It was not the first time I was there. The smaller Novotel’s, two floors and therefore not too crowded. Sufficient parking with a lot of places. A few minutes walk to the tram and in the Wrocław center in 25 minutes. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choice. Rooms clean as always. Price competitive. Will definitely come back

My only concern was noise coming through vents from room from floor beneath, they had a party at night and in addition we were told off by security to keep the noise down. Clean and tidy budget hotel. Well situated next to a shopping centre and around 25 minutes to town centre. We stayed there to visit Christmas market and was an ideal base. Restaurant and bar service was good and reasonably priced.

We recently book a couple of rooms here for a big event in town (ultrace). When we arrived we weren’t able to park our cars at the hotel as there was a lot of people. After talking to the staff the let us double park so that our cars where safe and let us park for free. Later on the ac broke in the whole hotel but gave us free fans while they where fixen the ac. We enjoyed our stay! Location (obviously) is a bit outside of town but near transport links! The room was standard, quiet, but it was super warm and we never managed to cool it down well enough without the window open which made it too cold and noisy. Overall, we'd stay again.

I have been to this hotel because of my arrival in Wroclaw for the competition. Rooms are comfortable, clean and relatively small in size. Good breakfast buffet. As for me, an average three-star hotel in the city center)

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights the end of September. We had a very clean, large room with an immaculate bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, only steps away from the town square. We had some trouble with the AC but that was probably user error due to us not knowing enough Polish to use the thermostat!😂

Hotel was good. We had a party of 3 and the lady at counter said there were no rooms available for the 3rd person. We ended up getting another room and then find out our room had a sofa couch. It made no sense to me and we wasted money for extra room. Other than that the room was nice and the hotel was in the square area we were visiting.

Awesome hotel right in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfortable bed. Every member of the staff was helpful and polite.

Right next to old town Square, but don't worry the noise won't bother you one bit. My room was on the first floor facing the square. Nice clean room. Quiet AC that keept the room perfectly comfortable. Only negative if you travel as a couple, the double bed was 2 single beds, but maybe you can ask for a full size queen or king-size.

Clean, modern room. Window sound proofing could have been better as in the city centre with trams running under the windows. A leaflet about facilities/breakfast would have been good but probably not there due to Covid. Overall comfortable sleep and no problems.

In my opinion this hotel would require a deep renovation, beginning with beds which are outdated, too soft, you can feel some spring from the mattress. It is clean overall, but pretty outdated in many details. Friendly staff, but few of them speak English.

I loved my stay here. Stayed for two nights on a business trip and not only was it a great location, but the state of the property was fantastic. Food was good and while not in the downtown area, it is an easy walking distance.

The hotel is clean, pleasant. The bar could be open longer. In addition, water flows in the room as if they don't even want to let it go. The pressure is very weak. Yes, because of the planet... Location is perfect. Breakfast is tasty, large selection of dishes as for such type of hotels. It’s to noisy because windows are from the side of tram road. For me it was difficult to sleep because of that. It’s better to ask upper floors rooms. There is problem in water drainage in the shower. And the shelf in shower is damaged, you can’t put anything there. Bed is comfortable and furniture is new

I'd say one of the best two star hotels I have ever stayed at. Room was large, modern and clean and a bonus was the electric kettle so that I could make coffee in the morning before breakfast was served :) My only "complaint" was that the hot water was not very hot. I showered and shaved with the dial set to only hot water but it was still a bit on the cold side.

Bedrooms are enough for a couple of nights, it's budget friendly and still walking distance to the center by walk, a little far tho'. But the small TV, the unconformable bed and very slim pillows don't provide the best resting experience.

I love how environmental friendly the hotel tries to be. Salute! Room is clean, sheets are so white, toilet/bathroom is okay. Breakfast is grand with lots of choices. It is just next to the main train station and walking distance to old town and market square. If not, the trams and buses abound nearby. All cool.

I enjoyed my stay in the ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum which is well located for exploring the city. I had a spacious room with a view of the historical railway station which is within easy walking distance. The Old Town can be reached quite easily by foot or tram. The breakfast was very satisfying and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel from the beautiful and unique location on the river, to the breakfast which was served on a boat! And was also incredibly delicious and diverse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were available for a very late check in and happy to assist and advise. Would definitely return.
