We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

Excellent hotel. Room specious and bed is very comfortable. Great breakfasts. A little more light in the room will be even better.

A fantastic hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, cool lobby / bar area. Ideally situated near the centre of Wroclaw with easy access to the main square. The hotel is located in a building offering numerous restaurants and entertainment spaces. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel located in a very convenient location within the Wroclaw city limits. Less than a ten minute walk to the city center where there is plenty to see and do (I recommend searching for the over 350 'Gnomes of Wroclaw'). The rooms are neat and clean. One tip: if you have a high room number (in the high 100's or 200's) you will have a very long walk from the elevator to your room.

I had a brief but pleasant visit to Radisson Blu in Wrocław. The receptionist was friendly and made great eye contact, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The environment inside felt warm and inviting. I also had the chance to check out the restaurant, which was clean, and the staff were smiling and approachable. Even in a short time, I could feel the positive vibe of the place!

Rooms are average for a 5 star hotel. Showers are not good if you are tall. Breakfast was average at best for a 5 star hotel. Staff was not equipped for groups coming in and it took hours to get bags to room with only one employee doing it. Breakfast area outside is outstanding and a joy to eat at. Stayed here for two nights, rooms were nice and clean. However, staff were not as friendly as I expected. Breakfast was ok but not impressive. Very limited items compared to other 5 star hotels that I have experienced. They offered a room upgrade by accepting to subscribe our email and become a member, which was a good gesture. If you are used to staying in a 5 star hotel, look somewhere else. It's not a bad place, but it's far from being a 5*… For example, the rooms have seen better days, and if you want to have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait until 1:00 p.m. to find the bar open. Had a lovely stay. We are members and so got out on the members floor and I haven’t slept so well in any hotel before. Calm and quiet also comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Really beautiful, modern hotel. Great location on Ostrów Tumski provides easy access to the old Town and city center. Room was very clean, fresh and sunny. The only problem I had was no air conditioning for the last two days of my stay at the hotel. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in a room during the summer without air conditioning.!!!! I had a great 2 week stay. The hotel was very nice. And the handicapped room I was in made my stay comfortable. The staff were great. The hotel states 5 star but unfortunately for me it was 3 star at best, the carpets were filthy, the room was a good size but the bed was disappointing, old fashion type spring mattress with no mattress topper, shower was tiny and when used water goes all over the floor, breakfast was poor for £16 each, evening meal was ok, staff were helpful, definitely not a 5 star and very mediocre.

We came late in the evening, and haven’t booked in advance. Lady at reception kindly showed us several room options, she was very patient and helpful. Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing. Large hotel just a little north of old town near the islands. Easy to walk into old town or mid-way between tram stops to take you to railway station. Rooms were a good size and clean. Plenty of storage space, safe and easy to use shower. We had breakfast there and choice was really good. The hotel decor is OK - could do with a revamp but it's perfectly okay. Staff were helpful.

The hotel is on a great place, almost all of the attractions are on a 10-15 mins away, you can walk to them. The hotel was clean, with a great view to the cathedral. I totally recommend it.

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. Beautiful old style hotel. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Unfortunately it is very noisy around the hotel. On the Gas in front of the hotel, the guests party until 6 a.m. every day and the PS cars with their tuned exhaust systems all night long. You could only sleep with the windows closed, it's not very nice there.

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

The hotel lobby itself is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The atmosphere in the hotel was a bit stiff with absolutely no one there- it felt abandoned and in turn felt a bit overpriced. The man at reception was so so lovely and really helpful. Location wise it’s great- short walk to the old town and in the middle of a great area of Wrocław.

The hotel has sensors on their interior lights, they're not particularly sensitive and usually remain off. It's borderline dangerous to walk the stairwells at night.

Hands down the best experience related to customer experience in a hotel! Lovely hotel in Old Town Wrocław. My room was large, very clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and air conditioning were excellent. The noise insulation in the room was also very good. The location is perfect in the Old Town of this beautiful city and the staff is very courteous. Great part of town! Little pubs and shops everywhere and quaint, vintage style stone walkways and buildings make it even more beautiful. Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub. Maybe to wash infants? Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

The location is great. But I can't say it is a 4 star hotel. It didn't look like one. It also smelled smoke in some corridors. The furniture was old. But quite clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good enough. As was the service.

Had a great stay while we were there, rooms were comfortable and clean The only reason the room didn't get a 10 was the price changed from the original price given when we reserved, we selected the 'pay when you arrive' but hadn't realised the price could rise over that time. It wasn't a lot but not what we expected.

This is the second time we have visited Wroclaw and stayed in the Mercure so the hotel is meeting our expectations - very centrally located, staff friendly and helpful and hotel well maintained. Particularly loved the breakfasts - wonderful range and quality of produce, much of it locally sourced.

Perfect hotel near the Wroclaw City Center. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We got an upgrade to a room on the 5th floor with easy access to the top terrace. The breakfast is extremely varied (you could also make yourself waffles) and tasty food. The access to the parking and in the hotel was great extremely easy. They offer recyclable bottles that you can fill on the hallway...

First off, the positives: - very clean - nice toiletries - great lighted makeup/shaving mirror - safe for valuables in room - very nice breakfast buffet Not so great: - the toilet seat in our room did not quite fit the toilet so that one sat always a bit in contact with the actual porcelain toilet. A bit of a yuck factor. - while the bathroom looked nice and the shower was spacious, the water pressure...

The Mercure Hotel was excellent. We had a large room overlooking the Cathedral. The staff were all extreme pleasant and helpful. I even had Birthday Card and some Macaroons left for me on arrival. Thanks so much .
