Nice hotel, spacious suite, friendly service staff; unfortunately, the reception staff were not competent (e.g., when it came to their own mistakes).

The hotel is quite unique, so I booked two room types, thinking of experiencing both. The first one is a bit like a cave, and the second one is a duplex. The duplex feels very good, but the only drawback is: there are no tableware and utensils in the kitchen, and the breakfast is also average
