Guest House «Eden Luxury Suites Terazije»

Well located hotel i. the city center, with weird entrance and bad smells i. the room from the bathroom.

On top of that bottle of water from the room seems to have different price depending on who is taking them

We were here about a month ago. Luxury is code for "we charge you 20 EUR if you lose your card key". Tiny rooms, photographer on the website was a magician. owner is sitting in the lobby without a mask talking business loudly, while I'm discussing with concierge, 3 feet from where it says "please wear a mask." concierge looked and acted miserable, helped me with one of six bags before getting bored. the card keys are well-worn(I guess the 20 EUR fee really worked) and not recoded each time. Also, a nice little treat for anyone who picks it up and wants some free stuff, the room number is taped to the card along with the name of the "hotel". The only reason I took the room is because I had just lugged 6 duffel bags from my old apartment and would have slept in a sewer at that point. Don't waste your money. Most hotel employees in Serbia are at the very least friendly, at the very best, spectacular. You can do much better, even for the discounted price.

Upon writing a review on google the question is.. "How was your stay"

Well, there is and was no stay. The hotel refused to refund our money as we did not book with free cancellation. We're from Sweden and Serbia has literally banned Swedish citizens to enter the country.

We have during several mail tried to explain this to the hotel, but they refuse to hear us out. When you chose a highly rated, luxury hotel such as Eden you expect some level of service and professionalism. This is not to be expected with this hotel, they are greedy and will not do what is right. We also booked one of the most expensive rooms they have to offer.

Our friends and family recommended this hotel to us as they are frequent guests at this hotel. I bet the hotel is nice and all, but when you pick a hotel that is supposed to be top 5 in the country. This is not what you expect them to behave like.

I am genuinely disappointed with the hotel and their behavior. Next time, me, my friends and my family will stay at the other luxury hotel across the road. You obviously can't buy class.
