We love this place and that is why for several years Novotel Wroclaw has become our place of rest for a few nights and days a year

Large TV to watch the Olympics 2024. Air-conditioned with nice sofas everywhere. Service at the front desk was professional and nice. Good storage area for luggage's. Breakfast in the morning was good

I would like to recommend the quisine of the chef Maciej who prepares omlettes every day in the breakfast area. Today I had the best omlette in my life

Nice bathroom, but why the walk in shower is on a platform, not sunk even minimal, when half of the water goes on the floor even when you are sticked on the wall to shower carefully? Toilet paper holder broken, issue of half of hotels I've been to, but often small countryside hotels

It is a great place to stay as a family with kids. Lobby is kid friendly and the search game/task our kids got upon arrival was a great idea. Breakfasts absolutely amazing and delicious! So many options to choose from

The food was remarkable, even a simple dish like a club sandwich. Great views from my room both times I've stayed. Windows that open slightly - as to give a fresh feel to the room - not always having to rely on AC

Great hotel in the heart of Wroclaw , very good service , nice rooms and clean , Breakfast is above all praise , the only thing that was a downside surprise is the view from the room , but the offices inside the building , photo attached , but more clearly , as well for hotel guests, free sauna ,Hamam and Jacuzzi

Rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The wifi is a bit slow, but never encroached on my work at all. I highly recommend Sofitel to any business traveler or tourist!

Amazing location right in the Old City of Wroclaw, adjacent to the city (or market) square. All staff members were professional, courteous and spoke fluent English

Only downside is the executive lounge only has snacks for a short time so if you work late you'll miss them. But given other hotels in town don't have a lounge at all, that's not bad. My new preferred hotel in Wroclaw

It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Very spacious room and great breakfast

If you want a top quality hotel that isn’t trying too hard to be 5* while providing the best facilities possible…. This was a five star experience but in a relaxed environment without pretentiousness

My partner booked this as a romantic surprise and the room was decked out with candles and rose petals. The staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant looked like Michelin quality food

Quite expensive and rooms need a little attention and small renovation.... but overall super comfortable, big rooms, nice beds, good breakfast and super nice friendly staff!

Maybe they prepare the risotto in the morning or so and this is why they can't cook it different. which is ok, but they could have told us you know. Other thing, the Caesars salad with shrimps had bacon on top

Rooms are quite okay in size, clean and my view was just fantastic ! The Jazz Night I came across in the garden was a cherry on the Cake ! We spent our Christmas Eve there and the experience was amazing. The room was spotless, new bedding, extra clean with fantastic view. The dinner was spectacular, the food was delicious and the service world class

The hotel is on a great place, almost all of the attractions are on a 10-15 mins away, you can walk to them. The hotel was clean, with a great view to the cathedral. I totally recommend it.

4th trip to Wroclaw but first time staying here. Finally a bed that isn't like a brick (every other accom) Room is clean, quiet and the view is pleasant. Will stay again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Just in the heart of Wroclaw by the river next to famous party island. Stayed there for 5 nights for business. Check-in was smooth with a welcome drink in the Bar

What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well

Located near the historic part of the city, you can walk on foot. Also nearby there are shopping center and other shops. There is car Parking, it is paid separately

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***

On-street parking is limited but there is secure parking just across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay in this again if I return to Wroclaw for business or pleasure!

I liked both the dry and wet sauna. jacuzzi and swimming pool are also nice. prices of these are inbuilt in the room tariff. room fixture and furnishing are all new, modern

All the staff members went out of their way to help with any issues, including parking the car! Their willingness to help with a smile definitely stole the show for me

I find this hotel has a really good value for money, offering luxury at prices which would be standard for a 3-star hotel, when exchange rate taken into account

Fantastic Hotel from a gilded age. Great location within walking distance of the old central market but far enough away for better transportation access.

Location-wise, the Monopol is a stone's throw away from the historical market square, and within walking distance of a lot of attractions and amenities

I think this hotel has good balance of price vs quality. Room was very good: recently renovated, very comfortable, good bed, blackout curtains etc. Everything we expected from 4 starts hotel was at top level

Stayed here a few times and each time it gets better and better. Slept well which means a great mattress. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had including DIY juice inc beetroot and rhubarb

During my very first arrival in Wroclaw and in Poland actually, I stayed in this wonderful hotel in April 2022 for about 2 weeks. Rooms are small sized but functional and the beds were comfortable

They have amazing, wide range of breakfast selection but my favorite is their juicer for healthier option. Most important of all, the Q hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly

Very nice room, towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. Nice indoor play area for little ones and outside play ground for all children, outdoor gym. The staff are very friendly and courteous but above all helpful

It was not the first time I was there. The smaller Novotel’s, two floors and therefore not too crowded. Sufficient parking with a lot of places. A few minutes walk to the tram and in the Wrocław center in 25 minutes

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy

The location for meeting, congress is very good. The fitness, welness posibbilities are missing. In the room you will have everything what us needed, but the bed is too soft and uncomfortable in my opinion

A very nice place to stay! Rooms have great air conditioning and amazing sound insulation! It is clean, great breakfast and huge parking! Also some unique early 20th century old timer cars inside!

It was beautiful and I loved the theme of classic American car's with old original car's, and the food and beer was great.

I stayed there few times in the past two years,nice staff,helpful,good size restaurant,breakfast is good,rooms are clean ,gets windy there in the winter, the only issue is the distance to city center,and taxis sometimes take longer time to arrive

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. The breakfast was also very tasty, with many options

I was here for 90 days on a work stint in April 2017. After 9 months, I have come back to the same hospitality and clean rooms I expected. And they have had some minor upgrades. My to go place to say in Wroclaw.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. I am glad we did not spend a lot of time there. The hotel is at the old town so we were out most of the time

I feel disappointed by a few things that I really wanted (tub, tv channels, updated room). Does have AC, so that is a plus and the area is quiet so I am looking forward to some sleep

Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub

The channels are in polish and there is no way to subtitle them in English. I'm pretty annoyed since my plan was to relax and watch a little TV

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms

You can hardly beat them for the price. Quite good location, too - within easy walking distance to the city center. Railway station in the opposite direction, close enough too

I have visited Wrocław 2 times. and those 2 times I was sleeping in this hotel. very comfortable and workers are very kind. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Window sound proofing could have been better as in the city centre with trams running under the windows. A leaflet about facilities/breakfast would have been good but probably not there due to Covid

For the location, the price was good, I think. Coffee not as much. The room was nice and clean, exactly like the photos. Big plus for the 'room for smokers' option.

Stayed at the Jasek Hotel for just one night, really a pleasant experience! Hotel located close to the Highway and town but despite this, it is very quite. Room was nice, quite big and the bed comfy

A plus are the electric shutters. Just one particular was a bit odd: holes in the toilet door! Never seen that anywhere else. We went also to the hotel's Restaurant and had a delicious meal

We come here every year, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, the view is nice, the location makes it possible to reach most of the important places in minutes and this year because we brought our dog they even prepared a dog bed and a bowl so she can have water

Stayed for two nights on a business trip and not only was it a great location, but the state of the property was fantastic. Food was good and while not in the downtown area, it is an easy walking distance

It's just always a great stay and a very good price for what you get. The bar we only tried once and it was very good food altho we ordered kinda late and a banger self made lemonade

One of these hotels, still not renovated since time immemorial except for minor obligatory refurbishments is Hotel Polonia, a gargantuan building of times past with a polluted stone facade that speaks out vast chronicles of Polish history

Decent and clean place to stay in Wroclaw. Hotel is near rail station and the the railway arches there great pubs and restaurants are situated. Superb breakfast!

cool atmosphere (it was like in one of these “Shining” types of hotels, dark and vintage, but in a cool way), super nice and understanding staff, great tasty breakfast with a lot of kinds of food, everything was easy and smooth, walking distance to the very centre of the city, street full of nice pubs and bistros super-nearby

Huge rooms with sofa and comfortable bathrooms The rich breakfast is served in an amazing room of another era. The girls in the restaurant are polite as opposed to the girls at the reception who were indifferent

Very close to the main train station, and 15 mins by walk to Rynek. Very kind service, a good variety of options for breakfast. The interiors could use a renovation, and my bedroom had a funky smell

Quality of the hotel is definitely higher than usual 3 star standard. Clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast. Only thing I do not like is paying for parking in this part of town

Sport areal - swimming pool, tennis, football etc. Hotel is quiet, enough comfortable. Good breakfast with detox drinks

The location is quite away from city center, so either take Uber (~5 euro) or use your own car. Check the website before holidays! On Easter nothing did work

Payment for parking is of course not fair - that's anyhow closed area, you have no option, and there is lot of space to park

The place is a little worn down, but the people working there are very pleasant and helpful, everything is kept nice and clean and the price is very fair. A great stop to rest! Great access from the highway.

We LOVED Hotel Sleep. Lovely kind and helpful staff, let us bring our 3 dogs rooms (although a bit dated) spotlessly clean and extraordinarily good food. Would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight and had a wonderful stay and sleep. Clean and tidy with a good restaurants serving local food.

Great hotel, clean and quiet. But for the price, the breakfast should be included. Location is hard to reach without a car.
