone: doormen who helped with parking of buses for the transfer of delegates, reception staff who took custody of numerous things needed during the event without confusing anything; delicious, beautifully presented food at the event, a banquet manager who was always there when we needed him and helped with everything, and an event coordinator who prepared everything for our event according to our requirements. Most importantly, I have never heard from anyone: no, this is impossible. Everything was possible, there was a solution for every request. This is customer-oriented service, this is 5 stars.
I recommend this hotel for those who want to have a successful event as planned without having to deal with restrictions, misunderstandings, and additional uncoordinated bills after the event. For those who want to be sure that they will have many assistants at the location who consider your event to be their event as well.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are big and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast at this hotel was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! Amazing!
