Really beautiful, modern hotel. Great location on Ostrów Tumski provides easy access to the old Town and city center. Room was very clean, fresh and sunny. The only problem I had was no air conditioning for the last two days of my stay at the hotel. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in a room during the summer without air conditioning.!!!! I had a great 2 week stay. The hotel was very nice. And the handicapped room I was in made my stay comfortable. The staff were great. In fact, when I lost a bolt off my wheelchair, the maintenance team was able to put a new one on for me. Very nice hotel located in a very convenient location within the Wroclaw city limits. Less than a ten minute walk to the city center where there is plenty to see and do (I recommend searching for the over 350 'Gnomes of Wroclaw'). The rooms are neat and clean. One tip: if you have a high room number (in the high 100's or 200's) you will have a very long walk from the elevator to your room.

I had a brief but pleasant visit to Radisson Blu in Wrocław. The receptionist was friendly and made great eye contact, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The environment inside felt warm and inviting. I also had the chance to check out the restaurant, which was clean, and the staff were smiling and approachable. Even in a short time, I could feel the positive vibe of the place!

Rooms are average for a 5 star hotel. Showers are not good if you are tall. Breakfast was average at best for a 5 star hotel. It's not a bad place, but it's far from being a 5*… For example, the rooms have seen better days, and if you want to have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait until 1:00 p.m. to find the bar open. Large hotel just a little north of old town near the islands. Easy to walk into old town or mid-way between tram stops to take you to railway station. Rooms were a good size and clean. Plenty of storage space, safe and easy to use shower. We had breakfast there and choice was really good. The hotel decor is OK - could do with a revamp but it's perfectly okay. Staff were helpful.

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

The room was spacious and the proximity to the square excellent. The breakfast was above slightly average. On the down side, the furnishings were subpar. Cheap plastic chairs and a dirty sofa that had lost all of its cushioning. The staff were typical to this part of the world, not rude but not particularly friendly. The price and the location make it a good value.

The hotel overall is very nice, in a good location. What sets the hotel apart is their brilliant staff. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to help me. Due to my bad back I had to be in a wheelchair during the entirety of my stay - nothing was too much trouble for the kind staff and I will remember their kindness forever. Had a great stay while we were there, rooms were comfortable and clean The only reason the room didn't get a 10 was the price changed from the original price given when we reserved, we selected the 'pay when you arrive' but hadn't realised the price could rise over that time. It was not the first time I was there. The smaller Novotel’s, two floors and therefore not too crowded. Sufficient parking with a lot of places. A few minutes walk to the tram and in the Wrocław center in 25 minutes. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choice. Rooms clean as always. Price competitive. My only concern was noise coming through vents from room from floor beneath, they had a party at night and in addition we were told off by security to keep the noise down. Clean and tidy budget hotel. Well situated next to a shopping centre and around 25 minutes to town centre. We stayed there to visit Christmas market and was an ideal base. Restaurant and bar service was good and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay! Location (obviously) is a bit outside of town but near transport links! The room was standard, quiet, but it was super warm and we never managed to cool it down well enough without the window open which made it too cold and noisy. Overall, we'd stay again.

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights the end of September. We had a very clean, large room with an immaculate bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, only steps away from the town square. We had some trouble with the AC but that was probably user error due to us not knowing enough Polish to use the thermostat!😂

Hotel was good. We had a party of 3 and the lady at counter said there were no rooms available for the 3rd person. We ended up getting another room and then find out our room had a sofa couch. It made no sense to me and we wasted money for extra room. Other than that the room was nice and the hotel was in the square area we were visiting.

Right next to old town Square, but don't worry the noise won't bother you one bit. My room was on the first floor facing the square. Nice clean room. Quiet AC that keept the room perfectly comfortable. Only negative if you travel as a couple, the double bed was 2 single beds, but maybe you can ask for a full size queen or king-size.

The hotel lobby itself is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The atmosphere in the hotel was a bit stiff with absolutely no one there- it felt abandoned and in turn felt a bit overpriced. The man at reception was so so lovely and really helpful. Location wise it’s great- short walk to the old town and in the middle of a great area of Wrocław.

The hotel has sensors on their interior lights, they're not particularly sensitive and usually remain off. It's borderline dangerous to walk the stairwells at night.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. Bathrooms as well... I am glad we did not spend a lot of time there. The hotel is at the old town so we were out most of the time. The breakfast is very good a lot of choices like fresh juoce, waffles, very plenty of choices.

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. The breakfast was also very tasty, with many options. One small minus for a bed, which was a bit too narrow/small for a regular adult person.

Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub. Maybe to wash infants? Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

The location is great. But I can't say it is a 4 star hotel. It didn't look like one. It also smelled smoke in some corridors. The furniture was old. But quite clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good enough. As was the service.
