We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

Very nice hotel located in a very convenient location within the Wroclaw city limits. Less than a ten minute walk to the city center where there is plenty to see and do (I recommend searching for the over 350 'Gnomes of Wroclaw'). The rooms are neat and clean. One tip: if you have a high room number (in the high 100's or 200's) you will have a very long walk from the elevator to your room.

Really beautiful, modern hotel. Great location on Ostrów Tumski provides easy access to the old Town and city center. Room was very clean, fresh and sunny. The only problem I had was no air conditioning for the last two days of my stay at the hotel. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in a room during the summer without air conditioning.!!!! Nat sure about staying hete in the future.

I had a great 2 week stay. The hotel was very nice. And the handicapped room I was in made my stay comfortable. The staff were great. In fact, when I lost a bolt off my wheelchair, the maintenance team was able to put a new one on for me. It's not a bad place, but it's far from being a 5*… For example, the rooms have seen better days, and if you want to have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait until 1:00 p.m. to find the bar open. Not worth it. Very strange decor and uncomfortable room.

The hotel states 5 star but unfortunately for me it was 3 star at best, the carpets were filthy, the room was a good size but the bed was disappointing, old fashion type spring mattress with no mattress topper, shower was tiny and when used water goes all over the floor, breakfast was poor for £16 each, evening meal was ok, staff were helpful, definitely not a 5 star and very mediocre.

Large hotel just a little north of old town near the islands. Easy to walk into old town or mid-way between tram stops to take you to railway station. Rooms were a good size and clean. The hotel is on a great place, almost all of the attractions are on a 10-15 mins away, you can walk to them. The hotel was clean, with a great view to the cathedral. I totally recommend it.

Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. Beautiful old style hotel. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Unfortunately it is very noisy around the hotel. On the Gas in front of the hotel, the guests party until 6 a.m. every day and the PS cars with their tuned exhaust systems all night long. You could only sleep with the windows closed, it's not very nice there.

Had a great stay while we were there, rooms were comfortable and clean The only reason the room didn't get a 10 was the price changed from the original price given when we reserved, we selected the 'pay when you arrive' but hadn't realised the price could rise over that time. In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

The breakfast was incredible. A choice of main dish and unlimited buffet which was topped up with fresh bits through the meal. The bed was extremely comfy and bathroom was spotless. In a great part of town and 10 mins or less to main square The hotel also let us have our dog (Labrador) in the room with us and were extremely welcoming and accommodating Highly recommend

Great location, personal speak English and breakfast was nice. Room is stylish, bed is comfy but the pillows are a disaster, the two that were in the room were too soft like they don't exist. We asked for hard pillows but they turned out to be enormous and not comfortable. Also the room is quite small and ventilation in the bathroom could be better as it's not very well separated from the room.

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

The hotel lobby itself is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The atmosphere in the hotel was a bit stiff with absolutely no one there- it felt abandoned and in turn felt a bit overpriced. The man at reception was so so lovely and really helpful. Location wise it’s great- short walk to the old town and in the middle of a great area of Wrocław.

The hotel has sensors on their interior lights, they're not particularly sensitive and usually remain off. It's borderline dangerous to walk the stairwells at night.

The location by the Market Square is ideal for tourism. The disadvantage is a very tight garage. The staff was going out of their ways to be of assistance and responded immediately to our requests. Very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in Old Town Wrocław. My room was large, very clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and air conditioning were excellent.
