The cheapest room does not match the photos, Yugoslavian renovation. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests.

It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

Nice place, very kind people, great airport shuttle service, excellent location. The only issue os that it is very noisy. On one side, the AC units are in the courtyard the rooms facd, on the other side, the street and the restaurant downstairs is very loud (and windows provide not much sound insulation). Well the hotel is on the road to the Belgrade airport and near the highway. Zemun is part of new Belgrade. Mostly family houses and inside the streets are narrow mostly one way with a lot of cars parked on the sidewalk 🫢 It's a good place for a stop on the way to Hungary and other Westeuropean countries.

It's a good choice for someone who travels in Belgrade for business and the limo from the company gives him a ride. It is just on, one of the most in use haiways of Belgrade and it's very far away from the city centre. That means that the cost for transportation with taxi is as expensive as staying overnight in this hotel. The breakfast was apathetic and poor.
