Top location, clean, efficient Service. Not very "romantic" and the elavator could get a make over, but everything you need on a citytrip.

We came for a symposium and everything was perfect. Good rooms nice view and even if close to the central and very beard square has very good parking. The conference rooms are very good 👍 the staff really kind!, the breakfast delicious

Large hotel just a little north of old town near the islands. Easy to walk into old town or mid-way between tram stops to take you to railway station. Rooms were a good size and clean. Plenty of storage space, safe and easy to use shower. We had breakfast there and choice was really good. The hotel decor is OK - could do with a revamp but it's perfectly okay. Staff were helpful.

The hotel is on a great place, almost all of the attractions are on a 10-15 mins away, you can walk to them. The hotel was clean, with a great view to the cathedral. I totally recommend it.

Close to the center of the city. There are also great parks outside to go through. From my point of view pretty low standard. According to the price the design of the room is quite old.

We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

A fantastic hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, cool lobby / bar area. Ideally situated near the centre of Wroclaw with easy access to the main square. The hotel is located in a building offering numerous restaurants and entertainment spaces. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel located in a very convenient location within the Wroclaw city limits. Less than a ten minute walk to the city center where there is plenty to see and do (I recommend searching for the over 350 'Gnomes of Wroclaw'). The rooms are neat and clean. One tip: if you have a high room number (in the high 100's or 200's) you will have a very long walk from the elevator to your room.

I had a brief but pleasant visit to Radisson Blu in Wrocław. The receptionist was friendly and made great eye contact, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The environment inside felt warm and inviting. I also had the chance to check out the restaurant, which was clean, and the staff were smiling and approachable. Even in a short time, I could feel the positive vibe of the place!

Rooms are average for a 5 star hotel. Showers are not good if you are tall. Breakfast was average at best for a 5 star hotel. Staff was not equipped for groups coming in and it took hours to get bags to room with only one employee doing it. Breakfast area outside is outstanding and a joy to eat at. Stayed here for two nights, rooms were nice and clean. However, staff were not as friendly as I expected. Breakfast was ok but not impressive. Very limited items compared to other 5 star hotels that I have experienced. They offered a room upgrade by accepting to subscribe our email and become a member, which was a good gesture. If you are used to staying in a 5 star hotel, look somewhere else. It's not a bad place, but it's far from being a 5*… For example, the rooms have seen better days, and if you want to have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait until 1:00 p.m. to find the bar open. Had a lovely stay. We are members and so got out on the members floor and I haven’t slept so well in any hotel before. Calm and quiet also comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Cheep hotel in basic standards could be compared almost to F1 in France with better standard as the utilities are inside yhe room. If you're staying for one or couple night it's goos place to keep it in low budget. Close to city stadium and airport but far away from city centre. “Budget it is” Nice hotel in a good location if someone plans to stay in the vicinity of the stadium in wrocław, wants to spend relatively little penny and not prevent it, probably, inconvenience: Loud heater woke me up several times during the night, - a convenient little thin pillow, no nightstands, - lack of outlets by the bed.

Prices below average, rooms clean but no extra towels and Hairdryer. The budget in fact ) Breakfast so-so, but it is possible. Parking is paid.

It is always clean and quite. Not looking for fancy place when all we need is a place hang your hat for a night two. Staff are friendly, Internet works. Breakfast is available if you're interested, it is good a priced fair. Being coming here for the past 7 years. Never disappointed.

Fabulous location. On-site underground parking is convenient. Very friendly bell and front desk staff. Lovely, well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast, including healthy options. Really beautiful, modern hotel. Great location on Ostrów Tumski provides easy access to the old Town and city center. Room was very clean, fresh and sunny. The only problem I had was no air conditioning for the last two days of my stay at the hotel. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in a room during the summer without air conditioning.!!!! I had a great 2 week stay. The hotel was very nice. And the handicapped room I was in made my stay comfortable. The staff were great. In fact, when I lost a bolt off my wheelchair, the maintenance team was able to put a new one on for me. I love how environmental friendly the hotel tries to be. Salute! Room is clean, sheets are so white, toilet/bathroom is okay. Breakfast is grand with lots of choices. I enjoyed my stay in the ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum which is well located for exploring the city. I had a spacious room with a view of the historical railway station which is within easy walking distance. The Old Town can be reached quite easily by foot or tram. The breakfast was very satisfying and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay for one night in Hotel Monopol in one of the huge Deluxe Double rooms. We really enjoyed the Spa area. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent and we will be back in summer to also enjoy a drink up there. Staying here was perfect. I had very late check in, and did not have reservation, despite of that the girl on reception was very nice and provided a great room. The room was tidy and nice. The location is good. Breakfast was also good, a big choice of meals. Recommend this place.

The hotel states 5 star but unfortunately for me it was 3 star at best, the carpets were filthy, the room was a good size but the bed was disappointing, old fashion type spring mattress with no mattress topper, shower was tiny and when used water goes all over the floor, breakfast was poor for £16 each, evening meal was ok, staff were helpful, definitely not a 5 star and very mediocre.

It’s written that they have private parking, but after we checked in, it turned out that parking is 7 minutes walk from the hotel and costs 19€ per day. It’s very strange for 4* hotel. The rooms are fine

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. Bathrooms as well... I am glad we did not spend a lot of time there. The hotel is at the old town so we were out most of the time. The breakfast is very good a lot of choices like fresh juoce, waffles, very plenty of choices.

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. The breakfast was also very tasty, with many options. One small minus for a bed, which was a bit too narrow/small for a regular adult person.

Very close to the city Center and charming little street. The rooms was a bit old / rusty and needed some refreshing. The breakfast was nice but basic. Whilst the staff will address any question, they do not come about as being the most friendly.

Beautiful old style hotel. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Unfortunately it is very noisy around the hotel. On the Gas in front of the hotel, the guests party until 6 a.m. every day and the PS cars with their tuned exhaust systems all night long. You could only sleep with the windows closed, it's not very nice there.

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights the end of September. We had a very clean, large room with an immaculate bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, only steps away from the town square. We had some trouble with the AC but that was probably user error due to us not knowing enough Polish to use the thermostat!😂

Hotel was good. We had a party of 3 and the lady at counter said there were no rooms available for the 3rd person. We ended up getting another room and then find out our room had a sofa couch. It made no sense to me and we wasted money for extra room. Other than that the room was nice and the hotel was in the square area we were visiting.

Awesome hotel right in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfortable bed. Every member of the staff was helpful and polite.

Right next to old town Square, but don't worry the noise won't bother you one bit. My room was on the first floor facing the square. Nice clean room. Quiet AC that keept the room perfectly comfortable. Only negative if you travel as a couple, the double bed was 2 single beds, but maybe you can ask for a full size queen or king-size.

A very nice place to stay! Rooms have great air conditioning and amazing sound insulation! It is clean, great breakfast and huge parking! Also some unique early 20th century old timer cars inside!

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location it's ok if you don't want to be at the center of the city. The staff was kind. The breakfast was poor and they did not renew it. Wi-Fi nonexistent.

In my opinion this hotel would require a deep renovation, beginning with beds which are outdated, too soft, you can feel some spring from the mattress. It is clean overall, but pretty outdated in many details. Friendly staff, but few of them speak English.

3 stars with a huge plus. Negatives: only average food in a restaurant on dinner (avoid steak and shrimps), some broken things in a room. Positives: amazing breakfast, huge very comfortable beds and pillows, free convenient parking, few mins from the highway, grocery stores near by, very friendly staff, beautiful decorations, and so on!
